Best Dentist out there by far. She saved my broken teeth. I am in sales and appearances are extremely important. I had a bad accident and broke off my front teeth. She was able to repair the damage and now my teeth are better than before. They look fantastic, far better than before and now my bite is great as well. No words can describe the inefficiency of this dentist. She takes 3/4 times the amount of time to finish a procedure while charging you just as much as others. Went to rebuke a crown, quoted 1200, but never told the length, assuming it takes about 2 hours to make a brand new one.I was scheduled three appointments of 4 hours each.Needless to say she isn’t even worth your time. Ah, and the way she treats her assistant, I am dumbfounded how rude she was at one of them when someone she did do something as she required. Not even the decency to keep it to herself in front of a patient.Just wow...

Because I do not go around leaving reviews I wanted to make sure that I was not the single case of an unprofessional service that I experience with Dott. Rausch. I called for a screening to check if I had any potential cavities since I hadn’t had a cleaning in 3 years due to logistic resasons. I was quoted a surprising $300 that included ex-rays, 1 cleaning section, and consultation.Money is not an issue right now and I decided to go. I went through the whole process, and finished the same day after a full 2hours. Yes, 2 hours. Anyway, after the cleaning dott. Rausch visited me and strongly recommend to have a few more cleaning sections to have my teeth situation sorted, but luckily no cavities were spotted. Two weeks later, I undergo another cleaning and after the doctor spotted 2 cavities. Surprise!So, now she has no time to fix them and I need to go back and have them done. I wait two more weeks, she fixes the cavities and I go pay. Obviously I am expecting more, considering the two cavities. Total was $1100ish . I paid without saying a single word to her secretary Pam, and left.Reported to the BBB. Hopefully people like her will receive the proper treatment they deserve.Please, please, please, pleaseeee, do not use her for your ora hygiene or anything else, unless you like bad surprise and extremely unprofessional service.

After the extensiiiive procedure, which I wasn’t aware nor told that would take about 1 and half hour for a simple cleaning (which I do once a year), was told to come back a second time to finish it up, and charged twice because it took two appointments...
