I was greeted by everyone as soon as I walked in the door, the young lady that assisted me (Jackie?) was very helpful and patient with me (as nervous as I was). I came in to purchase an engagement ring, I gave her a brief description of what I was looking and she pulled the perfect ring.

As we waited for the jeweler to work their magic, I snacked on their free mini tootsie rolls, we chatted, and she then offered to repair and secure the diamonds in my engagement band some other time for a very competitive price. She even mentioned that Majestic could create diamond earrings based upon my own budget. My experience with Kimberly at Majestic was one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had since I moved to Orlando 25 years ago. I will return.

Love this place! I bought my husband a watch for Valentines Day & knew that it would need some links taken out of it to fit properly. Took it in & they were able to do while we waited the day before Valentines Day. They even had extended hours that day to serve everyone & make sure the holiday was special. We do all of our jewelry & watch repair here, even battery replacements. Even had a beautiful diamond pendant made a few years ago from ring. It turned out gorgeous.

Dan and the whole crew at MJ hooked me up! They had done work with my family multiple times, going back over a decade so in addition to other jewlers, I asked MJ for a quote.I managed to find a really cool design on Instagram that my girlfriend liked without her knowing. I shared the pictures of the ring from Instagram with MJ through text message and they agreed to take on the challenge of designing this ring as shown in the Instagram pictures. The final product was perfect, better than seen on Instagram. Dan and the crew at MJ know what they’re doing and on top of that, they gave me a great price and confidence in the long term relationship. The whole process was completed through text messages and they kept me updated the whole time. Very quick to reply.My fiancé and I decided to go back for the wedding bands and they hooked us up again! Don’t pay attention to any bad reviews here. These are professionals with 30+ years in the industry. Highly recommend!

I had received some pieces from my mother in law when she passed away. Majestic jewelers took all the pieces plus what I already had and made to most beautiful wedding set I have ever seen. It is my greatest treasure. I get so many compliments on it too. I wish I could post a picture so you can see what I mean. They are easy to deal with great people and very timely in their service. Love them ! They won’t disappoint.

Bad customer service and even worse was the work performed! I brought in two earrings, to have the clasp (which was just a short piece of thin silver wire) replaced with longer ones. A week later they called me to let me know it was ready. They only did one earring and not the other. When I asked about it, a man came from the back and confronted me, telling me that they were both done. After closer inspection, the other employee corrected him, and he was not happy. A week later they called me again to tell me that it was ready. They charged me $45 for two things pieces of wire less than an inch long and probably took no more than 5 minutes. My wifes ear was getting sore and infected after wearing the earrings. So she took them out for two weeks to let her ear heal, but then it happened again. After further inspection, we realized that the underside of the wire clasp had been filed rough, like the serrated edge of a knife. She cant wear them until I take them to a real and honest jeweler. I would NOT recommend them for anything.

Very friendly and prompt service. Inside is very clean and instead of waiting until the next day, they fixed my jewlery the same day at no additional cost!! A1 highly recommend.

Dan and his folks are awesome! I have been doing business with them for about 5 years now, always a great experience. I purchased my preowned Rolex from Dan; he totally refurbished it to absolute perfection. Most recently they saved my beautiful custom made tanzanite ring I purchased in St Thomas years ago; I chipped the stone and thought it was a total loss. Dan removed the stone, had it recut and polished, then reset it; more perfect and beautiful than the day I bought it! Majestic also has the most incredible custom made men’s jewelry: I just added a magnificent custom made Lightning Ridge opal and diamond ring Dan designed and built in house! My husband and I took my husbands watch for repair. They said they needed to send the watch to Tag. And that the cost would be 1000 dollars. We decided to get another opinion on the matter and took it directly to TAG. The price to get the repair by TAG directly was 500 dollars.I understand companies need up charge to make a profit. But doubling the price is now just straight up ripping you off. Needles to say. We’re not going back there

I went in to have my watch cleaned and a link removed. I had my watch steamed and was told it didnt need an indepth cleaning and to save my money. the link was removed and the watch shines like new again. I also went in to speak about a custom piece my dad had made 12 years ago and they are able to still replicate it for me should I need it. These guys are here forever and this is their true craft, thank you so much once again.

These guys are very friendly and enjoy talking about and collaborating on custom projects. I have had two pieces made by the people at Majestic, one engagement ring, one pair of earrings and one ring repair, each one turned out exactly how I wanted it. I was able to see my product through its production phases and they worked with me to reach a good deal and set up a payment plan for purchase. My engagement ring needed to be resized and they did it within the day so that my new fiancee would not have to go long without her new finger companion. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. As soon as I walked into the door I was greeted by the owner and promptly helped by one of his staff members who happened to be his son. I needed to have my heirloom engagement ring resized and polished. I was anxious to get it on my finger so the owner assured me it would be ready that same day. When I went back to pick up my ring, both my fiance and I were amazed at how gorgeous it looked. The white gold shined like it was new and the diamond sparkled like a bright and shining star. They took my charming antique ring and in one cleaning transformed it into a dazzling piece of jewelry. I highly recommend them for cleaning, resizing and purchasing unique pieces of jewelry. Plus the atmosphere is very warm and welcoming because they make their customers feel like family.

I brought them a ring that needed some intricate and unusual adjusting and Jim really took the time to listen to what I wanted done and did a beautiful job making it exactly what I was looking for. BUYER BEWARE! They may seem nice but they will lie and cheat to rip you off. They defrauded me of thousands of dollars! They sell diamonds that they pretend are non-flawed diamonds but if you take it to a real jeweler or appraiser you find out it’s a cracked diamond that majestic used filler to fill cracks and rip off customers. Total frauds and Orange County Consumer Affairs should shut down these SCAM ARTISTS!!! Should get 0 stars

I brought in a ring in to be re-sized. It was $35 and included rhodium plating.It took a week. I am happy so far with how it turned out. I would return for other repairs and if needed future re-sizings.

I was in the market for an engagement ring for my girlfriend and Majestic was recommended to me by a few of our family friends. Im glad I went to Majestic because my experience was excellent. I personally dealt with Kim and Danny the owner, and I felt they really seemed to care about the customer rather than just trying to sell me a ring. Im sure thats why theyve been in business for over 30+ years! Kim was great at working with me to find a beautiful diamond within my budget and helped me pick out a custom design setting that they actually designed and created in their workshop. The ring came out looking amazing but unfortunately my now fiancé is kind of picky and she wanted something changed to the ring mount. I was a little reluctant to bring the ring back and ask for it to be modified since it was so gorgeous, but to my surprise, after talking to Danny on the phone, he was more than happy to modify the ring for my fiancé. I was even more surprised to find out that he insisted on modifying the ring free of charge even though it was designed exactly to what I had specified originally. Thats what I call excellent customer service!!! its been about 2 weeks now since my fiancé has had her new engagement ring, and she absolutely adores it! All of her friends have asked to try it on, and she constantly tells me shell get compliments from random people about it. We couldnt be any more thrilled with the outcome! Brought a pair of ray bans into to get the frames micro-welded (as they had done a few times before over a 2 year period). Suspected there might be an issue when I hadnt heard from them for almost 3 months. And the explanations were various. In the past, they called me within 2 days usually to tell me they were done. Picked up the glasses and the frame was welded...however one of the lenses was cracked (spider web type) and one of the ear arms (for the lack of a better term) was missing. They farmed out the ear arm, and told me they would replace the lense. Long story short, the day I picked them up they told me lense was craced when you originally brought them in. $200 pair of ray bans. And have bought wedding band sets in the past from these guys...will I ever go back. Never. Will I ever refer them to anyone in the future (as I have) NEVER. Will I take them to small claims court....absolutely.
