Even though I didn’t have an appointment, I dropped my car off after closing, threw my keys in the drop box, without hesitation they serviced my car! This service department never disappoints.

Went in for oil change and air conditioning check. Left with an an issue with the speedometer needle in my cluster. The base setting starts at the 80mph mark. I explained the problem to the service representative and the manager. The solution suggestion was that the cluster goes bad often. The fix to this problem was to replace the cluster at full price. There was nothing wrong when I drove it in for the service. Service manager stated that there is nothing his crew could have done to cause the problem. I Totally Disagree. This was a complete service disappointment .Malloy Chevrolet is removed from my recommendation for quality services.

I was an out of town buyer since Malloy was the only dealership in a 300 mile radius that had the car I wanted. So, my complements to the internet sales team. Their communication was flawless. I arrived and they immediately brought the two potential vehicles around so I could look at them. We test drove the one we wanted and went in to do the paperwork. While there were a couple of attempts at up-selling, Malloy did give me the advertised price without haggling. 👍. The only downside to the experience was getting the promise cargo net and touch-up paint that was promised. They both took several months and multiple phone calls/texts to finally get there. By the time I finally received the touch paint, I could only assume that the salesperson, Matt, no longer worked there as he stopped responding to my calls and texts. I finally got the paint from the parts department and they were surprised to find the paint right there with my name already on it. 🤷. So five stars on the sale and two stars on the follow-up.

My Cadillac ESV had some issues which required lots of time and warranty phone calls. The service dept did an amazing job of calling and contacting and making sure i am not without a vehicle for too long!! We are travel sport parents that need this vehicle and cant thank Malloy Cadillac enough for the dedication to fixing my vehicle!!!

Awful today. I had a 10: 00 appointment. Dropped my truck off at 9:45. My brother picked me up at 10. We hung out until his doctor appointment at 1:15. He dropped me off and my truck wad still sitting. Not serviced yet. Had to leave my truck and get an Uber back to Martinsburg because I work nights needed to get an hour or so of sleep. 3:20 now. No call yet.

Why make an appointment if you dont get service. My car had an emissions issue and I made an 8:30 am appointment for this morning to have it checked. Nothing from the service department so around 4 oclock I called to see what was happening. I was told that my car had not been serviced and would it be okay if they check my car tomorrow.
