Tina is a perfectionist! She is very meticulous with nail work from start to finish. I highly recommend this shop.

Love this spa.. Everyone who has done my nails or pedi have been awesome. I have a bad knee and they always spend extra time to massage that leg. Wont go anywhere else.

Rushed through pedicure and SNS nails. Fast and messy. That’s all I have to say about that. Not worth $80.They were friendly though.

My and my family friends came here and it was everything! Will be coming back regularly ❤️ and bringing more of my friends and family & everyone there was amazing & love the way their professional with covid-19 rules but as professional they are there just as sweet and talented.

I would give them no star at all, went there yesterday my first time went to get a fresh new set, not sure of the lady name she started soaking my nails off when she thought she WAS done she than put tips on which was 2x2xs the size if my finger not to mention i told her there where still nails that wasnt soaked off she still tried to do my nails anyway so i told her stop and left. NEVER WILL GO BACK THERE AGAGIN

This place was absolutely terrible. I’m not sure if this lady was rushing on my nails because it was 1 hour to closing or she just didn’t know what she was doing but my nails are terrible. She can’t shape nor can she paint & I had to say something to her 10 times about the shaping & paint. It looks like my 9 months old painted my nails for me. Looks like the only they can do us eye brows smh. Never again!

I have been going here for several years and have always been pleased with the service but today was the best ever. I called a few days ago to see when would be the best time to come in to make sure there would not be a crowd. I badly needed toenails trimmed and due to recent surgery cannot bend to do them myself . (I am technically in the at risk category for Covid 19). They actually opened a half hour early for me to come in, made sure I had mask on, took my temp, offered hand sanitizer and kept masks on the entire time I was there. They will continue to be my go to place.

Once I walked in, my temperature was taken and instructed to wash my hands before getting serviced. They also have curtains placed inbetween pedicure stalls and great work.

Liked my mani, but my pedi was superb!

They are taken the Covid19 guidelines serious. Taking temps when you enter salon, offering hand sanitizer and requiring mask. Pleased with visit.

Staff was super nice but this nail salon is dirty. Nail tech didn’t wash her hands in between customers. She started using the same utensils on me that she used on the customer right before me. She did not wipe down her station before asking me to sit after doing an acrylic fIll with an Electric file to my manicure. The sanitation standard was zero. Polish job I could have done with my left hand.

Had a lovely time with my manicure & pedicure experiences. The staffs are very professional and attentive to my needs. Joanne is very considerate about my well being and offer me water to drink. I cant say any negative about this place. I look forward to come back again & again. You bet I will recommend this place to my family & friends.

Had been going there a long time and this was the second time the nail tech was over a hour late. NO call or nothing to notify the shop or me she was late and she had my phone number.. Called owner to advise and he did absolutely nothing about it.

The nail tech I had, did a pedicure for me she was horrible! I asked another tech to correct her mistake and she acted as if she couldn’t hear me. She did a poor job and I still paid for the service! It was a terrible experience! I normally love the experience and the staff but today was disgusting!

Great job on my eyebrows! Didnt know they did eyebrows. She took great care to make sure it was done right and she didnt rush through it. Thats important to me. She actually cared and showed that through her service.

Has a enough time to finish the service but lady rushed out on me and said come back next time and we fix it.. Agreed. Ladies are very nasty here and treat you poorly. Over promise and under deliver. Have been coming a long time but things are really going down hill. Wish the owner would read these reviews, fire a few and warn the others to shape up.

Prices are unbeatable. But service is terrible.I had made an appointment there to get my nails done for my wedding. I waited 30+ minutes after my SCHEDULED appointment time. They have their waxing station in the middle of the salon which I found extremely inappropriate. The technicians are rough and unprofessional. One of their techs listened to rap music loudly on his cell phone while he did the womans nails next to me. Whether she wanted to listen to it or not, it was loud enough to disturb both me and my friend who went with me.

Awful experience will never go back they did my full said and 4 fingers were crooked and my polish gel began chipping the same day an hour after I left I called back and the manager wAs rude and didn’t want to fix it I will never go to this place again

The tech told my 14 year old daughter her eyebrows were bad and she needed her eyebrows trimmed! RUDE! She wanted an oval shape and was told thats for old people you should get square-- What? The one who did my nails got an attitude because she missed a spot - - - not going back!!

Jack and Joanne are the best! I wouldnt go anywhere else for my manicure and pedicure. Ive been going to them for over 5 years and Ive always been very pleased.

Long time customer who been coming for years.. The best nail technician was Susan, ever since Susan left this nail shop has become horrible. I wouldnt recommend this nail shop to no one ever again!!! After the way I was treated last time I went. I had called to see if they had time to do a pedicure and he said yes. Went there and waited for an almost an hour before they told me,I should come back tomorrow. After soaking for an hour, because its late. They never apologized or even to offer discounted my service for future due to the inconvenience. So disappointed!!!

The service was slow. It took about 2.5 hours for my pedicure. However, I do like my finished product!

This is my second time in this week to get a mani and pedi...and, I requested Jack both times. Right now, he is walking around the shop doing nothing and stating he has an appointment. I have been waiting for more than 30 minutes! Finally, another tech states they will serve me. Why is it so hard to find a good nail salon?! I tip well and I try not to complain! I pray some other group will take over this market. Customer service is a winner in any industry and its not hard to deliver!

We had to argue with the techs about the way we wanted our nails painted (I was even asked by the tech if she could just do French tips because the v-shaped tips I wanted were too hard.) Both techs were rough and unprofessional. They did not listen when we said we had asked for manicures and were told they werent doing them to save us money and that we had changed our minds and it was too late. The manicures were on our sign in slip along with gel sets and pedicures. I was cut by the drill for acrylics and my tech didnt even stop to assess the bleeding. My nails started lifting a week after leaving the salon and theyre crooked, the acrylic is uneven and they just look terrible.

Do not go here!! Had to argue with the woman for doing my nails wrong. AND while I was there, there was another lady mad about the same reason. She told me 10% off because I was a new customer but then switched up and said no. The owner ANTHONY is just as dumb and unprofessional and he didnt care that the women he has working in the salon, are rude. Do your self a favor and DONT GO.

I have been here a hand full of times and you might get lucky with thoerson that does your service but honestly overall I couldn’t recommend. The last two times were awful. One of the ladies is incredibly rude and didn’t want to soak off my SNS because it would take too much time. She said she’d charge me $10 extra if I wanted them soaked. Instead she tried to drill the powder off and my nails look horrible. another chipped my toenail because she didn’t know how to use the drill file. When you ask them to fix their mistakes they just argue with you. Your money will be wasted here.

Came in for a kids mani pedi and because my daughter looks older they charged me full price and $15 extra fior gel polish on her hands.....needless to say they not once told me they would charge me extra. They charged at the end $50 bucks. ... when I should have paid $27.....very angry.

Over priced for my nails to be lopsided I asked for claws and I have lumps on the sides of my nails the painting isn’t dry she rushed me out said they were done and they are still sliding off not enough time in between to dry the under coating it’s polish glue and glitter still on my finger and I have acrilic under my nails never going back I wasted $33

I was going here on a basis but the last time I went, I walked up to the door to open it but it was locked. I looked inside and saw techs working with customers. They just looked directly at me, not even coming to the door to acknowledge that I was there. Very rude and unprofessional.
