These guys are amazing!! Fast service, no twisting your arm to replace air filters or other miscellaneous parts but will tell you if and when they r needed. Will always bring my car to them!
I usually change my own oil. I was getting behind and took my 2014 Avalon to Trinity. Supplied my own oil and filter. Car has a canister filter, not a spin on. 5k later, when I tried to remove the canister, I broke my canister removal fixture. Canister wouldn’t budge. Trinity changed the filter again and charged me but replaced the tool. 5k later I broke their fixture. Imagine the torque require to do that. Took it back and they removed the canister WITH AN IMPACT WRENCH. So I started asking questions. Do they torque the canister to factory specs? No. They use the mechanics “feel”. Do they have a torque wrench? NO. THEY DON’T HAVE A TORQUE WRENCH. What? There are three parts that require re-tightening after an oil change on my car. I am now concerned about how badly they have been stressed. What are factory torque spec for? No torque wrench? Watch out for these guys.
I just got my oil changed today, on a Friday around 415. I drove up, they were super friendly and I went into the lobby and no more than 23 minutes later they were finished. No wait and it was super quick. I love it here and will be back!!!! I love not waiting and not having to have an appointment!!
