Im was charged $63 for a full set that was uneven and not the shape that I asked for. She charged my card before telling me the price too. When I asked why the price was so high, she gonna say bc she had to cut and shape the nail... You was gonna have to do that anyway. I asked for coffin and got almond. My paint is thick and smuggy. So do not go here. There are nail salons who dont charge as much with higher quality.

Loved it! This is the best place to go in Winston! They are kind, fast, and efficient. I will be going here everytime. I wish I had found them earlier. They actually post there prices and dont try to extra charge you after. She did a wonderful job on my nails and toenails and is one of the sweetest people youll ever meet!

Terrible customer service Terrible work and no refunds just anger from employees all of them were hostile as soon we came to show them there faults. Do not come here terrible place

I hate to be this person I really wanted to give them a good review, but I did not have a good experience. I went there last Thursday to get my nails done. I had a very simple line design (had a picture of it) that I wanted done and asked for acrylic. The man started doing sns on me and I tried correcting him but he did not listen. Then I asked to have the nails shortened and he did but not as much as I wanted and I felt like I was bugging him by asking so I gave up. Then a lady did my designs on my nails and I had to correct her multiple times on the design even though she had and image of it beside her. Once again I gave up because I felt like I was bugging her. Finally I got to pay and the lady took my card without telling me the price and charged my card 55 and tbh I was kind of confused on why it was so much . I woke up this morning to my nails falling off and I have never had this happen this quickly before and one completely snapped in half. I don’t know if people were just having a bad day last Thursday or what but I am not satisfied with my services.

Wouldnt recommend wasting time. spent well over 100 on a manicure, full set & pedicure for my mom on her birthday .. all of which were half done. the guy barely buffed my mothers toe nails & because of that they were bumpy, she said something & all he did was add 3-4 more coats of polish which made it look even worse considering there was polish all over her toes (definitely wouldn’t recommend going to the men in the shop). she had to ask if she really received a manicure considering all her nail tech did was cut her cuticles before applying the full set lol. i was satisfied with my full set although my pinky nail & thumb nails are oddly shaped, however again 56 dollars on a pedicure & there’s polish all over my toes. not even worth another try honestly.

Very very sweet environment ! I’m not sure who’s the owner but THANK YOU !! You’re whole staff are friendly, sweet, efficient, and more !! This was my FIRST time going and my biggest thing is customer service !!!!! The lady took her time, she didn’t rush, she was gentle. I honestly felt like this group LOVE what they do and it’s not about the money. It’s so hard finding a good salon with great customer service ! I can not thank you enough. Please stay sweet 🥰😩

I don’t get my nails done very often but today I went to get them done. My pedicure was okay. For my nails, all I asked for was a “Gel Polish”, which I received but I was unhappy with the results. There’s polish around my nails that my technician didn’t get off, corners of nails that don’t have any polish, and I asked once to please add polish to a nail to fix it~She painted it once over the corner and didn’t smooth it out or add the clear finish.-The same color was supposed to be used on my nails & toes but they are different as well.Also, some did not have masks on.

Horrible experience. Will not be back. I paid $26 for a pedicure and my feet got scrubbed one time no lotion or anything. My feet are very dry and feel worse now than before I came in. Don’t come here waste of time and money. 👎👎👎
