I love this Nails Spa! The location is convenient and is close to Walmart. The decor is upscale and organized. They also offer wine and champagne at a cost. They are reasonable priced and they work very fast.

I am so used to having a long wait, in uncomfortable chairs at nail salons in my area, I just take it as a given.Walking into Venus was a breathe of fresh air! Open, brightly lit, and inviting, with extremely comfortable chairs to sit in. The check-in process was easy, and the wait nearly non-existant.Through the whole thing, the staff was friendly, and welcoming, taking the time to come over and check in with me.When I got my nails done the gentleman who did them for me was very engaging, listened to what I wanted, and spent a good bit of time repairing errors made by the shops Id been to previously.Best nail experience ever, and will absolutely be coming back!

I absolutely love this place. Great atmosphere. Awesome service. If one person cant take on a task, another will step right in & fix it to the customers satisfaction. Thats what I call professional & love for the customers.

I had a great visit! I come here often and I was very impressed this visit. I had an appointment at 3:00 and was seated and started at 3:02. My nail tech, Leo, was phenomenal! He was so kind and I loved my nails. If you come to this location- ask for Leo! He is awesome!

Love my nail place! Always clean, have complimentary drinks/wine/beer. Staff are very friendly and a lot of services available. Really busy and long wait times on Saturdays.

Great nail salon. Ive never had a complaint with my nails after getting them done here. They even fixed some mistakes from a previous salon I went to. Sometimes there can be a wait, but the service is worth it.

They didn’t even file the back of my nails I had chuncks of acrylic on the back of my nail worst part of it all they were only for a weekend so embarrassing to see my nails look. The person was very nice however my nails did not look the best. From the those chuncks of acrylic on the back of my nail my nail was bleeding.

I got my acrylics done here and let me say it’s the best place to go!! It’s clean, a tranquil atmosphere, and amazing employees! They’re extremely professional as well. I recommend you to ask for Tim! He’s kind and did my nails just like the picture!!! If you’re looking for somewhere to get good acrylics this is the place.

Went on Thursday, was back on Wednesday following week. Nail broke, they fixed it and were very understanding. Minimal wait time, happy with my results I guess. Nail blends decently with the others but it was rushed. I had two different people. Got SNS. I’d recommend being more careful while working with the salon tools because I now have an uncomfortable scrape on the back of my heel. Also if the pedicure package a customer chooses includes a massage please give a good one as they are not cheap. Very lovely establishment.

There were plenty of employees so the wait time was minimal. Tim was thorough and asked questions to make sure he was doing what was requested and doing a good job. Plexiglass and distance between customers and masks by employees was a great plus. Prices are more than others nearby but the environment was peaceful, clean and professional. Great experience!

Wait was Too long and No greeting when entering establishments and no order of taking customers who checked in. The lady that helped me was not friendly and blamed me for my nail breaking and seemed irritated. I am disappointed but will never return to this place

I was there for the first time and I did not have a good experience at all they had dirty cloth chairs to sit on who does that with this pandemic!The nail tech cut me twice! my nails look awful! Then he proceeded to say something to his coworker next to him in his language and the both started laughing! I will never ever go there again!!

Best pedicure ever. I recommend thos salon to everyone. So professional and they take there time no rush.

I came in to get a full set with gel and everything seemed fine. Got gel polish on toes as well. Maybe 3-4 days later nails started to lift and toes are faded in some areas. I went back to the salon, spoke to them and told what happened he insisted it was my fault & that I bumped my NAILS. I don’t work or do any hard labor. He did fix the nails for free but as he did he constantly said to me and other workers “I warned you when you got them done, they are long so they will lift”. I also told him that I’ve been somewhere prior and had my nails longer than I got them at Venus and they didn’t lift. So maybe 2 or 3 days now my nails are all lifting, of course not the ones he did but I had to glue down other nails that have lifted but that doesn’t hold for long it was a waste of money!!! NEVER AGAIN. Not worth the price. Don’t recommend.

I’ve been coming to Venus Nails for over 5 years and they have been nothing, but amazing! This is the only nail salon I trust to do my nails! Friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere!

On March 24 I entered this establishment to have a pedicure. I checked into the kiosk and sat down. I sat there for about 10 minutes. Another lady,Caucasian lady,came in went and checked in at kiosk. SHE HAD NO APPOINTMENT. They proceeded to take her straight to the back. I went up to the front counter and told them that I was there before the lady and to check the print out. The clerk brushed me off and walked all the way to the back of the establishment. I just walked out. I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN. And I will let all of my friends and family know what exactly happened to me.
