First I got a quote with an agent, Nastassjia she was very helpful and set my package up very well. Sammy helped me finish the policy and was very helpful and answered all my questions to help me understand the policy ! very good company.

Sammie is the BEST ! It was like talking to a relative !He is honestly amazing! He exceeds his service in many ways ! He called me back out of the blue to just give a friendly reminder about setting up an insurance policy. Never have I ever had anyone do that. He was quick and got me on and off the phone set up with a new policy in ten minutes ! The man needs a RAISE ! BEST person EVER!

I was very upset coming into the office BUT I am so happy walking out and a very satisfied customer. A agent named Tracy from high point north carolina branch tried to sell me a new policy and charge me a higher rate. I have been with Direct Auto for three years and never missed a payment. It had escalated due to another agents intent to get commission or a sale and I didnt realize it until it was too late and the money taken and a WHOLE NEW policy was created. So, when Scott from the Winston Salem office was extremely helpful and apologetic. He understood with empathy where I was coming from and how confusing the issue was. And he was also able to fix my original policy and get it back on track! His other coworker was excellent aswell and I did not catch his name but he deserves credit aswell. Im giving five stars because if they didnt show above and beyond for me at that time I would of walk out and changed companies completely. Thank you again Scott! And tell them to fix the AC!!!

I hate this company I live in Lexington nc they charge for paying in office $5. More you mail in before your due date it dont reach them in time $10 more I will not renew its all about the money...

Agents are friendly and great people, home office are rude amd profane. Snake oil. Dont buy it. They will lie to you. They will brake laws. They will refuse service after payment. Horrible company. At this time thier BBB on google rating is one star as terrible. The office people are like sirens luring ships in to sink.
