We had an emergency our trip. They worked with us. Got us in on a very busy weekend. Amazing and fast service!

My son and I got stranded at the Bridgestone Tire location and had to sleep in my car overnight. I was out of town and nobody is open on Sundays. I had no appointment and they were completely booked for the day. I explained my situation and my car was taken care of in a 1/2 hour. I have no way of expressing my gratitude for the gentlemen at this shop. I would recommend this establishment to everyone.

Recently I was shopping for a new set of tires, normally I purchase Continental or Michelin but since Firestone was running a pretty good mail in rebate they won out this time.As far as the service, it did take a little longer than I expected but I know people are short staffed right now so I over looked it. Everything related to the tire and the alignment that was performed I am satisfied with. All the staff seemed friendly and were pleasant do with.Now my complaint, Firestone was offering a 150.00 rebate on the Bridgestone Turanza Quiettrack tires so those are the ones that I chose, and confirmed a few times with the store that they were indeed part of the rebate. The gentlemen working the front desk told me to wait a few weeks and it would populate on the account I set up. I tried a few times claiming the rebate online but it would only allow me to select truck/bus tires. So finally today (3AUG21) I called the help desk for Firestone and they informed me that was not true and those tires did not qualify at any time. So now I have a set of tires that costed 150.00 more dollars than the competitors, and I will not purchase any more Firestone tires.

Dropped my vehicle off to have the winter wheels/tires removed and summer wheels/tires changed out, wheels/tires and lug nuts were in the vehicle. Appears they saw the box and didn’t bother to check to see the lug nuts were different. Took it back the next day to have the correct lug nuts put on - 2 hour wait to have it done. I heard metal on metal grinding when making wide turns, I checked the wheels and come to find out they put a rear wheel - 315 - in the front vice the 275, which was placed on the rear. Should be standard practice to verify wheel/tire sizes before they’re placed on a vehicle, apparently not the case. Needless to say I won’t be returning.

Good service, called me for approval, before they fixed anything that wasnt originally agreed upon.

My wife took her car in because the lug nuts snapped, specifically said She just wanted that one thing repaired. They ended up changing her front brakes and charging her almost 200$Then the very next day no less the transmission starts acting up and the ignition switch goes out . One hell of a coincidence

Great fast service. Woke up with a flat 15 miles away. NO places open by us. It was good that Firestone was. Drove down and had the repair done in an hour. THANKS AGAIN

We lost tire pressure traveling down 81. Gary was able to get us on the lift, found we actually needed to replace 2 run flat tires, which were not in stock. They found the tires in stock about 30 minutes away, actually drove to pick them up, and had us back on the road. The customer service was fantastic! Highly recommended. Thanks for your efforts.

Had a blow out at 1:30 am, on HWY 81 NORTH, TAKEN MY DAUGHTER BACK TO COLLEGE, had to be towed, only thing open on Sunday was Firestone. They opened up at 8 am. Had us out at 8:52 am had one car infornt of us ..They the two men there where AWESOME. THANK YOU...

My husband took his car here because it wouldnt start. The checked the car and told him it would need a new battery and new starter. Wanted 800$. I had a local mechanic give me a second opinion, turns out it was just a master fuse, which you can buy at autozone for 5$!!! This place will rip you off by the hundreds. I will never go here again. Completely wrong on everything. Battery and starter are still good.

Terrible!Displeasing!Beyond rude and judgemental.Went in as an emergency for help because my valve stem broke off while putting air in the tire at sheets and my tire was almost completely flat. One guy said it would be about an hour then asks me what i drive and another guy comes up and coldly says Nope. we cant help you. Dont like the car you drive never liked them and we arent going to help you because i never liked them. I take it this guy was the manager. I just want to say i felt like crying that time because i was in a desperate situation but thank God for Meineke next door they were a blessing.

Open on Sundays and available to help desperate motorists! This is one of the only auto care places open on Sundays in the entire region. After we hit a deer on a Sunday morning, we limped our care to Firestone to have it checked out. Even without an appointment, they had our car in the garage within about 45 minutes, and we were back on the road in just a little over an hour. The price was also extremely reasonable. This location also takes Covid-19 very seriously and we felt very safe the whole time we were there.

Charged me for an alignment and then when they were done said by the way your inner tie rods have play in them Which basically means even after an alignment it wont be properly aligned. This is unprofessional and unethical. Take it to any other shop theyll say sorry we couldnt do an alignment because of whatevers wrong and charge a half hour.

Theyre very friendly and service was great. I just would have felt better and safer if the front desk people and mechanics were wearing masks, they told me that management said they didnt have wear masks even though it was mandated by the state.

August 30, 2018 Went to today for tire problem check and the employee in the garage says to park my car then go to the front desk. Went to the front desk another employee says there needs to be an appointment and the earliest one is on Tuesday next week September 4, 2018 and claims there are cars that need to get done when there arent many in the garage when I asked as I saw a lot of their employees show up near the front desk

Took my 08 sliverado in for an alignment then once it was done they come to me with the bill and tell me my front wheel bearings are bad and put on the paperwork that I refused the repairs when they never told me until they already did the alignment knowing that it can’t be done correctly if the wheel bearings are bad and still charged me 90 dollars for the alignment then quoted me 1200 to fix both so i got a second opinion and it was half of what they quoted me

First, I had new wheels and tires installed. These guys noticed a bad control arm and made the necessary repairs. Second, I came back to have suspension work done. 2 for 2. This team does great work and provides the definition of amazing customer service. Thank you to JJ and his team. Customer for life!!!

I have called Firestone in the week to set up an inspection. Either their inspector is too busy or he’s on vacation. Do you only have one inspector? Won’t be going to firestone; seems to be a waste of my effort.

I grew up in Virginia but now live in Florida. I’m here visiting my son and knew I’d need an oil change before driving home. My son has his car serviced here and recommended that I use their services as well. I called ahead and the team member who answered was so pleasant, quoted me a price and an estimated time frame for completion of the job. I drove over, they took my car in and had it done much sooner than the estimated time. During the oil change, my battery died and they made a recommendation for a shop to replace it which was an amazing local business.These guys were great! Prices are reasonable, they are honest, professional and so pleasant.I highly recommend this business for car care.

My husband and I were visiting Shenandoah National Park this weekend and my car brakes really suffered from all the hill/mountain driving (after the brakes already being an issue) and we needed them looked at before driving back home to Baltimore. We were seen and fit in on a Sunday morning and JJ was extremely friendly and helpful. The price was unbelievably fair and we were back on the road home in just a few hours. A balancing weight came off one of my wheels and I needed it rebalanced. I went here and they said it would take 45 minutes, after an hour and a half they hadnt even pulled my car in so I took my key back and left.

We took our 88 year old mother’s car for inspection and were recommended an oil change. Drain plug was over tightened and cracked the oil pan. They offered to fix for free with sealant or would charge $700 for new pan. Due to work commitments we couldn’t stay to demand proper repair(new pan) be done at no cost. After sealant failure, our mother paid for new oil pan. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. As a fellow businessman, I would have expected a more scrupulous result.

Been taking my vehicles here for nearly 15 years and the team has always been courteous and honest with their recommendations. They never give you a hard sell on anything and they do great work. Any time something has not been up to par, they fix it immediately...no questions asked. As long as JJ and his team continue to perform the way they have been, I will continue to use them for everything.

I had a piece of metal in my tire - they checked it out along with the rest of my tires to be sure it was safe to drive on. They refilled air in all 4 tires & told me I didn’t need to worry until it was time to replace all 4 tires this summer. No charge, all as a courtesy. They really put mind at ease & were so helpful along the way!

New to Winchester and needed a place for oil change, tires and inspection. First thought was to drive to Ashburn where Ive taken my cars for 20 years but figured it was time to take my business local. Not a bit sorry I did! Sales person was great, service was quick (I was a walk in) and other than a small issue I had with the inspection process I was thrilled. Decided to take my small issue with the inspection back and it was handled without any hesitation. The manager was extremely understanding, pleasant and professional. He did the right thing and gave me faith that good customer service does exist! They earned my future business....

Matched Walmart price on higher quality tire. Thank you. However, the mechanics need to take more care with customers vehicle. Take indicators from the owners vehicle. If is new they want it to stay that way. If it is clean, keep it clean. In other words keep your dirty feet off the door sills, and if youre filthy cover the seat. The car had 200 miles on it. I am not your dad and dont want to clean up after you.

Wife takes her company car to Firestone Winchester for RSM and they do a phenomenal job taking care of it. At one point they caused damage to the hood and went above and beyond to ensure it was a comfortable fix for her. Which is not normal in this day/age. Highly highly recommend their service work.

The service is great! I made an appointment over the phone for an oil change, and the man on the phone answered all my questions, which included looking up my Firestone account info, and current deals. I then came in, and they were polite, let me know of an issue with my car, and printed out info on a fix. The waiting area was nice and clean, too!

I am a student at Shenandoah University and know nothing about the businesses in the area so I decided to go to a brand I knew. The team in Winchester run this Firestone like a local tire and repair shop. I have all of my service done at their shop that I can. Made an appointment days in advance for Four New tires, was sent an email letting me know they would either confirm with me or let me know if there was an issue. I received a confirmation that I was good to go for my appointment, but when I show up Im told they dont have my tires and wouldnt for Two Weeks but had another type for an Additional $200! Sounded like a money grab to me, and was pretty mad I couldnt be informed ahead of time instead I had to put off my plans for nothing. I definitely will be taking my car to Tire Outfitters from now on.

I had an appointment at another place and ordered the tires. When i got there finished the paperwork and went for a walk i got a call that they didnt have the tires. When i returned i was told that the tires probably got sold and they had no other tires in the size in stock that I needed. After several stops and calls i ended up at firestone. They matched my price and i only had to wait an hour. I will certainly not hesitate to come here again and Ive already forgotten the name of the other place.

Poor customer service. Made an appt. for an oil change and got cancelled. Made another appt and when I arrived it was not indicated and they didnt rectify the issue other than, we can schedule for another day. Then I call to schedule an appt for a different day and told, come on in on that day, well get you in and out. I get there and told sorry there is a 4 hour wait. Then there is no customer service offered considering all the hassle. All they said is we can schedule for another day. My response, i already tried that. They just gave a blank stare.

Just had an oil change. Straight forward. No thrills, no frills and no chills.

Been going here for many years. Ive tried other service centers and mechanics, and always end up returning to this Firestone. Ive found them to be very competent, friendly, knowledgeable, competitively priced, and quick. JJ is a long-time manager there. Hes a pleasure to deal with. If you have a problem, start with him. I highly recommend this service center.

Went in with road noise problem that I thought was related to new tires. Was informed that I had a bearing problem - Initially it didnt make any sense, however the staff took the time to explain and try other options with tire placement and multiple test drives to make sure that I was well informed.P.S. This posting supercedes any prior review posted by this user. Previous postings were before all options had been exhausted. Attempts have been made to correct.

We caught something in a tire. Called and had a very short wait to have the tire replaced. The desk was great.

They will not fix a tire that has had fix a flat sealant used in it. Didnt know this I had to buy a new tire because of it. Tire only had 10,000 miles on it.

TO JJ AND HIS CREW on Saturday the 6th I gave them a call as I needed 4 new tires for my truck at this time I was in Martinsburg WV and JJ said to bring it in, (all 4 tires were dry rotted and passed Maryland inspection) JJ and his Crew were FANSTASTIC AND AWESOME, I would highly recommend this team for your tire needs, had my truck done and on the road in less then an hour. I purchased the Lifetime Alignment for my Subaru. Last summer I took a trip to OBX after having my car aligned here. The lug nuts were not properly torqued and the wheel subsequently felt like I picked up a rock at first and the following day after returning from the beach felt as if the wheel would fall off. I took it back to the shop to have it looked over for any damage, and they apologized assuring me this would be looked into and dealt with. I should have not returned to the location after such an oversight into my safety, but I had to have another alignment recently so I returned hopeful that they would get it right this time. There was around a week or more time from the time it was serviced by them and when I sold my Subaru. The new owner called asking me about the front left wheel making a clunk. I had to apologize for this as I had gone back after picking up the vehicle and testing a few of the lug nuts on each wheel myself in their parking lot. I explained the workmanship was poor at this location and to jack up the car and tighten the bolts down on all 4 wheels to be safe. The manager conveyed words of concern for this happening twice, but I wouldnt take a vehicle to this shop after this experience.

I dropped my truck off the night before at 6pm they were still open for a state inspection the first thing next morning. STATE INSPECTIONS are first come first served. I called around 10 am next day still wasnt looked at! I pity the guy who walked in at at 8am for inspection. He had to wait until after all us got in the night before. Sarcasm.. They were not truthful because I was only one dropped vehicle off at 6pm for next day.(according to buy who took my keys). No advantage of dropping cars off early ! Integrity is lacking.

When the starter on my car died, and no one local was available to help, not even my Hyundai dealership, Firestone took excellent care of me. The service was outstanding and they treat their customers with the utmost care and respect.

They left grease on my floor and door. As soon as I got on the highway my tires told me right away that they did not balance them properly. When I went back they tell me to make an appointment or get in line. My front left wheel dont even have a weight. After waiting 3 hours to get new tires and they tell me that, no Im done with them. This is the 2nd time in 2 different locations that Firestone Complete Auto Care has screwed me over and both times left grease in my truck. What is wrong with people.
