Nick Morris treated our home for termites on Tuesday November 17, 2020. He was very professional, courteous and personable. We have been with them for over 5 years and they have provided us great service.

My wife and I recently hired Triad Pest Control through recommendation of a neighbor after we discovered we had carried some stowaways (Bedbugs) from a trip the beginning of the year. My first reason for choosing Triad was that I was able to speak to someone who could help me immediately. I spoke with Bo who explained the process to me and answered all my questions. Other places just told me they would have someone call me back. We had a scheduled date to begin on Monday and the evening before Nick, our treatment technician, spoke with me at length on the phone and explained all the things we needed to do in order to be prepared for their visit the following morning. Nick showed up on time and was professional, cordial, and personable. We went through the inspection process and he began his treatment. Throughout the treatment he sent videos of what was going on inside the house. The next day we returned home and began the long process of putting our home and belongings back in order. It has been quite the process but thanks to the team at Triad Pest Control we feel like our problem has been properly handled and we can finally sleep in our own bed. I cant speak highly enough of Nick and would recommend him and Triad Pest Control to anyone who asks for a recommendation.

The worst company ever !!! I use to work for them and I got fired within 2 weeks due to the CEO BO Gilliam. They are very unprofessional people and they let their feelings get into business. This company is not about service they are MONEY HUNGRY people !! Do not do any business with this company. I really feel bad for the people who work for these people and one of the nicest people I met there was Nick Morris and Jermiah Pigford they are great people !! They really make the company for what it is.

This company did my termite inspecting and I was THINKING to do my Pest Control Service WITH THEM and my Real State business as well but, after finding out that Mrs. Nancy Delgado no longer works there, I will suggest to STAY AS FAR AS YOU CAN FROM THIS COMPANY. The owner did not care about my situation until, I talk to Mrs. Delgado she was very polite and nice and spoke my language as well which made me feel very comfortable. THIS COMPANY CANT KEEP THE SAME EMPLOYEES.. RIDICULOUSLY!!!! THIS EMPLOYEE HAD GOOD WORK ETHIC...CAN I PLEASE HAVE HER NUMBER? I WOULD LIKE TO OFFER HER A JOB...

Very good to work with. Mr. Gilliam is considerate and concerned when it comes to executing a plan of action for pest control treatment. The cost was reasonable and comparable to other local professional. I would recommend Triad Pest Control to friends and family that need this type of service. Thanks guys for a job well done.

Very unsatisfied with the level of service your company provided. After a no show for a Saturday appointment, with no apology for it, and sending out a guy with faulty equipment to provide a far below average attempt at spraying I can say you will never get my business again. In fact the only think you will get is a negative revie and a warning to STAY AWAY from this company!

I had a bug problem have triad to come out paid them $1,024.00 and the problem reoccurred. This happened in August its only been 4 months and they are telling me I have to pay again. That its only guaranted for one month. I am so disappointed in their service. Dont have Triad pest Control do any service

I called with a hornet issue on Wednesday evening, by Thursday morning at 7:30am the problem was gone. Thank you Triad Pest Control.

Have had a horrible experience with this company. Did not do the work they said they would. Owner has poor customer service and instead of fixing the problem told me to do what I had to do essentially dropping his hands on his companies error.
