Great team here at HD tool Rental. Always willing to accommodate and also do their best to educate the DIY crowd about proper us if equipment. I am giving it 4 stars because I feel some of the prices are little out whack. With that said, They have a great inventory, are flexible, and most of all do not try to beat you out of every penny with regards to retuning rentals!

Not the friendliest bunch of people. Their customer service abilities are lacking. They were not helpful when their equipment was not working and seeing if other stores have what you need.

Tool rental department has its own outside entrance. Good for social distancing, right? Wrong! You have to stand in line with 150+ people at the main entrance at the opposite end of the store and walk the entire indoor length of the germ-fest to enter the tool rental department. What a bunch of social irresponsible managers!!!
