We’ve used Mosquito Authority for the last 3 years and the service is great! We have tried other mosquito mitigation and no other service eliminates better. The techs are thoughtful, and they are great about postponing service due to rain. If you’ve considered having your yard treated by mosquitoes I highly recommend these guys over anyone else.

We struggle with awful mosquitoes at our house. We would walk outside and be covered in bites in a matter of minutes even with bug spray, citronella everything and bug zappers. We decided to try mosquito authority after being recommended by a friend and we now are enjoying a bite free summer! It’s been amazing to actually use our porch, patio and yard comfortably this year. I first used Mosquito Authority many years ago after my mother came to live with me. She loved our deck but got bitten by mosquitoes all the time. I tried the torches and candles and sprays with no effect. I saw a sign in the neighborhood for Mosquito Authority and brought them in for one treatment. For three weeks there were no problems with mosquitoes and I signed up for the rest of the year. We have been mosquito free now for a long time. Today Mark came to treat our yard. He has been with the company almost from the start and does a professional job. He knows about customer service and took the time to answer some questions I had about mosquitoes. Take a moment to read why I think this is the BEST investment on the market. We bought a house in January on Main St. in Mocksville. We were excited about a place for our 5 kids to play. When spring came the mosquitoes came. No big deal we thought, they are out every year. Within a month we could not go outside. Without exaggeration we would have no less than 20 bites in 15 minutes outside. At one point we regretted buying this beautiful historic home we bought. We could see dozens of mosquitoes flying around in every part of our yard.We asked the company that was spraying for pests around the outside of the house if they helped with mosquitoes. They sent out a guy. He sprayed and we got a bill. After one week there was absolutely NO CHANGE!I called back and asked if they would spray again for free, since there was no improvement (by this time I had heard the Mosquito Authority ads on the radio). They said that they didnt do that, but told us to just wait another week and see if that helped. If it didnt then they would move up the next spraying for the following cycle. A week later, there was still NO CHANGE. We were trapped in our home.They returned and sprayed again, and of course charged us again. A week later there seemed to be some improvement, but it was minimal at best. I was frustrated and needed a solution, short of tearing down every tree and bush in our yard.I called Mosquito Authority. They came out the next day. They reviewed the yard, show me hot spots for Mosquitoes, saw how bad they were and did the first spray. I waited a week again to let the mosquitoes die. This time there was a significant improvement but still we had mosquitoes. To be fair this was the 3rd time the yard had been sprayed.I called back and told them that we still had mosquitoes and they said, no worries, we will back out tomorrow. And they were. No extra charge. We have an acre of land and 50% of it covered with trees or bushes. The MA guys didnt just spray AT the bushes, they got IN the bushes. They walked through the trees and got to the eggs.Further, while we pay a little more for MA than we did the other guys, we got the results. No mosquitoes!!! I mean, NONE! Our kids can play outside and they love it. We have our house back and I am grateful. MA is an investment that is worth every penny. I could not be more happy with their services and I highly recommend you use them if you have mosquitoes.Thank you Mosquito Authority for giving us back our home!

Every so often, a business provides a service that impresses you to the point where you feel like you need to let others know about it. I called these guys after finding a couple hornets inside our brand new house in Lewisville NC. They called me back to let me know they could have someone out about 10 minutes later! I couldnt believe how quickly they sent someone out and the cost for an evaluation was more than fair. They found a small hornets nest ooutside near our chimney and took care of it within about 30 minutes. I will absolutely use these guys going forward and if you live in the Forsyth county area you should seriously consider calling them for your future pest control needs.

While very helpful over the phone, what was discussed and what happened was very different. Having a lot of mosquitos in my courtyard but a great many flowering plants with bees and butterflies. Discussed this with contact and was assured that the technicians were instructed to avoid spraying flowering plants. That is not what happened. As I watched the tech was spraying all of the flowering plants as he came to them, full blast. I approached him and asked about killing my bees and butterflies, he said that he didnt believe they would be affected. I suggested that he call his office, which he did not, but did discontinue spraying the flowers. Mosquito Authority to say that the spray will kill bees and butterflies, however checking with other companies, I was assured that if bees and other insects came in contact with the spray they could die. There is a breakdown in the training and communication at Mosquito Authority. I am sure that they do a good job if you do not have flowering plants, not so much for those of us who have flowers.

Love this company!!! The staff is always friendly and very helpful!!! I love not having mosquitoes during the spring and summer. Love the package and appreciate the re-treatments when needed. They are very accommodating.

Mosquito Authority has been amazing! I can go outside and enjoy our yard. We purchased our home because it was on gorgeous property but mosquitoes made a meal out of me every time. Now I dont think twice about going outside and not a single bite while in my yard. On the downside, I forget Mosquito Authority is not everywhere and I forget to put on bug spray when going to other places. I quickly remember why I love these guys so much. They even take the time to spray organic spray around my crepe myrtle tree so that we dont have a mold issue. Love them!

They have changed schedule of visits to accommodate my needs and have repeated treatments when requested. Lots of birds and butterflies in my garden which are apparently unaffected.

We got our fence in June and apparently starting the service then is a bit late to have perfect success with normal treatment. MA is following up and willing to make as many trips out as needed to solve the problem. They deserve to be applauded for the effort and making us feel as if were their most important client. They want to make it right, and they deserve that chance, so well keep trying.**Original review**It just doesnt work. We had just built a fence and wanted to spend time outside but dreaded the mosquitoes. After spending a few hundred dollars they came and sprayed our .16 acre yard. The next evening, bitten multiple times. Decided it was OK and we needed to wait at least two treatments. Second treatment came and well I was still getting bitten. Called them to come back out because they have this guarantee, they came out, sprayed again and the next day had 3 mosquito bites. I dont know if the product is a scam, doesnt work, or just isnt made for properties this close together. I wasted money for this company, I hope you dont do the same. TiKi torches and PIC coils are much cheaper and work better. BTW theres no standing water on our property and no large pools of standing water in the community.

I am very pleased that I can be in my yard and not have to fight off the mosquitos. Also, we have used this service for several years; I know the safety of the birds are a concern for some, but we have lots of birds coming to our feeders and havent seen any signs of harm to birds, squirrels, or chipmunks.

I am writing this review under my sons account because I dont use GMAIL. He wont care because he lives with me part time and is always outside practicing on our putting green. The last thing he needs is to be eaten alive by mosquitoes. This is the best home pest control service we have ever used!!! They are reliable and if it rains right after your treatment, they will come back out and respray. Not only do we not have mosquitoes, we dont have bugs or spiders anymore eliminating the need for additional pest control services. We used to get those huge brown scary spiders on all of our porches. Not anymore; they are gone along with all the other creepy crawly things that hide out and reproduce in your shrubs and landscaping. The nicest family owns this business and you will not be sorry. This is the best service! This is the first year I have been truly able to enjoy sitting out on my deck without being pestered by mosquitos! Mosquito Authority stands by their no mosquito guarantee and their customer service is the best. My husband and I were highly doubtful a mosquito service could control the pests on our highly wooded lot surrounded by more woods on multiple sides. We were wrong! It is like magic. After the first treatment, we only saw 1 or 2 mosquitoes. After the second treatment, none! We have seen fewer lightening bugs which is disappointing. We still have tons of seed birds, hummingbirds and bees in our yard so the ecosystem seems healthy after the 3rd treatment.

I believe that the poison fogged by The Mosquito Authority killed my love bird last April 2015 when the poison drifted into an open window beside the bird cage. They were spraying my very close neighbors yard. Then yesterday as they sprayed the neighbors again, I watched their service person fog their poison over my fence into my yard and onto my bushes. I did not order this service which I believe to be harmful, and I do not want it sprayed into my yard!

Had the first treatment yesterday. Last night was mosquito free. I am overjoyed!

I love supporting local businesses, but I also love my bees and birds. Please BEWARE of these harsh chemicals these mosquito companies are spraying. After these services were rendered, I no longer saw all the finches that lived in the bushes. After research I found these chemicals are harmful to birds and very harmful to bees. And if you dont know about the bee epidemic, Im here to tell you, its a HUGE problem. Service-wise, this company is great A+, always on-time, answers the phone, very pleasant to deal with. I just hate the fact they are killing our bees and harming the birds. There ARE companies out there that use 100% nature and arent harmful to our environment. Hopefully this company will follow suit.

I highly recommend Mosquito Authority to anyone who loves to be outdoors, but cant because of getting bit by mosquitos. My yard has natural stormwater run off to a drain at the end of my driveway, so it seems that there is always standing water that draws mosquitos. When my two year old had been outside for 5 minutes and had bites on his face, I knew something had to be done. I called Shea Crutchfield, and she sent someone out within a day, and I never saw another mosquito and no more bites! It is so affordable, I paid for the entire summer. They come out every 21 days, and there is no disruption to me at all. You dont have to have another mosquito bite in your own yard again! Take back your outdoors!
