My fiancé and I went to the Park Ave store and we simply had the most wonderful experience. We had gone into several other jewelers along Park Avenue looking for our wedding bands and the service we received here was like a breath of fresh air. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and genuinely happy to talk with us and helped us to select the perfect wedding bands.

Bay Hill has a world-class team at all their locations. Stacey and the team treated me with utmost care and made me feel super comfortable during the nerve-racking process of ring shopping. I gave Stacey some inspiration images and she showed me 3 specially selected diamonds/bands. The result was absolutely stunning! We will no doubt be going back here for anniversaries, etc.

Igar was great to work with. When something unexpected had in the family he understood. I put a deposits on a ring and didn’t end up getting it but got most of my money back. I would use bay hill Jewlers in the future.

My now-fiance went to the Park Ave store to surprise me with a ring! I had put together some pictures of things I liked/didnt like and he worked with Igor to find the perfect ring. Unfortunately the sizing was off, but the folks at Bay Hill worked with us to get it resized TWICE as part of the included service. It was a very personalized experience and they sent us texts when it was ready. Jennifer (I think?) at the store was super friendly and understanding about my concerns with the size.Im really glad he chose to use a local store with a personal experience instead of a major chain! Love my ring and will def head back for the included cleanings before the Big Day.

Fernando was AWESOME. Came in on a Sunday for a Movado wristband adjustment which many other jewelers were unable to accommodate because they didnt have the right tools. He initially removed 3 links, then added one back at my request and subsequently removed the third link again to ensure we had the most accurate and comfortable fit. He was very pleasant, patient, professional and prompt. Overall great experience and highly recommended!

Bay Hill Jewelers is INCREDIBLE! They did such a wonderful job in helping my husband and I to design the perfect engagement ring. We came into the Winter Park store one night, feeling pretty timid and discouraged after months of research and a really negative experience with a well known diamond retailer. Stacy happened to be in that evening and she and Doreen very kindly asked questions, listened to concerns and hesitations after our previous experience and really took the time to give us the story of Bay Hill, where their diamonds come from and assured us we would be taken care. They absolutely did everything they said. They had diamonds flown in from NYC, helped us pick everything out so patiently and really gave us a wonderful customer experience. Throughout the process, Doreen was respectful, kind and enthusiastic to help us and make sure that we were truly happy. She was also excellent with communication and followed up frequently. With a purchase as big as an engagement ring and wedding bands, you want to make it with confidence! You also want to look back at that experience and remember it fondly; you want to have good feelings about the entire process from start to finish and we absolutely do. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Stacy, Doreen and the rest of the staff we worked with; they truly took care of us and we are happy to call Bay Hill our jeweler from now on!
