Dr. Arias is absolutely amazing!! She has taken such great care of our 11 month old son who needed a tongue and lip tie release. During the procedure, she even gave him a break and consoled him by holding/rocking him. She genuinely cares about her patients and follows up even using her personal phone. I have never met such a sweet, caring, but yet professional and intelligent doctor/dentist before. Highly recommend!!

The office staff was friendly and patient. The doctor was very knowledgeable and I feel confident we are on the right path to having my issues solved. It was really a 5 star experience which is not something I say often.

I brought my infant son for an evaluation with Dr. Arias. The staff was very friendly and considerate and immediately put us in a secluded room. We were quickly attended to to get checked in, then Dr. Arias came and preformed a thorough, gentle exam. She explained all her findings and the meanings of them, along with potential ways of managing him best. She even texted me pictures of his mouth and links on stretching exercises, which was incredibly helpful. I was incredibly satisfied with a wonderful experience in her facility and care.

Great service! We were able to be quickly seen after my 2 month old son was diagnosed with a lip and tongue tie. Dr Arias was honest, informative and professional during the consultation while still having a great bedside manner. She made us feel comfortable with the treatment plan and necessary exercises to prevent reattachment and a successful outcome. She closely followed our son during his treatment course. We are so glad our lactation consultant recommended her to us!

Everyone that works here are absolutely amazing. Ive never had a dentist office care so much about a patient. I never liked going to the dentist and here I feel comfortable, safe, and confident that they put the best interest of the patient first. They are very knowledgeable about what they do and they also help me learn and understand the why behind what procedure needs to be done. This is the only dentist Ive ever wanted to go back to. People that work here care and are all very kind. My whole family will be coming here.

We met with Dr Carla Arias and we’re cared for by her staff (can’t remember everyone’s name...) regarding a tongue tie assessment. Everyone was so friendly and supportive. It may seem silly but we as parents had a hard time deciding and everyone spent a significant amount of time answering our questions and making sure we felt comfortable with any information we received. Would recommend the team 100%. Thank you so much for your wondering empathetic care of our son!

Really bad experience, friendly staff but unskilled dentist, fixed a my tooth and destroyed other teeth! I had to see a specialist to fix what she did ! And worst part is I had to pay both dentists .

My visit was interesting to say the least. I was asked if I got headaches and I said yes but not more than I think others get and not because of any medical reason. I was told that I need a jaw surgery of sorts and that I clench my jaw and grind my teeth. I explained I recently had braces removed as there was concern with the condition of my tongue and me biting it and I felt like I got a very condescending response about how the problem is my jaw and not having straight teeth. I was then brought over for my cleaning where the hygienist told me how I needed to floss, which I do, but then gave me a long talk about kissing my husband and exchanging germs and how my down stairs area is cleaner than my mouth...I thought this was going to be a very promising experience but I do not think I will be returning as this was not the experience I was looking for.

Dr. Arias and her team are incredible. We were referred to her by our occupational therapist and lactation consultant when it was identified that our 2 month old had a lip and tongue tie. I am a dentist myself and so I am very picky when it comes to care for my family. Dr. Arias specializes in laser therapy to treat tongue and lip ties in infants. She was so thorough, caring and understanding of everything we are going through. When your baby is not eating well it is overwhelming, but Dr. Arias does everything she can to take away some of that “overwhelming” feeling. The procedure went incredibly well- her precision and skill are excellent. We are continuing with stretches and exercises to retrain her tongue and cheeks how to swallow properly, but I am confident we are in the right hands. I am so thankful for Dr. Arias and her team!

Just moved back to the area and was lucky enough to find this dentist. The ladies here are super friendly, professional, and great at what they do. Great with little ones too! Highly recommended.

Dr. Carla Arias is an angel in scrubs. I really cannot convey how she has helped me. She has helped me really get on the right path and start caring for my teeth. I hadnt been to a dentist in years because of anxiety and just generally not being able to afford dental care. My teeth were an embarrassment and source of shame.Dr. Arias assessed and took care of my problems without judgement or condescension. Her and her staff are all very kind, even to me, a very alternative and tattooed woman, who often does not receive the treatment I need or deserve because of my appearance. Please consider them for your dental care needs. You will not be disappointed and you will not be discriminated against.Thanks to Dr. Carla and all the wonderful staff at this establishment. You guys really care and it shows.

The hygienist was very professional and extremely nice. She also took her time while performing my cleaning. Dr. Arias was very observant and knowledgeable of all my questions. I would definitely recommend this dentist office to family and friends. I love the fact they took extreme precaution with 2 masks, clear face shield and gown to protect the patients.

Carla told me i needed 5 cavities filled when i only needed 3. She also said a broken tooth would need to be extracted when it was able to be fixed with a crown for a fraction of the cost. She also told me i had a condition called tongue tie, which she said i would eventually need treatment for, which ended up being incorrect.If your diagnosis seems overboard, or you are being told you have issues that have never been brought up before, get a second opinion!!!! It seems like the only other bad reviews are all young adults who had nearly identical experiences, who they may assume wont question their diagnosis...

They are very gentle, nice, and punctual. I have been going to them for years and have no complaints. I have already recommended to my family and friends.

Went in a couple of months ago for a teeth cleaning, they said I had 7 cavities and the start of gingivitis and that I would need surgery. Going back to my hometown dentist who Ive been going to since I was 5 looked at the X-rays they took and said that these were lies and the my teeth were in perfect health. Full sail students and parents beware these people are trying to make a quick buck!

This whole practice is wonderful. Dr. Mercado is very personable and explains everything to you. Also when he did my fillings, the injection to numb my mouth was painless :). Dr. Arias has magic hands! I had been unable to chew with the right side of my face for years and after going to the practice, its like I never even had a problem to begin with. Also, I had an emergency where my crown fell out and she took the time from her personal schedule to meet me and fix it. Dr Arias and the staff are friendly, but aside from that it was not the best dental experience. I was told I needed 12 fillings done that the previous dentist (Dr. Ebner) somehow didnt catch. It took two and a half shots of novacaine just to get me numb where no other dentist needed to do more than one. Additionally, the filling wasnt made flush with my tooth and ended up cutting up my cheek and tongue real bad until I could get back in to have it filed down.Before getting the remaining 9 fillings I talked to my father-in-law that is a dentist, he said at most I needed three. I got a third opinion after that and they said the same thing.

I couldnt be any happier with my new dentist. They really care! Highly recommend.
