Horrible experience. No aftercare plan from an extensive procedure, I scheduled a cleaning three days later, not the dentist so my aftercare for having a procedure of cutting my gums, filing down a tooth and placing crown was take Tylenol and rinse with salt and water. The so called banter in his office was disturbing. Stating how an older woman got hit with an ugly bus and joking about who cares if elderly people get COVID, was unprofessional and disgusting. I dont even believe this dentist should have done the procedure he performed, but his overwhelming arrogance wouldnt stop him. I asked if this procedure was going to hurt in the next few days and his response was what do you think? I just cut your gums with a scalpel. Charming.

I have been using Heidrich & Heidrich for going on 10 years and can honestly say I have never had a bad experience. Prior to going here, I was shopping for dentist and went to another local dentist who used some sort of machine to check for cavities. Ultimately, this other dentist told me I had 5 cavities. I immediately sought a second opinion at Heidrich & Heidrich who confirmed I in fact had ZERO cavities. Ten years later, I still have not had a cavity.Not only do I use Heidrich & Heidrich, but my wife, mother, mother-in-law, and children also do. Dr. Skip is great with children.The staff is extremely professional and outgoing. The facility is clean and welcoming (free coffee).Most importantly, they are honest about your teeth. They do not charge you for services you do not need.

Excellent, professional services where I dont feel overcharged. Its nice to have a dentist youre not afraid of and who really tries to make it as painless as possible.

With his team they were able to help me relax while taking care of my sensitive teeth time filling my cavities and time again. I cannot say enough nice things about the staff here. The dentist never do special tests or procedures that are not absolutely necessary. They take great care and pride in offering quality service. Paul Heidrich is a great dentist and genuinely interested in his patients and their dental health. I brought him a friend who had not had dental care in quiet some time. He took x-rays and went over their mouth, tooth by tooth, to explain the current condition and his recommended care. I was impressed with the amount of time he spent with this patient, and his ideas for helping this person. They do all types of general and cosmetic dentistry. This is an excellent practice, located right across from Winter Park Memorial Hospital..

From my experience I have had multiple root canals on my front tooth from previous dentists and replaced the crown on two different occasions. When I went to see Dr. Heidrich for the first time he was able to get me a perfect fit for my front tooth and I could not be happier. He has honestly changed my life and boosted my confidence when I look in the mirror. He is a perfectionist and so am I.
