The staff are awesome here! They are very efficient and do a wonderful job. I’ve gotten tires, brakes, and oil changes here. The manager Joe is always great. I would definitely recommend them!

They do a good service but are always very slow to get it done. One time I scheduled a oil change and it took a hour and a half to do. Bought some tires for their free alignment deal, through a scheduled appointment, and that took four hours to complete when estimated two. Great service but very slow every time.

Place is hwy Robbery !! They tried to charge me $ 800.00 for something I was able to get done for $370.00. They were telling .e that I needed things done to my car that I didnt need ! Not honest at all !!

I live in Winchester, Kentucky and Tire Discounters is my Go To for all things relating to vehicles. The employees are awesome and always take care of me. The people are great, the service is excellent (consistently), and the prices are fair and reasonable. So glad to be a part of the TD family. Paid for 8 tires.... 4 on my camper and 4 for my truck. was promised a free alignment on my truck. receipt says it was done, it was not!! called and they said they would complete alignment.... drove a couple hours to location and they said they probably couldnt even get it done until tomorrow!!! also a part that costs $20 the told me would be over $200 to fix.

Bought a tire 1 month ago. Blew out on the side. They wont replace it..going back to discount tire..they stand behind what they sale..had to give 1 star but 0 star is what they deserve

I’m standing outside waiting for the store to open and a young man in the shop is being rude to the lady that works there. I ended up leaving because being a women myself how do I know I’ll be treated right if he can’t even treat his coworker right… that’s extremely sad.

I can not begin to tell you what lifesavers these team members are. My family and I discovered a completely flat tire the morning we were leaving Red River Gorge to head back to Louisville. Knowing that we shouldn’t drive the full way on a donut we looked for a national tire chain on the way and rolled into this location in complete chaos- 2 giant dogs, a toddler, a packed car with a car top carrier, in the rain, in a pandemic. Not only did they get us an appointment right away, they checked the tire in hopes of patching it all while we all stayed safely in the car. They were able to patch it thank God, and literally jacked our car up to replace the tire while we all still safely sat in the car. At the end of all of this, they didn’t even let us pay. Thanks so much to this team- you guys might have thought you were just doing the right thing but to our family it was such a kindness on a really chaotic morning. If anyone in the area is looking for a kind, hard working, efficient staff of people to help them- this is the place to go. I can’t endorse them enough.

I had a slow leak in a tire...We were from a different county...Stopped for air....It started to pour the rain and the guy continued to put air in my tire and was dripping wet....I felt so bad, but he was determined to go the extra mile....Definitely a keeper employee....Many thanks to him....

I just want to say that the service manager Danny is outstanding. Ive worked in retail management for 11 years now and knows what it takes to provide excellent customer service and he definitely tops the cake. His guys are super sufficient and nice as well. It first started when I needed my tire plugged, he was right on top it! Did such a great job it made me want to come back. I would recommend this place to anyone. These guys were extremely nice and did a great job. I believe it was Daniel I dealt with. On a road trip we got a nail in a tire by Red River Gorge and stopped in here on our way back north to get it patches and repaired. They had it patched and fixed before we were done eating lunch next door and got us back home to Ohio. If I were in the area Id go back to them, but since Im not Ill definitely give the local Tire Discounters here some business next time Im in need.

I had to make an emergency stop to get 4 news tires, around 3:00 o’clock PM. The staff took me in quickly and mambas multiple customers in front of me. I was in and out within 2 hours and the customer service was great.I would highly recommend.

Weve had an awesome experience!! Dont change anything please because its hard to find honesty. We took two of our vehicles in questioning the condition of our brakes. Most places will see an opportunity to make money and use the situation to add business/revenue. These guys did NOT do that...thank you 😎

I had 4 tires, brakes and rotors put on the back. Price was high, but my complaint is.......no brake fluid put in the manifold!!! How is this possible? Having brakes put on the front by someone else that noticed no fluid!!!If your going to charge $900+ check the brake fluid!!!

Went 5 different times for an alignment and each time they cant get it aligned. Still pulls to the right. Highly recommend not going here for anything! Everything is way overpriced and they have no idea what theyre doing! Stay far far away!

Really cant say how helpful all the folks working here are. I have a very busy schedule and fitting in repairs can be difficult. Often times I come in for one thing and remember that there are a couple things I need done. They are super flexible and take the time to talk about what my options are. Thanks yall!!!

I had a tire and a spare both flat on my vehicle. Showed up right before closing! They patched them both up and charged me nothing! I will definitely be coming back when its time to buy new tires!

I’m only giving a two star because of their halfway decent pricing. I scheduled an appointment and waited for almost a hour and a half past that time and my vehicle never moved. The kicker there was two other people in the lobby with the same appointment time. I understand you can have unexpected things happen and back up service but you should at least vocalize that.

My show car had a nail in the tire. I explained how protective of the car I am and please respect the car. The rims are dipped and they DIDN’T tell me the tire machine would damage my rim! If they had told me I would have said NO thanks and left. Joel the manager says that would happenAt any tire store! I called several places and they all say that the machine they have could do it without damage or scarring! Joel wants to give me a can of spray to fix the cars rim! Nope!! Not happening! So I don’t recommend tire discounters! If you want to feel disrespected and have shoddy work done with piss poor management then this is the place to go!!

Always Good and Fast Service

We have 5 vehicles and I always come to this Tire Discounters when we need anything. Joe is the best - he gets me in quickly and does an excellent job on whatever we need to get on the road again. I always get great service and everyone is so nice.

This isnt the first location thats had my business before, but they always treat their customers well (not just me). They also seem to really care about who walks in the door. Thanks guys!

Quick service..lower price than expected!

The slowest service I have ever experienced! directly lie to my face, the team of clowns at the front desk assured me that they could get tires on my truck within 2 hours so I start the paper work and they say itll be an hour till they start. they didnt start working on my truck until 4 hours after they took my money! insult to injury, they then spent 2 hours installing the tires. in total i spent more than 7 hours waiting for tire discounters to do the job i paid them to. i have had a full set of tires mounted and balanced on my vehicle in under 30 minutes. I was a long way from home and thought I would be home in time for dinner since our transaction started a little before noon, think again I didnt get home til after 1am. I will NEVER buy anything from tire discounters again. ever.

My wife and I Took her car to this location in June for 4 new tire replacements they checked the front end and said that the inner tie rod ends were worn. I took the car home and replaced both the inner and outer tie rods, returned the car to tire discounters to put the new tires on and align. Last week (first week of October) my wife said that her tires looked like they were wearing allot. I looked and sure enough the outside tread on both front tires was worn to nothing. Took the car in and they told us that the struts were bad. Returned the car home bought and replaced front struts and while i was at it replaced the control arm assemblies. Neither of these parts were worn to the point that they would have caused the wear on the tires, and actually had quite a bit of life left in them. The wear on the tires was from excessive toe in, as the wear was excessive across the entire width of the tire, just worse on the outer edges(Feathered). The tires had 5000 miles on them, One of two things occurred; EITHER THEY IMPROPERLY ALIGNED THE TIRES IN JUNE, OR THEY DID NOT ALIGN THEM AT ALL. On top of this they charged $75 to replace the front tires, witch in my opinion should have been replaced and the road warranty put back on them free of charge. IT WAS THEIR ERROR IN THE FIRST PLACE, albeit, they would not take responsibility for it. In they end we are done with tire discounters, they really arent any better on price anyway, the tire prices are inflated to cover the FREE alignment.

Only needed front brake pads replaced (only thing) tell them this upfront. Next thing I know I had a 856 dollar estimate literally floored took 3 hours for pads. AVOID

I was there for HOURS to get my rotors replaced. Many people came after me and paid and left before me so I was stuck in the waiting room with my 5 year old all evening. We ended up walking to Taco Bell around 8:00 Pm because she was starving. Had I known it would be that long I would have made arrangements but when I asked the day before they said an hour. I asked by the way, when I stopped by the night before and was told they were very full that night but if I came back the next day it would probably not take more than an hour to replace my rotors.... So I made an appointment. AN APPOINTMENT. So I paid $300.00 on repairs I scheduled a day in advance and yet still was left till closing w/ my hungry whiny 5 year old in the lobby. I originally was giving 3 stars but writing this upsets me all over again so i knocked it down to 2.

I got a set of tires here that included lifetime balance and rotation. The first time I showed up for a balance and rotation, I was told that it would take about an hour. After close to 2 hours, they hadnt even started the job so I just took my keys and left.The second time I made an appointment. Even with an appointment during the middle of a weekday with very few people in the store, it took an hour and a half to have my tires balanced and rotated.I will never get a set of tires here ever again. If the DMV started selling tire services, this would be about what it would be like.

People there at Dry Ridge, KY was awesome and did a great job at making sure we was safe. Cant say enough great things about them all.

Poor at best. The manager had an attitude, the work took longer than it should have and the quality of the work was so horrible that I didnt even make it out of the parking lot. A day later and the poor quality is still being discovered as my tires couldnt even be properly removed. The managers attitude resurfaced when I asked him to make it right and Im still waiting to hear from their regional manager.

I work 40 hours a week and Im a full-time college student. I dont have time to waste, but they sure wasted my time. Went in for an alignment, but it honestly doesnt appear they even touched the truck. If they did actually touch the truck, they got it more out of align if anything. $100 wasted. Funny part is they wanted to replace parts I literally just replaced. Now to find someone who will actually do a true alignment. Its a struggle.

Good place only reason Im giving 4 stars is I ordered after market rims and was posed to be in the following Monday and was not in till that Wednesday

Took my Lexus up there on the 1/29/19 to get all new tires they get done and I see that theres a dent in the passenger back door looks like somebody punched it and I know it wasnt there when I brought it in I say something and of course they deny it and that piece of s*** at the front desk basically insinuates that I punch my own door and then when I get mad he takes my keys off the counter that were near me and threatens to call the police and have me thrown in jail I paid them $800 just so they can put tires on my car and give me a nice dent on the side of my door and threatened to put me in jail worst place ever if you value your vehicle go somewhere else Id give zero Stars if I could

Took our car in to get the wipers checked out, it was extremely busy but they got the car in and found the problem in half an hour. The guys at the front desk explained in detail what was wrong and how much it would cost to repair. They helped us book and appointment and worked around schedule to get the repairs done.

Horirble service. Will not return. Do not recommend this store, spend your money elsewhere.
