As is always the case Auto Masters did a great job on my recent steering rack replacement. Also they have in-house wheel alignment capabilities so that made the job take less time and also give me the assurance that it was done correctly. I highly recommend them if youre looking for a competitent honest mechanic.

Highly recommend!! They let me come in at a moments notice to check on a mystery leak that had soaked the entire drivers side rug. The guys found the issue, fixed it, and had me and my Mini on our way in a surprisingly brief time. Most places never even bothered contacting me back, or had no availability, but Auto Master Repair 100% came through! Thank you sooo much!!!

I have just moved to Florida and had to find a trustworthy auto shop. This place was THE BEST find I could have ever dreamed of. I had gone to a different shop because my car had AC problems and all they did was put freon in and didn’t mention that my evaporator had a giant leak in it! This place was amazing and let me know the real reason why I had warm air. They replaced the evaporator and everything works fine now but they also went above and beyond. The nicest guy there named Jerzy dropped me off and picked me up because I didn’t have anyone to drive me since I just moved here. 10/10 would recommend.

Everyone in my family takes their cars here. Always honest and the best price for any work done whether service or repair. Very honest, I first started going to Jerzy many years ago after I got a long list of expensive work the dealership told me I needed. I went to Auto Master for a second opinion, and he told me I didnt need any of it. I continued to take that car to AM after that. When I bought a new car I had the first several service visits covered, so I went back to the dealership for a while. But after I had major problems with the car, the dealership told me I needed an almost $4,000 repair. Went to Jerzy, who found that it was actually a different problem, and the repair was less than half as much. My car is running perfectly again, and I will not make the mistake of going to the dealership again. I would recommend Auto Master to everyone.

I don’t recommend this place at all.Unfortunately I had a bad experience with this shop. Started off nice, the gentleman seemed helpful and honest but turned out to be unprofessional.After picking up the car I noticed smoke coming from the engine. I called to ask if they spilt anything on the engine Or did any thing that would cause that. They said no and that I could bring it back to them. I told them I didn’t feel comfortable doing so because My car did have that issue until I left it with them. He then proceeded to blame me and how I drive the car because I left in a hurry.I alway want to give people the benefit of the doubt so I hope that my experience was just a one of rather then a regular business practice.Edit:Just found a huge scratch on my door.

This is the best service I have ever had for my car. I spoke with the owner on the phone twice to describe my problem and he greeted me at my car when I arrived at the shop. He was professional and personable. My problem was remedied quickly and they even found a secondary problem (a nail in my tire). Great attention to detail! The shop and waiting room were very clean and I am so pleased that we found this shop!

I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation since I saw a coupon for it on the website. I sat in the lobby and watched through the window while he did a meticulous 45 point inspection. He had also heard a noise on the right side while driving it into the shop that he was carefully checking on. I was nervous because I figured if he took that long, he was definitely going to find something to tell me I needed done, but to my surprise he was honest and told me that there was nothing that needed attention. He told me the exhaust system was getting old and loud and may need replacing soon, but he told me I’d hear it when it finally needed attention. I really appreciate his friendliness, extreme attention to detail, and honesty about the urgency (or lack there of) of what he did find.

I had a good idea that it was bearings...I knew that if it was, it was going to be expensive, and Id not have a car for some time. My care is a very rare car, not many of them on the road, and Ive yet to see on in Florida.My fiancee, she has used this mechanic before, and she had faith in them.I trust her, so I took my car Felix Gustavsson to Auto Master Repair.Shockingly, they had the car repaired the very next day, not only that, they even replaced the serpentine belt and a fuse in my lighter at no charge.The cost for the bearings repair job was not 1200 to 1500 like I believed it would be..try half that...If any other issues arise with Felix, I will know where to go.Amazing price, amazing work, my car sounds brand new again.Having a good mechanic whom you can trust...That is priceless...AND...that is why I write this review...Good people should be spotlighted.Kudos, on a job well done.Regards,Oaks

Excellent service, Jerzy diagnosed and repaired timely! Less than half the cost of dealer... 2nd time he found NO problem with a repair diagnosed by another major chain, he could have repaired and made $ but he is fair and honest and explained why the alleged repair was NOT needed!

Brought my car here right at closing. The mechanic helped me out and stayed late until enterprise picked me up. He had the car ready the next day and got a particular brake line over nighted and installed at a very reasonable price.

I called the shop and explained I have a 3rd party warranty and an AC issue. Their inclination on the phone is no problem bring it in and we will take a look at it. I brought my car in for diagnostics only. I was not informed there would be a charge for this service. They called me to inform me that my issue was not covered under the warranty and would cost me nearly $2000.00. I advised I would be unable to pay that at this time. They took it upon themselves to complete other things and charge me nearly $200.00 for services I did not authorize during diagnostics. I wouldnt get my car fixed here ever. Shady crooks.

Jerry was very helpful in identifying and fixing the problems with my car at a reasonable price. He also explained the issues to me so I understood why certain things were happening and what the solutions would do. I came here after receiving recommendations from the Honda service department, which suggested buying unnecessary and expensive parts. It was nice to have an honest and knowledgable repairman who didnt try to take advantage and overcharge.

Had a Mass Air Flow Sensor problem with my 97 Ford Ranger. I took advantage of the free check engine light inspection, and they were able to find the problem right away, then I decided to have them fix the problem. Within a two days they had the part ready to fix and it maybe took an hour for them to fix. The employees are really cool dudes and really easy to talk to which made the process that much easier. I really recommend going here.

I sent a vehicle to be inspected for a pre-purchase inspection. Charged me no money yet advised me strongly not to buy the vehicle due to multiple issues. After calling me and letting me know, mechanics kindly took it into their hands to call the salesman back to save me the hassle. I recommend 10 out of 10 this shop for this service. I will now be using this shop for my personal mechanic.

I don’t understand how someone calls themselves auto master when they tell me they don’t touch Imports/Lexus when I see an rx330 or whatever in their google+ pics. I was asking for basic maintenance stuff and when I’m an accredited technician I expect to be treated like it regardless of what my situation with my back is or isn’t. Wasn’t asking you to tune my car, wasn’t asking you to diagnose how it runs and why, i asked for the most basic of things. Don’t appreciate you assuming my car is junk basically when it’s a 35k, 2 year restoration that’s almost complete. Seems like the real reason you wouldn’t touch it to me. As a fellow technician, would not recommend this establishment.

Jerzey is the man. Jerzey has been doing maintenance and repairs on my Jeep since I got it 2016 and has been doing my parents car as long as I can remember. From everything from oil changes to fixing a few young adult mistakes, he’s done nothing but great and reliable work. Customer for life.

Worst place ever. The owner is a crook. He tells you one price and then does the work and charges 3 times the amount. Doesnt give paperwork or an estimate. Absolute trash. I would never refer anyone to this man.

We had an intermittent electrical problem which we had spent a week with another shop trying to solve. Jerry at auto master 771 was able to diagnose and solve it. They get 5 stars in my book and I seldom rate anyone that high.
