This place is definitely all about the experience. The essence and the ambiance in this place was everything for my first experience here. I will now be bring my daughters here as well. They are very professional. They are friendly God fearing and professional in every sense of the word. I am so glad that blessed so I could go to Retreat foe have the experience I had. The Retreat is the ONLY place I will go to get my nails done! Hannah is such a wonderful nail tech, she does phenomenal designs, her attention to detail is incredible, and she is so lovely to talk to. Walking into the salon, I am always greeted with a warm welcome by the other stylists there. It’s a wonderful atmosphere where I feel safe and cared for (they take Covid seriously and the space very clean). Highly recommend you try it out!!

The Retreat is one of the most professional salons Ive been to. Keisha Martin and Tracy Morris have truly cared for my hair and conduct themselves in a caring, professional manner. I highly recommend this salon!

I get my nails done here by Hannah. She does an amazing job and usually books up fast because she is amazing. The ladies in the shop are always very sweet and welcoming. Its a beautiful atmosphere. I have yet to get my hair done here but I believe I will in the future because its just a loving vibe and it makes you want to be there! I wish them all much continued success.

The salon is IMMACULATELY clean and they provide free hot coffee or cold water/drinks. You can get your hair done or cut or nails done while on your lunch, if you work in the Downtown WS area.If you want a relaxing, spa retreat experience, look no further!
