Some professionals and experiences with businesses really stick out in your mind. The service department at Holler Honda in Winter Park, FL has definitely been that for our family. Weve used them a couple of times, and it is - hands down- the best dealership, best place of service weve ever taken our vehicles. They are polite, efficient, great with communication, and extremely skilled with diagnosing and maintaining our vehicles. We recently had a mysterious problem with the electrical system on our Honda, and it wasnt a common or straightforward fix. They were creative and stopped at nothing to get our vehicle perfectly in order. We scheduled to pick up the car at the end of the day on a Saturday, right before closing, and the very efficient and tireless service manager Ron Shillings-- even then --went above and beyond to show my husband aspects of our electrical system and key fob that we hadnt known. Our family has owned 7 Hondas, and this is exactly the reason we are a Honda family-- good cars, excellent service, and they make owning a car fun.
Im a first time Odyssey owner and this was my first time using Holler Honda. Ive had good and bad experiences with dealerships and repair shops over the years, like anybody else; working with Holler was an unequivocally good experience. When they ran into an unexpected complication (with some of the computerized components), they worked and worked until they solved the problem. I appreciate their determination and professionalism - Ron kept my wife and I informed of the delay and explained everything to us in laymans terms. We cant imagine a place with better service and friendlier more helpful staff!
This is by far the best Honda Service Center in Orlando, just on the edge of Winter park a couple of blocks from Fairbanks and 1792. The staff is so friendly, they didnt try to offer me anything I didnt need and were happy to chauffeur me home and come back to pick me up promptly. Had an appointment at 7:30AM and was greeting with great customer service. Ron and Al were both super helpful and Rons energy this early amazed me! I was cranky for having to be up early but dropping off my car put me in a great mood.My boyfriend had some questions about the estimate and they answered all of his questions in a professional way remaining just as nice.Service was done in less than an hour so before I had to clock in remotely I was able to pick up my car and finish the rest of my day with one less worry.I will definitely always schedule my service here!Thank you for your help!

Scheduled my oil change for 10am a week prior. Arrived a few minutes early and was informed by the front desk they are running late and that it will take about a hour to hour 15 to complete. No problem. I’ll wait. An hour 30 goes by I check on status and I was asked if I have an appointment...I asked for my keys. I don’t play those games. Never going to Holler Honda Service again.
I am so thankful for this Honda Service Center! I’ve had some bad experiences in the past with service centers overcharging me and causing damage to my car during inspections, etc. It’s so important for me to find a place I can trust - and I trust the staff here 100%! They are always nice, professional and get everything done in a timely manner. The location is great too because you can walk down to Hannibal Square or Park Ave and grab a cup of coffee while you wait. I’ll be a customer for life! Highly recommended.

I have never had my car worked on here, but I have picked up parts for a 2005 Honda Civic from them on several occasions. Their prices are actually good on the things Ive needed. Definitely recommend calling them if you need a specific part for your Honda. They can look it up and either have it ready same day or by the next day.

Took my 2018 Honda Odyssey into the Holler Honda Fairbanks Ave. Service Center for oil change, a couple of recalls, and diagnosis & repair of a mysterious clunking noise on the front, drivers side. Al at the Service desk kept me updated throughout the repair process. David, the technician assigned to take care of my minivan, worked hard and went on multiple test-drives with me until he finally figured out the origin of the mysterious noise (ended up being a part that was not properly installed at the Honda dealership where I purchased my vehicle). David was also super nice and reassured he would continue working on my vehicle until he found the problem and repaired it to my satisfaction, which he did. I really appreciate their service, patience, and hard work. Will be visiting them in the future for my Honda automobile needs.

I had the most awesome experience at the service center and give a huge shout out to Al Edgerton-, my hero last week!!! Many businesses have lost the desire and/or ability to provide excellent customer service. In Als case, not only did he provide it, he went over and beyond!!!!The service center was near closing when I had a tire emergency. I was around the corner from Holler Honda, so I pulled in. I said a quick prayer and crossed my fingers they could help. Al ended up staying late along with a service tech to help me. I seriously could not believe it nor could I have been more appreciative.If all people would take a page out of Als book, the world could be so much happier and peaceful. Al, thank you for setting the example!!! Ill never forget it.
While in town visiting family, my 2008 Pilot exhibited some problems at high speeds. I took the car to Holler, and while I did not have an appointment and the place was plenty busy, they were happy to help. I got a diagnosis later that day, and the problem turned out to be a rather simple one.Its an old car with 175,000 miles, and I half expected that any mechanic would give me a grim diagnosis of its myriad worn parts and offer costly courses of action. And armed with the knowledge that I was only in town for a few days and was about to put another 500 highway miles on the car, I was wary that a mechanic would prey on my fears and suggest a number of possible fixes to get it back on the road. Instead, Ron was straight-forward in his appraisal and direct with me from the get-go. As I said, the fix turned out to be a simple one and the car rode as smoothly as ever when I put it back on the highway a couple of days later.The prices were more than fair, and the service thorough. Most importantly, I left feeling that I had been dealt with honestly and professionally. My long, smooth ride soon thereafter affirmed the fact that they had done a fine job of fixing the problem.It can take years to find a reliable mechanic in ones own hometown; I was delighted to find one on my first day in Winter Park.

Long wait times but good service
I had a flat tire and brought my car into the shop to see if they could help fix it. I told them if they could fix the tire then to fix it but if it needs to be replaced then to replace it. I also asked if they did have to replace the tire to look at the others and see if they also needed to be replaced. When they told me it was done I went to pay and saw I was charged almost $1000 for 4 new tires. Even though as you can see on the picture provided that the other 3 tires were in perfect working condition per their inspection. When asked if they could undo it they said they could not put on the old tires back on. So I got royally ripped off. They also said i needed a new air filter even though I had replaced it a month before. They will try and take your money one way or another. I will never go back.
If you live in the College Park/Winter Park area and you’re not getting your Honda services by Ron Schillings and his Team then you’re missing out. Dinning at the cheasecake factory was very nice last evening. The employees are trying very hard during covid times. They are wearing mask and gloves. It is important to say that they are changing gloves every 30 minutes. I feel that is not enough. That means they are spreading germs from one table to the next during that time. Food served was good. Had a tossed mixed salad. Did notice the Roma in lettuce was Browning as a result of old lettuce. The ranch dressing was very good. I had the Cajun shrimp and chicken pasta. It was a favorite dish of mine and was very good. My brother had the brick chicken and he substituted the pasta for the potatoes. Both dishes were very good. The atmosphere in the restaurant was eary just because it was so quiet at 6pm.

This was my first experience at a Honda Express Service. Both Ron and Katie were professional, friendly, and made the experience positive and easy! Also, all employees were COVID-conscious and wearing masks, which I greatly appreciated.
I had to replace my trunk seal, and a service consultant named Al Edgerton gave me excellent service. Instead of making me wait to pick up the car later in the day, he was able to help quickly to save my time.
This was my first time at Holler Honda Service Center and it wont be my last. All the employees were friendly, smiling, and happy to help me. They have a great customer lounge area that makes waiting for your service a lot easier. Ron Shillings is the best service manager I’ve ever come across. Ron really knows customer service and because of him, I’ll only come back to this location for me future services.

No one ever wants to go to a service center willingly. It tends to be something that is just a thing that needs to be fit into the schedule for people to just be mean and/or attempt to take advantage of you by telling you the one million things that are about to happen to you car.BUT, this experience was something different. I was greeted by Ron Shillings, the service manager of this branch, and he was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He made the extra push to show the hospitality that this service center can provide while taking care of your car needs. Ron and ALL of the people that are with him at this Honda Service Center are amazing and I cannot recommend them more!

I have spent some time with them since I moved here from New York. I had some trouble with my tires in the beginning and it was tough finding a solution but they were happy to help provide a resolution at a reasonable price. Today I came in because of a flat tire I did not have a spare and they just wanted to help me get back to whatever I needed to do. Without hesitating they changed the tire topped off my fluids and checked my other tires to make sure I was on my way home safe and sound. Ill be a loyal customer as long as I am here these are people that care about you and provide to you as if you were their own family. Thanks to the team here!

I absolutely LOVE this place. I was always told to never go to the dealer, but I’m never going anywhere else again. I’ve gotten work done by both Ron and Al. They are the ABSOLUTE best. If I have something on my service request that they know I don’t need work on they take it off, and they are always willing to explain (and re-explain) the work being done on my car. They never add things onto my bill that I don’t need because I don’t understand what it is. They also always get me in and out super fast. I used to take my cars to pepboys, but never never ever again because they overcharge me, add things I don’t need, and they keep my car for hoooouuuurs. No, if you have a Honda please take it here. Also the are great snacks.
I saw this service center on Fairbanks and Capen on my way to another destination and decided to drop in to check on my battery and alternator. Ron was polite, listened patiently to my concerns, and asked questions to get to the bottom of the issue. Katie is the sweetest— engaging in conversation and building rapport. Superb work from the Holler Service Center keeps my Honda Pilot, at 100K - going strong, running great. It’s not the closest location to get my Honda serviced, but the best. It’s the only place I’ll take my vehicle for routine, warranty, recall, and critical services. Recommend by a good friend with a Pilot about five years ago. Ron and his staff always take the time to answer my questions and explain what’s needed, and as importantly, what’s not needed - awesome customer service. Great quality and value - worth the drive for me, the place to take your Honda.
I do a lot of travel in my personal for work, so I come in quite often. Every time I go in Im greated by my first name. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Service is always quick. They always give my car a look over and let me know if I need anything new (breaks, filters, etc.). They offer to do the work but are never too pushy if I decline additional services. I just moved out of Orlando and when I was up for Christmas I came in just to get my car serviced here rather than SFL. Highly recommend this service center.

Great shop! We get our 2011 Honda Accord serviced regularly here. We enjoy the friendly and quick service. They are willing to explain things and the service team doesnt treat you like a number. They always remember me and my husband! This is 100% our shop for our Honda. The prices are very reasonable and they have always respected my budget - helping me figure out what needs to be done now and what can wait. They help me keep an eye on the health of our car (things I dont think to check) which is great for preventive care!Its a small location, but they sure do a lot. They have a play area for kids which is nice for fussy little ones. I dont think theyre open too late, but weve never had any trouble getting in even during the weekends.The best thing about this place is that the service is stable. You build relationships with the staff which makes something (like all the mechanic talk etc.) that can easily be overwhelming easier to handle! And I feel like i can trust them and they respect me. If nothing else just try them for an oil change to see how you like the feel. Its worth it!
Ron Schillings has been my service manager since I bought my civic hybrid in 2003. My civic has almost 250,000 miles on it, and still runs like new thanks to Ron and his team. He is always personable, welcoming, and genuine. I will never think of taking my car anywhere else. In fact, the wonderful service I have received over the years is what convinced my fiance and I to buy another Honda as our second vehicle. Ron has always worked with me to make service affordable and I trust him completely. I cannot recommend him enough!

Drove down to central Florida for the summer and the car was due for an oil change. Googled a Honda service station found this location to have 5 star rating. I was not disappointed. Calling in to make appointments was not as easy, but when you are in the shop Ron Shillings, the manager was excellent to deal with. He made the experience so smooth and so easy. Excellent customer service and kind staff. Ron was able to fit me in despite the call center not properly scheduling my appointment.Would like to rate 5 stars but one of my wheels was not tightened after a tire rotation. The wheel studs were completely loose. I didnt drive far before noticing a and fortunately it appears that there was no harm done. I returned immediately after tightening them myself and Ron quickly and professionally helped to ameliorate the situation. I will be returning because I think this was an honest mistake that doesnt happen often, judging by previous reviews.
I love this place. Ive been getting my car serviced here since 2013. The service manager Ron is always helpful. Ive gotten numerous services here (oil changes, new brakes, new starter) and Ive never had an issue after installation/service. The staff always make sure Im satisfied with my vehicle and answer any questions I have with the utmost honesty, not to mention great vehicle maintenance advice. I do suggest making an appointment if you want faster service. This will ensure a pleasant visit.

Love this place! The staff here is amazing and always greet me by name.Ron Schilling, William and Manny have always treated me great and done an awesome job at taking care of my 2008 Pilot. I happened to work right around the corner and Im so grateful for this place being where it is. I can drop my car off in the morning for whatever issue that it may have and pick it up after work. They usually have someone there to shuttle me to work so I dont have to worry about how Im going to get there after dropping my car off. Ive had numerous services done there with no problems. All my oil changes have been done there for the past 4 years. They always call and give me an explanation if any additional services are need. Ive had my alternator replaced, brakes, check engine light service, and amongst many other services. I just took it in recently for an inspection before taking it on a trip to the Smoky Mountains .Ron got everything ready to go and I even got a follow up call from him after getting back from vacation which was awesome! Always a great experience with a wonderful staff!

The staff are excellent and incredibly friendly. I had an issue with my transmission and needed a part replaced. It took a little bit but they got the part from another location and had me out in under twenty minutes once it was in shop. Will definitely bring my car back here if anything else goes wrong!
