I have been coming to Park Dental for about 4 years now. I had awful experiences with dentistry in the United States… Leslie has been doing my cleanings now for awhile.. She is warm, positive and just so thorough and gentle with her cleanings. Dr. Kaiser is passionate about her patients getting the care they need .. I had to get an implant and she was persistent on it being the correct color and shape to the point I was satisfied and she wanted it even more perfect… I truly love this place to the point that I have moved far but will still travel just to come to Park Dental. I will always refer them to anyone I can.. (literally.. ask my friends and family ) !! You cannot and will not go wrong with Park Dental.

I came to this dentist after moving to Orlando and they have gone above and beyond to make my experiences easy and quick. They made sure I was comfortable and Bianca went out of her way to correct an insurance issue. I cannot recommend this office highly enough.

Dr Kaiser of Park Dental runs an outstanding dental office. I had a broken crown which was replaced expertly. It came in early, and the office manager, Bianca, got me in right after it came in. Dr Kaiser was superb in every aspect of the crown replacement, and Sharon, the dental assistant, was superb in her work as well. As a retired 1st responder, I was impressed with all the safety precautions and the PPE being used by Dr. Kaiser and her staff at my very 1st appointment over 6 years ago. Dr. Kaiser further implemented additional procedures and safety measures including portable air purification/filters at each station at the onset of the Covid 19 pandemic. The professionalism of all staff in the office from scheduling the appointments, navigating the insurance payments and services provided is top notch.

Yup, this is the dental office thats trying to put the millionth dental office in Oviedo and tear down the woods along the Seminole County nature and bike trail that we ride on and take our families to. Please stay in Winter Park... we like our town the way it is. Of all the commercial plots available already, you want to rezone a residential along a nature trail?

From my experience, Dr. Kaiser is incredibly gentle and is a top notch dentist. The office staff is knowledgeable, patient and respectful. The staff is more than friendly and helpful. The hygienists are thorough and explain everything they are doing. Dr. Kaiser is very nice and explains everything so the patient understands. Shell explain what is needed for your dental health and shell make recommendations on your options if any. Ive been a patient of Dr. Kaiser for about 15 years. I was so impressed with her, when she moved across town to her current practice, I continue to see her, even though I must pass a dozen dentists along the way!

Really happy with the practice. My wife and I have been going since about 1996 and have been very happy with the transition to Dr. Kaiser a few years ago. I have had the typical cleanings over the years and a few crowns. I recently had a severely broken tooth that required a crown but could have been a more elaborate procedure. Dr. Kaiser did a great job evaluating the situation and was able to save the rest of the tooth and set a crown. This may seem minor but the temporary crown was the best I ever had and I actually forgot I was wearing it.

I really like Park Dental. They are personable and seem to genuinely care about me. I have never had to wait more than a minute or two and the staff is very professional. I had one major procedure and everything went smoothly. The Dentist really took the time to explain everything to me and I did not feel pressured into doing any unnecessary work.

I am picky about dentist due to my childhood years. Park Dental is a wonderful experience every time i sit in the chair. They are all very friendly and honest. Very trouble free crown and cavity procedures and very gentle but thorough cleanings. I would highly recommend them and do to my friends, family and employees.

I had a chipped tooth and Dr. Kaiser fixed it beautifully. It looks better than it did before I chipped it! She told me what to expect and was very patient with all of my questions and concerns. Her staff are wonderfully supportive as well and the office is impeccably clean and peaceful.

Park Dental is the place my wife and I go for our dental care and we have been going there from Day1.Have had crowns, fillings, and regular check-up every 6 months. Dr. Kaiser, Vanessa, Amy, Betsey, and the rest of the crew are superb. Our teeth are in good hands at Park Dental! I am not the person who loves to go to the dentist, in fact I hate it, but at Park Dental I know I will get the best professional attention one can get elsewhere and with little or no pain! So let me begin with this is the best dentists office Ive ever been to in my life. I was recommended here by my fiancée and will never go anywhere else. I want to commend the entire staff, even more specifically both dental hygienists and Dr kaiser. These ladies are so thorough yet gentle and put me at ease with a very much needed crown. I will say this, I just moved here from NYC and the dental care here is far superior to anyplace Ive been before and I cannot recommend park dental enough. This place deserves ten stars if it was possible to do so. Thank you park dental, the entire staff including the front desk and the office manager as well. The dentists office usually has the stigma of being a scary place nobody wants to go but this place has changed my view.

This is the most amazing dental practice in Central Florida. I have tried quite a few - but everyone here from the front office staff, to the assistants, hygienists and the dentist herself are topnotch, professional, kind and caring. You will not be disappointed.

I visited there for some dental work. I provide my insurance information and I was given a out of pocket amount. It seemed a bit high compare to the other dentistry, but, I just wanted to get the work done so I paid. Few months later, I got a bill from them stating I need to pay even more than what I paid at the office. When I called, the receptionist said the insurance didnt pay for everything. She said there could be higher deductible. It doesnt make sense, since they shouldve had all the information in advance. This isnt the first dentistry Ive been to. This is the first time this ever happened. In the end, I paid close to $240 out of pocket with my PPO insurance for some deep cleaning. That seems unacceptable. Will not be back to this office.

If I ever had an irresistible urge to hang out at a dentist office and jaw with the staff, Park Dental would be the place. When my mouth wasnt stretched beyond its usual and customary limits, it was a pleasure providing feedback as to what was comfortable, or not. The staff did a fantastic job interpreting my grunts and wincing, amid the squeal of drilling and grinding, and the aroma of smoking teeth.4 stars because, how can you love a dental visit? And who wouldnt rather spend their money on a trip to Brazil?A, B, and Dr. C, I would be back, if I were remaining in the area. Cheers.

Had to re-do two teeth procedures on two separate occasions. The staff is nice, but the dentist doesnt seem patient when buffing/cleaning teeth after major work is done. Wouldnt recommend it.
