I’ve never been more happy with an entire experience as I am when I visit this office. The team from the desk all the way to the doctors is top notch. The dental hygienist Claudia is the most detailed person I have ever had clean my teeth. She is gentle enough with her floss but deliberate. She works on every tooth intently. They work hard to make sure the only thing I come into their office for is to clean my teeth. They ask questions! I’ve been to a handful of different dentists in my life and always dreaded going. That’s all changed since I started going to Winter Park Dentistry a couple years ago.The front office staff are always friendly.I’ve never waited more than a minute or two to be taken back.I feel treated like family! I have the same hygienist, Claudia, every time I go. She always asks me about my family and remembers trips I mentioned we had planned at the last visit. She also does a fantastic job of cleaning my teeth—the hygienists I’ve had at other dentist offices in the past have not been nearly as thorough as Claudia.I highly recommend Winter Park dentistry and tell all my friends and colleagues!

Im a new patient after 2 visits. I did my homework online and found Winter Park Dentistry as one of my preliminary calls. They were just awesome on the phone. I could tell they were busy, but they were thorough with my questions, extremely professional, super friendly and very kind and understanding (my situation is complicated and sad, which I was candid about).I literally drive past scores of dentists to get to this place and Im convinced theres nobody better.Im so sorry I cant remember names, but I dealt with many employees to get to the dentist and every single one of them is just fantastic. I have spent my life in the service industry, and this isnt a job for them. They all clearly love their job. So, to me thats fantastic managing! Kudos to hiring awesome humans!Im 50 and I have hated dentists my whole life. This place has made me rethink that and not feel like a horrible teeth/mouth owner AND not want to even go in the first place! This place WON me over!Parking is small, but I never had a problem even with the huge parking lot behind then under construction. No tickets. No car damage. No delay to being in time. So, its going to easily get better than how great it currently is.Waiting... My experience has been my whole life is it takes 45 minutes to well over an hour to even go to my room and wait. Not this place. I did have to wait, but both times so far are by far the best. And... At the end of my appointment I had lots of questions and they never rushed me out. I knew they were busy, so I got to the point and they were....Very educating in ways nobody else was to me in my life and they just spoke to me like I was a person that dont understand dentistry, because I really dont know except blast your teeth with whatever and oftenI think I found my place to help my with my mouth for life. I never liked going to other places my whole life, but I found my place and Im going to tell everyone.

Best experience at a DDS in a long time! Dr Whitehead was professional, thorough & pleasant! She found a hidden cavity that would have led to a root canal if not immediately treated.. saved me $ & heartache.Very clean, easy to find & park. Highly recommend!

Probably the best and fastest dentist facility I’ve been to. Would highly recommend to everyone. Doctor and hygienist were both fantastic and very welcoming. I did a routine check up with X-rays and cleaning. Doctor said I had a small cavity and was able to fill it on the same day with hardly any waiting time. Was in and out in about 2 hours including filling. Office staff was amazing as well !!!

After neglecting my teeth by not going to a dentist in several years, and after what we had to spend on my husband’s and daughter’s teeth, I was apprehensive facing spending several thousand on my teeth. First I was impressed with the state of the art equipment and friendly staff, and finally relieved to know they didn’t try to talk me into doing a lot of unnecessary work. The ancient fillings had been slowly eroding which caused some hairline cracks in my molars so I will need two crowns..whew! On my part it definitely pays off flossing my teeth daily nearly all my life.

I haven’t been to the dentist in 15 years because of a (semi) irrational fear from my youth. Today I just left from my third visit (I needed quite a bit done). I can honestly say this was the best dental experience I’ve had and my fears have been washed away. Everyone, and I do mean everyone, in this location is fantastic. I was honest about my anxiety and they took care of me the entire time, constantly making sure I was comfortable and okay. They also work with your insurance to get you the most accurate pricing and are upfront about everything. Both dentists were extremely efficient in taking care of business effectively and they are so kind. And Claudia the dental hygienist is probably one of the most incredible human beings on this planet. I don’t think I’d trust anyone else again because of how amazing she was.If you’re like me and you’re scared and reading countless reviews, I promise you can stop here. This is the best place Ive been to! The receptionists are super nice and so is other office staff! I called as a new patient and was seen the following day after hearing no/1 month wait times at other places. Im so glad I found this place. Dr. Alvarez is very nice and listens to your concerns. Her assistant Jamie is the best! Again, extremely nice and calming if you have anxiety or bad experiences at the dentist. The dental hygienist and other dentist were also AMAZING! I live almost an hour away and I dont mind the drive. Aside from calling they send text messages too! I love that they do that because sometimes you arent able to attend a phone call and you can just text them for your concerns!

I was able to get in as a new patient within only a few days. I filled out the patient history form online, which was nice.I went for a cleaning and checkup, as well as an evaluation for Invisalign. I was seen immediately upon arriving. I saw Dr. Alvarez, who was exceptionally kind, friendly, informative, professional, and gentle. She did a great job and I am extremely happy with my visit! Her entire staff was equally great!I also had a bonding I wanted done, and they were very accommodating to fit me in the very next morning.I would highly recommend this practice, and I will be returning.

I cracked my tooth late one night so I set up an appointment request on their website. I was called quickly the next day and was able to set up an appointment for the same day. The staff we’re all very friendly and incredibly efficient. What I thought was a huge job was done in less than 30 minutes, I was in and out before I knew it. They made me feel comfortable about my tooth again faster than I ever thought was possible.

Doctor Daniela Alvarez and her team are amazing!!!! From the moment you enter the office you have Nathalies beautiful personality saying hello and she is on point with everything. Crystal who verifies insurance is also sweet and made the whole process flawless. Then you have Joana come along to say hello with her marvelous smile (even with face masks on) to greet you, see how you are doing and take you back to prep you with 100% attentive to everything for you, before the doctor comes in. Now you meet Doctor Alvarez and she is happy and comes with great energy to say hello and is an excellent dentist who has heart and shows she cares. I have been to this office 3 times to get all my dental work done from having a wonderful first visit and experience to move on to book all I needed with them. My cleaning was awesome also and Dr. Alvarez did it herself. I just got my teeth finished yesterday and they look and feel great. I am so happy I found this practice and I will see you all again very soon for my next cleaning and check up. Thank you all very much!!!! Many Smiles :)

Wait time was ~10 minutes, which is quite quick for doctor visits. Professional and helpful staff and dentist. Dr. Alvarez was nice and took time to explain my pictures and answer my questions. So accommodating. So friendly. Remembered details about my life from past visits. Spent time on my teeth, wasn’t just a drive through dental facility. The doctor actually checked the work of the hygienist in front of me and asked her questions in front of me. Loved the whole process. This place has a standard of EXCELLENCE.

Compassionate, caring staff. I was a little scared, had a lot of pain, cracked tooth. Dr. Whitehead calmed my fears and took care of my problem. I am on my way to recovery. I really appreciate their kindness and concern.

The cleaning was exceptionally thorough, and I appreciated the time the dentist spent with her exam - it wasn’t just “okay everything looks good, and here’s your toothbrush.” Also, the office is taking all precautions to keep patients and staff safe during COVID.

Had a great time in the chair. lori and i chopped it up like long lost pals pretty much the whole time. always hard to answer questions w someone’s fingers in your mouth but i did my best. tv was turned to the news which was pretty lame but it was muted & the radio was pumping sweet fleetwood jams so that was nice. jaime was thoughtful enough to not burn me w the ultraviolent raygun (that thing gets mad hot). the dentist was real sweet too, she fixed me up good – although she wouldnt give me the gold tooth that i asked for so minus a million stars for that.

Winter Park Dentistry is fantastic. I have never been hit with a surprise additional fee like I have been at Coa$t dental. I had to get another crown, and I thought it would be a blob on my tooth like the other dentist office did. I was wrong. My crown feels like a normal tooth. As far a covid preparedness, I have felt very comfortable in their office. Everyone was suited up, masked up, gloved up.... it looked like one of the rooms like you see people making computer chips in. What more can I say? This place is fantastic

I love WP Dentistry! My hygienist, Claudia, is amazing. She isnt afraid to tell me all that Im doing wrong, but we also laugh and have a great time while shes doing it. Who else can say their dentist trips are fun? Dr. Whitehead is knowledgeable, super helpful on top of everything and easy to talk to. Also, I never feel pressured to do anything more than I can afford or that Im being upcharged in any way which was my concern in finding a new dentist. I cant imagine going anywhere else.

The staff was really sweet and conscious about keeping the people coming in, checking for fevers, using sanitizer and screening questions. The cleaning was super fast and I did not need anything to numb my gums as the technician was super skilled and didn’t hurt me at all. She was very friendly too so it was a fast, positive experience.
