Numerous visits thousands spent still not right. Went back in another dentist said the work done was fine that I have another loose tooth. Well after hours and 4 temps, ( last temp was sticking out horribly after being in chair 4 hours) permanent in, wrong color and I now have a gap in the front. They will not make it right, totally disgusted and now I need to find a dentist to do it right. Save your money go elsewhere. The staff is extremely nice which makes this hard.

Best decision Ive made since moving to Orlando. I love the office, my hygienist, and the doctor. They are competent, kind and genuine. Theyve had multiple opportunities to upsell me on teeth whitening or other cosmetic procedures and they truthfully offer the best advice for your situation and consider other avenues before seeking out costly cosmetic procedures. My boyfriend had to leave them for a year because of a change to his insurance and we celebrated with a dinner when he was able to come back. Youll make a smart choice if you chose Dr. Williams office!

I love Winter Park Smiles! Every member of their team is incredibly nice and provides friendly, personal service on top of providing excellent care. I love that they give you really specific, helpful information on how your teeth are doing and how you can improve your dental health. Everything runs smoothly and they dont keep you waiting, and even though they werent in my dental plan network I only had maybe a $30-50 copay last time including x-rays. And for what its worth, I found out that they charge $300 for a new retainer compared to the $500 I paid at my orthodontist.

Everyone was amazing, very professional and welcoming. Brooke and Dr Williams both explained everything stepwise before hand. One of the best so far and Im very hopeful.

Dr. Williams and her staff are incredibly friendly as well as efficient. They were wonderful with my young son from start to finish without any meltdowns. Wonderful experience. I never look forward to going to the dentist, but this experience was different. The office was clean. Staff is friendly. My dental hygienist, Tie, was thorough and informative, pleasant teeth cleaning and x-rays. Dr. Williams didnt make me feel like the size of an ant for my lack of dental care and flossing, she was pleasant and gave me options moving forward. Excited for my future cleaning.

My wife and I are happy to travel 45 minutes to be seen by Dr. Williams and her staff. She is simply the best and so is her staff. Excellent care and they have a Cerec machine (they make their own crowns). I never have to wait (unlike my previous dentist) and the care I receive has been excellent. I highly recommend them. They make their own crowns as well so if you need one, you dont have to get a temporary crown and then come back which is awesome.

Great office staff, hygienist and Dr. Williams is wonderful. My whole family goes here and they have been the best!

Had a follow up visit to adjust the crown bite approximately 45 days after my crown procedure. They were very accommodating and worked my appointment in within a couple days. Everyone was friendly and appointment started on time. The adjustment to the crown bite took less than twenty minutes and was pain free. Dr. Williams did a wonderful job and the bite feels natural. Appreciate the hassle free follow up visit to ensure their customers are completely satisfied. Thank you for the outstanding customer service!Visited Winter Park Smiles today to have two porcelain crowns inserted. The procedure couldn’t have gone smoother. Dr. Williams and her assistant Erin were wonderful. They are very competent and explained every step as it was performed. They have the latest technology to scan the teeth being replaced and make precision measured porcelain crowns on site. The crowns fit perfect! Dr. Williams performed a replacement of my old crown-on Thursday, November 6, 2019.Dr. Williams and her assistants — Erin and Tie were outstanding from preparation to the end - a perfectly efficient and smooth process. They have all the technology in house to measure and make the new crown during the procedure. No need to be fitted with a temporary crown and schedule a second visit to have the final crown inserted. Everything takes place during your scheduled visit. The new porcelain/ceramic crown looks absolutely beautiful and fits perfect!!! I went to my appointment with a normal level of high anxiety associated with going to the dentist and came away so impressed with their professionalism and care to make the procedure absolutely anxiety free!!!

I have been a patient at this office since 2011. I lived in downtown Winter Park at the time when I was originally in need of a local dentist. I didnt know Id still be coming here, consistently, for 8 years. I kept my loyalty with them, and why? The staff. They are so amazing, genuinely care about the health and well-being of their patients, and are friendly and fun to talk to. The office is also beautiful, extremely clean, and modern - which are all pluses. But it honestly comes back down to the staff. When I eventually move out of state, Ill be so sad to leave this office. I have recommended this place to every single one of my local friends that have asked who my dentist is, and I would recommend every time to a stranger.

I can’t lie I haven’t been to the dentist for years. Now that I’m adulting, I searched for a new office in my area and booked a cleaning. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. The girls gave me much knowledge and a peaceful experience and I would be happy to return again.

The staff at Winter Park Smiles is super friendly and accommodating. Im a teacher so I asked to be scheduled on a certain day, but they didnt have it available at the time. Called me when they had a cancellation to help fit my schedule. When I was there, my dental hygienist was super informative and kind. I needed a filling done and they were able to accommodate me the same day! Wonderful service!

I recommend this dentist! Great “bedside manner”, great staff and intelligent, thoughtful and well applied knowledge from the fabulous Valerie hygienist to the intelligent and comforting dentist. I have gum recession and know that someday my genetics will get the best of me. In the meantime, I know I’m in the best hands possible. It’s worth my 35 minute commute, one-way, at off peak drive times. I’m happy my dentist is younger and wiser than me. 😉

Dr. Williams is fantastic, and the hygienists Ive interacted with for my cleanings are all incredibly good as well. They also have a wonderful front desk, and it just remains a terrific place that stays up on technological advances as well.

Deceitful business practices. They will tell you that expensive panoramic x-rays are required, but insurance says otherwise. Instead, I was charged for extra x-rays without my consent. All I went in for was a routine tooth cleaning, which was covered in network and I still got a bill. When asked about it, Anne at the front desk was very rude and dismissive. I recommend going to a more trustworthy dentist. Im not sure how they have so many five star reviews with how they conduct business. I need to be able to trust my dentist to do what is in my best interest, not theirs. Everyone was very friendly and competent. The doctor took her time and explained things to me and I didn’t feel rushed at all. The wait was minimal too. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone. I love going there and seeing them all!

BEST dentist anywhere!! I deal with some anxiety issues whenever I have to have a dental procedure done. Today I had to have 3 silver fillings replaced. I let Dr. Williams know about my anxiety and she was wonderful!! So patient with me having to take a couple of little breaks to calm myself. And she was great about telling me exactly what she was doing, which helps me to be even more calm. Shes amazing and so is her staff. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Williams and the entire team at Winter Park Smiles!!!

I love this office. The dentist is fairly young and well trained, using the latest technology (I think she told me they used a 3D printer in house to make a crown) and xrays direct to computer imaging. Overall the team of hygienists are all super gentle, using hydro sonic cleanings and a mix of very experienced and some newer tram members).On top of being wowed by tech, their gentle nature is my key need. Ive a special needs child, and you can imagine that the dentist experience from cleanings to fillings can be touch-and-go at times. This office has won my child over, and he looks forward to going in.

Dr. Byrnes is the ideal dentist. He knows just what to do in order to make your dental experience enjoyable (which we all know is not always the case). His staff is also extremely helpful & kind. Also thumbs up to whoever decorated the waiting room, it’s the only dental office I’ve ever seen without furniture from the early 90s.

Dr.s Paul and Kathy are simply the best in Orlando. My wife and I have been happy patients for many years. I am especially impressed by their knowledge of sleep apnea and the crafting of my customized TAP appliance. This is extremely important to me as a patient with cardiac disease. A big plus is that they really strive to be on time with their appointment schedules. Their office is immaculate, technically advanced and the staff treats us like family.

Have been with the practice for a over a decade... and the staff is very consistent and helpful.

I asked if they could do a quick repair on a tooth and they wanted $280 to do x-rays and cleaning. They would not do just a consult to address the problem.

We were patients of Dr. Helsby and when he retired we were a little nervous with a new dentist. We come from The Villages. We like Dr. Jessica Williams and her staff and will continue our trek to Orlando for our dental work.

Duplicitous and void of any integrity- I would give zero stars if it were possible. In order of greatest to least offense: I was originally told I couldnt be seen because, while in network, they couldnt charge my current insurance for unnecessary Panarex until next cycle. I checked with Cigna who quickly dismissed that requirement. Against my better judgement, I trusted them with my teeth for a 6 month followup and got a rushed, partial cleaning. I told them about the insurance and they charged me for more x-rays without consent anyway. I contacted Cigna and they called WPS. The receptionist, Anne, came across very rude and unprofessional when I had her on the phone with my insurance company to explain charges for a routine, asymptomatic cleaning. First rule of customer service is not to blame or insult the client with a tone of indignation and inconvenience. I will definitely be looking for another Dentist whose staff and integrity arent so questionable. The amount is insignificant, but its the principal and everyone deserves respect Anne.So instead of addressing the major racist customer service issue (Anne) and the blatant lie about certain procedures needing to be done or I cant be seen, you deflect to a policy that has no bearing on the major concern. Very disappointing.
