Today was my first time. I was looking for a place to get my oil changed and since I found a coupon I decided to try it out. I was immediately greeted and tended too. I felt so comfortable getting my oil changed with getting to see and listen to the guys communicate and verbalize all the things they were doing as they did them. The service was quality and quickness put together! All the guys were helpful and professional. Will recommend to everyone and will be back for sure!

I had a really old bottle of transmission fluid that I wanted to dispose of, it was a Sunday and we were nearby, so called them up and asked if they could dispose of it. The attendant said, “I don’t know, but I don’t think so”. He proceeded to get a manager on the line, who said, “Sorry no we don’t accept that”. He did state that auto zone should accept it, however under Virginia law and after visiting their website I realized that they don’t have a list of places on their site that accept used oil, which by VA state law is illegal. The fine is only $25, can you believe that. Guess that is why they don’t care if they don’t accept the oil or to post who will on their website. At least they told me who to contact after having to call and inquire about it.

Lawson and Kelsey helped us, we got an oil change, new filter and new wipers. They were fast, professional and so courteous. We just moved to the area and we will be getting our oil changes here from now on. 10/10.

First time but will be back. Lawson was welcoming and professional. He went above and beyond to assist me. Both he and Zach were quick and efficient. They checked all my lights, fluids, tire pressure, battery and filter. And the woman doing my oil change was speedy as well. I was in and out quickly as promised. Highly recommend.

By far my favorite place to get an oil change. I called before going because I had just bought a brand new Camaro months ago, and I wanted to find a place that didn’t require me to get out of my car and let some guy get in it to pull into a garage and do whatever with it. (I have trust issues lol). Anyways the guy on the phone told me I stay in my car and just pull in and he also texted me a coupon that cut my bill in half! I will never go anywhere else. They were so nice to me and showed me my oil before and after and explained to me every single thing they were doing as I sat in my car! They also put air in my tires and made sure all other engine fluids were good! Thanks guys!

It was time for an oil change and I just got a coupon for Valvoline so I checked them out. Gabriel, Anthony & Tyler were great. Offered services based on mileage but didn’t pressure me at all like most places will. Fair price for an air filter compared to the stealership! Will definitely be going back in the future. I love not having to get out of the car too. Thank you guys.

They were very professional. Service was quick and they checked tire pressure, lights, battery all while doing the oil change. Also pulled the air filter out to show me that it was still clean and no need to replace it. No pressure in to buying any other services but they list everything they offer which is good to know. Definitely recommend and will be going back. Was only in the garage when I pulled up so only took about 15 minutes.

Everyone was so polite. They explained the entire process as I had never been there before. They checked my lights, air filter, oil level, battery, and changed my oil, then checked the oil pressure afterwards. I was in and out so quickly too! Definitely recommend this Valvoline!

Went in for an oil change. Was told we needed to get a transmission flush. So we did. Since then our car is slipping while trying to change gears, and is leaking fluid on our driveway. They were more concerned with customers that werent even in the building than the ones that were. Every person in there was incompetent, and had to double or triple check themselves before haphazardly deciding what to do. I honestly believe every person in there was intoxicated, or hung over.

These guys had me in and out all while being super friendly ans efficient!!!

Valvaline cares about their service! The Winchester VA location I visited does not only provide great communication with their customers it was so clean it looked like it never snowed on their property and was a 10” snow storm I had to be out in. A true reflection of their care to provide excellent customer service! Surrounding area businesses was barely accessible at best. Highly recommend

Whoever was under my car doing the work never put my skid plate back on. I was dragging it down the road. I went back to have them fix it but it had already ripped off my car.it was my first time using them and will be my last. Still waiting for them to make it right

Didnt catch all the of the gentlemens names unfortunately, but theyre hard working, polite, friendly and run like a machine. my first visit here for an oil filter/change went extremely smooth and quick. would recommend them if you want to cut the hassle out of an oil change if time or motivation to do one yourself is an issue. Also you dont even have to get out of your car while theyre working on it. had a coupon so it only cost me $45, I will be coming back from now on for my oil changes

Had a $25 off coupon from a friend who had recommended this place for quicker option for service. I’m a busy professional and really can’t stand leaving my vehicle somewhere all day. These guys were extremely consultative in their approach, offered and advised on a few different things I needed such as headlight replacement, serpentine belt, and the oil change I originally went for. Noah was the sales/service rep who walked me through. Very impressed, will return and refer people I know. Price was extremely reasonable as well. I had Tyler, Noah, Gabe, and Anthony!
