The first guy who did our Mosquito service was great! However, the next guy who came seemed nervous and was acting strange. We have an acre of yard space that he supposedly treated in 15 minutes time. Impossible! There was no change in the number of mosquitos after he left. The third and final time Rays came out to spray for mosquitoes, there was still no difference after the spraying. Im not sure what they sprayed, but the mosquitoes were not bothered by it at all. Well pass and move on to another company.

We have used Ray Pest for over 15 years as our termite bond and insect control provider for my community. High quality, responsive service and help with some unique situations...like racoons and other larger animals that needed to be deterred or trapped and removed when necessary. Honest and on time, they truly strive to provide the best service and to take care of their customers.

I started using Ray Pest Control on this house in 1993. Inspection reports always negative for termites.In about August I noticed something sinking under one of the columns on my front porch.Had a termite inspection on 9/29/1920. No termites. Figured it must be water damage.Had another quarterly inspection on 12/2/2020 and again got a clean bill of health.Started repair work on 12/6/2020.Lo and behold, TERMITES!!Called Ray Pest Control right away!!Technician came out next day. Yep, termite infestation. Active!Next day supervisor came out with contractor. Yep, termite infestation!It took 3 weeks to get a response to my concerns. Answer was that my contract didnt cover repairs!So I paid for 27 years of termite protection and detection only to have to point out termites to termite company! Is there something wrong with this picture? And this was an easily observed area.Tried to negotiate with Ray Pest Control about costs, but Ive been ignored.And now I get to pay for replacement of front porch floor system. Still getting bids. Hoping for something under $10,000.If this is the way you want to be treated, go for it!!

Out of 5 pest control companies I called to exterminate wasp in my rental property ONLY Rays Pest Control responded to remove wasp without asking a contract. Other 4 companies said, theyll only remove wasp if I avail to their 1 year pest control service.

They were tasked to complete a home pest inspection prior to purchasing our home. The inspection was incomplete and still stated no pests found. We now know first hand Rays doesnt know what roaches look like. I was there for a home inspection to verify nothing structurally was wrong. During that inspection we saw roaches and conveyed this to Rays prior to their inspection. They still found nothing and the money I paid was wasted. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cant trust a pest company that doesnt know what a pest looks like but, I have photos of they want to learn.

We asked lots of questions and Jose did not rush through any of the answers. We were very impressed. We may review their service again after a year has passed. We checked with three other companies and felt what you get for Rays price far exceeds the other services. Plus we felt rushed to sign papers with two of the other services. A guy (he was very friendly) came to look around my warehouse and gave me plan on what he could do to fix my pest/rodent problem. I agreed to his plan and he told me when he gets back to the office he would check to make sure he had enough equipment. That was 11 days ago and I still havent heard back from this guy. I havent got a call, text, or email... nothing. I was real excited to hire this company but they have truly let me down and now Im back at square one having to call around and find another company.

When I was on crutches or using a walker after knee surgery, she would bring in my mail and ask if she could help me in any other way before she left. Communication could use improvement.Technician didnt let me know he had finished the job, and when I noticed he had left it had been less than 40 minutes on site. Basically, they arrived around 11:07-11:10 a.m. and left sometime before 11:40 a.m. Needless to say, I thought they basically took my payment and did half the job, or less. Finally made contact with the company, who werent very forthcoming with the processes and treatments they used, but they did tell me. But, no manner of explanation was given as it was all based on the ground of; trusting them because their experts. No. Faith builds a company and so does trust from your customer base. I hope the job works and I dont need further help but taking a few minutes to calmly and passionately explain the business should be your utmost concern.UPDATE:They actually called me today on 7/10/18 at 2:15 p.m. and was genuinely concerned. Whoever I spoke with was highly professional, and she sounded like the proper HR support/customer relations specialist you would want to speak with. So, that definitely improved some trust in the business, and afterwards I do feel that the job should definitely be sufficient. To whomever called, I thank you that you cared enough to make sure that there was a good work relationship established. I initially rated this as a 2-star, and this scales it up to 3-star.

Rays is the only pest control service I would use in the Piedmont Triad area. Jamal James, or JJ, is courteous, professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and most importantly HONEST. In the past I have hired exterminators who were either lazy, ignorant, or ripped you off. I never need to worry about that with JJ.

Daniel is very knowledgeable and professional. He is very down to earth and communicates information in a way that makes me feel good about my decisions.

I used Rays Pest Control to get rid of cockroaches recently. I spoke with Daniel at the end of the day and they had a guy at our house the next morning. Prompt and professional service and I havent seen a live cockroach in the couple of weeks since he was here.
