Shea was absolutely amazing. I only have one issue. When I was signing the paperwork the clear coat package deals they were putting it on my car, it reacted to some touch up paint (again didn’t know about or notice) that was already on the car. It melted the side of my cars rear fender paint. I came out ready to drive off, envelope in hand and bam, the bad news. They did try to fix. It looks ok, but it’s not the same. There’s spots of rough places, it’s darker than the other part and not as glossy anymore in areas. My biggest thing is this happened while I was signing the paperwork before I even drove my “new to me” car off the lot. It took away from the excitement. I’ve been back and forth with shop appointments and didn’t have my car pretty much the first month. I feel like it took away its value before I got to drive it. I’ve stated I wanted to talk to a manager and nobody’s reached out, I have to call them. We’ll I did, no response yet. I just feel like customer service and satisfaction wise, this is not ok. Yes, even though they tried to fix it, it’s not the same. I’m still expressing I’m not happy and here I feel bad for bugging them. It was a lot of money down for me and I saved up for this car. I would of asked for money off or something had I known before signing. No discount or discussion on this.

My wife and I recently purchase a 2005 year vehicle from this establishment and one week later it failed to start. I called the agent that we purchased the car from (Jeremy) and he proceeded to tell us that we cant do anything because we purchased the car as-is and there was nothing that they could do. I contacted their service line and they towed me to the dealership where they didnt put the car in the shop but dropped it off in a spot and brought out a emergency battery to jump it. While it does turn over, Im not satisfied with this whole experience.I then proceeded to take the car to a local battery shop where they looked at it and confirmed my own fears. The starter has a fault in it, which this dealership failed to notice when they acquired it, serviced it, and inspected it. To get a second opinion to make sure I did my due diligence, I went to where I usually get my vehicles worked on and they confirmed it was the starter.After I had all of this information, I contacted the dealership again and this time I made sure to get the manager (John). I talked to him for less than two minutes when he raised his voice and told me theres nothing that can be done. I then informed him that myself, my family, and my friends, will never do any business with them.This dealership is not to be trusted with your time and effort. There are many other places in my immediate and surrounding area that have far superior customer service and care on their minds than a simple paycheck. My wife and I realized this too late, so learn from our mistakes.

Ive been looking for a clean example of a vehicle for a while now and I thought I had found the right one. We (John Peacock) and I exchanged a few text messages, and had a phone call. It was low miles, one owner, with a stack of maintenance records. I thought this was the one. So I asked him if he could verify that there were VIN stickers on each side of the car. (A missing VIN Sticker indicates body shop work for this model of vehicle).He later texted me and said:I was told is all matching vin plates and I have over 20 pages of service records. Every single thing was done at my dealer ship.I thought this was the one. So, I drove an hour to this dealership and found out within the first 5 seconds after popping the hood that there were missing VIN stickers on the front bumper as well as the fender. The paint was also noticeably a different color in certain spots.Basically, it sounds like either the mechanic they used was dishonest, or the job was not done.Total incompetence from John or his mechanic. I felt like they just got me into the dealership to Try to get me to sign away my $20k because of my emotions or excitement.Be CAREFUL. This was a shady experience.
