Born and raised in Grand Haven, this is the only jewelry store that I go to because of their level of professionalism and honesty. 12 years ago I got my engagement and wedding rings there and they were very helpful, have a great selection, and great quality. Ive shopped there over the years for various jewelry items. This Christmas I asked for a cross necklace and they were able to order it and get it in before Christmas so I can wear during the holidays. Great customer service.

J Morgan Limited sized my engagement ring which was a little tricky due to setting. They did a perfect job and even put a rush on it so I could have in time for a travel need. After dealing with terrible customer service at Jared, losing my diamond and having prongs bend multiple times in just 6 months I took my ring to J Morgan. They custom designed a head for my pear shaped diamond so that it would be protected and I would have a piece of mind. It turned out better than I could’ve imagined and seeing how excited and proud of his work John was made me feel so valued as a customer. Wish we would’ve came here from the beginning. I proposed to my fiance a few days ago while on vacation but the engagement ring unfortunately did not fit (even though I gave the original jeweler a ring of hers to use as reference for sizing)! We stopped in here in the middle of our vacation figuring it would not be possible to have it resized very quickly since we were only in Grand Haven for a few hours. They were very nice considering the unreasonable request and a few hours later we came back and the ring fit her perfectly and she was able to wear it the rest of our vacation! Too bad they consider some customers more important than others. They were fine with replacing my watch battery on a quiet Friday afternoon, but on Saturday I get put to the back of the line for customers making higher dollar purchases. Very disappointing, I have over a dozen watches that need batteries, but Ill have to look elsewhere. Rule number one of retail sales, every customer is as important as the other.

I recently got engaged with a ring that my fiance got from J Morgan. It was stunningly beautiful but the band was a little wide for me once I started to try on wedding bands with it. I met with Grant with a very specific design in mind and a tight time frame. He went above and beyond to look at several designers and sent me multiple options that were exactly what I was looking for. I went in with intensions of getting a mother’s ring and after a lot of looking and mock set ups of what my ring would finally look like, I walked away with a (reasonable) price of how much it would cost to get what I wanted. Dessirae followed up with me a few weeks later to let me know about an upcoming sale they were having. I went back in, ordered the ring and walked away with a more beautiful “family” ring then I originally thought I would get. Dessirae was resourceful in getting some modifications done to a ring that was in stock and on sale so that I could get something more beautiful than I had imagined. Always an amazing experience! I have both purchased and had repair work done here.y wedding ring (purchased elsewhere) broke and I lost a diamond in the process. Took it to Zales where it took two weeks to send it out just to have an estimate on the cost to fix it. The estimate was outrageous and another month to get it back. We had them return the ring and took it to JMorgan. In under ten minutes I had an estimate and they would have it back to me in two weeks that was a bit long they said but it was Christmas and they were busy! I will return here anytime to have work done and to purchase again.
