Pros....I was in a jam, my normal rental company did not have what I needed. Herc did.Cons....headliner on skid steer constantly falling on operator.Cons....tires are very very slick with zero grip on any amount of moisture soil or mulch.Cons... I was charged rental fee plus deposit on rental day. On rental return I was charged rental fee again. Called location was told it would be returned in 3 to 5. Business days. ICalled corporate office and was told the first charge was to verify the funds were available and initial charge would be returned in 14 days. Long story short billed over$800 for a $373 rental and wont get my first charge and deposit back for days. I will not use Herc again.

Kaitlin and Brady allways take good care care of me when I rent equipment from them. They are friendly and informative and if they don’t have equipment you need they can bring something in from another store. The equipment is allways in good working order and clean.Would not hesitate to do business with them !!!!!!

Scissor lift $140/dayDelivery/pick up $250!!!!Doesnt make sense that a delivery charge would be more than the rental. I switch that up if you want to keep customers.
