After leaving a voicemail and not receiving a call back - I called the following day and was put on hold for a while. I booked online the next day without a lot of clarity of what was included in the different options. My service tech was helpful…but my 60~90 minute oil change took closer to 3 hours and then included a charge (even though I have a pre-paid maintenance plan)So not as good as the June service
Very personable and they listened to my list of needs and specifications prior to purchasing the vehicle. However after the purchase the questions were harder to get answers and no ownership was taken it just seems as if they were more driven by the immediate purchase than the customer experience and building loyalty. If loyalty is established with me than you will have a customer for life. I appreciate the service I got while researching vehicles and through the purchase of it but now I guess I’m just another purchase and not anything more. My salesman though was the most caring and effective out of all the staff and that won’t be forgotten.
I was interested in a Ford Truck. James our sale person was very helpful and took his time showing us the options. We took test drives on 3 vehicles. The sales manager was also very helpful and got us a great rate on the loan. We walked out with an awesome F150 Powerboost hybrid.

Even though I did not buy and was just in with my work truck for service I was highly impressed with the sales rep Audrey. She came out to say hey and we started talking about trucks. She definitely knows what she is talking about. When I said I liked the new F150 she went over everything. The towing,engines,packages. All off the top of her head! There wasnt a question she couldnt answer. I came home and did my own research on the gear ratios and towing guide and everything she told me was correct. I plan on trading in my 2016 soon and I hope she is there to sell it to me.

Oil service is good and their repair service used to be good. I was in for a major part last time and the replacement was a defect. They didnt keep in touch I had to call after they had my car for 3 days. The service manager said new part would be in 2 weeks. Its been a month zero follow up. Seriously this service manager is on the autism spectrum.

Way too busy. Took 4 visits to diagnose and fix a rattle. Once I was able to have technician Chase ride along and hear it it was fixed quickly. But for other things it has been frustrating to wait for approval from Ford for things. And communication has been difficult, checking on status and getting answers to Technical questions that need more information from the technicians often takes many calls and messages.Quality of work has been excellent and I am very happy with that. But the process of getting the work done has been a big challenge.

I got a front license plate bracket put on and it cost 45 bucks. I paid 21 for the bracket. I didn’t think that it should have been so expensive for labor when im a regular customer here for oil changes and tire rotations. It probably was something I could’ve done on my own I just didn’t want to mess anything up mounting it. So Definitely underwhelmed since it ended up costing 65 bucks when all said and done

Worse experience ever. Bought a truck from them and a warranty and the warranty covers none of the damage the truck has. I have complained from day one and got the run around about having to wait for the warranty to kick as the front axle hub is coming apart. No one talks to each other in this place and no one knows whats going on. Over $3000 in damage that I will have to do myself cause I saved for a long time to purchase a truck and thought going to a dealer was going to be better. Well I was wrong, I will never recommend this place to anyone. They sell lemons so watch out. I will be contacting a attorney on this matter. I am a single father with 2 kids and I have to my kids in a unsafe vehicle.

I arrived at 10:25 for a 10:30 app. Checked in and took a seat in the waiting room. Western music playing but better than News. Playing a little too loud. After a couple of hours I got up to walk around and found my car parked outback. I had come in for a brake flush and VA inspection. I checked with the young man and asked if he was waiting on my paperwork? He told me if it was parked out back it had not been started on yet, and they were having trouble with the flush machine. I don’t want to throw him under the bus but I was in Ford service for over 30 years and was blown away. I hope he is new and just not fully trained yet. You have a wait customer and have not checked and kept him up to date. No effort to bring me up to speed. No offer of a ride home. No apology about the delay. Telling me the flush machine was down or giving them trouble should have been relayed to me at check in. (he did not check me in). Not sure if you folks are on a team or dispatcher system. If dispatcher then he should have told the writer of the delay. When I found out I just told him to bring my car around and of course he offered me an early apt the next morning. I told him I would call as I did not want to blow up on him there. He got the car around and when I got in I had to remove the paper mat, plastic seat cover and steering wheel cover, which I carried back inside to him. Not impressed
Another five star on a Ford service!! Would have given more if I could. The lady and gentleman that help me out today were absolutely fantastic! Got me in and out quick no issues! Tried a stop and drop oil change place (jiffy lube up the road) absolutely TERRIBLE. Have always used Ford and I should have known better. Lesson learned ALWAYS CHOOSE FORD!

Malloy offered my a great price for my trade-in ($2,000 less than what I paid for it 3 years ago) and they sold me a truck on the lot for window sticker price (they removed the market adjustment). Only rating 4 stars because of how pushy the finance lady was with getting GAP insurance. I had positive equity on the truck as soon as it I left the lot. If Audrey hadnt been as great as she was, I probably wouldnt have left Malloy in a brand new 2021 F-250.

I have been going to Malloy Ford since I bought my F150 new from another dealer 4+ years ago. This time was probably the worst service I’ve seen from their employees. Purchased “The Works” which is fundamentally an oil change/tire rotation. Arrived 15 minutes early. Took the mechanic 1 hour and 45 minutes to complete the Works. I happened to go outside and was able to see my truck being worked on. There was exactly one other vehicle in another bay. Not exactly swamped. Watched the mechanic work on the truck. Incredibly slow in everything he did. Absolutely zero sense of urgency. When finally completed, I had to have the cashier readjust invoice to reflect military discount (even though I had brought this up at my arrival). I’ve seen them do better in past visits.I gave two stars since Malloy Ford actually has an automated text that is sent out requesting this review. Hopefully someone in their management actually reads the reviews.
Staff are friendly and helpful to the issue of the F250 truck. They got the issue resolved and fix. Technician re inspected to ensure the issue does not re occurre. I recommend this establishment to anyone.
We had a great experience dealing with Audrey Williams. YOU should ask for her. Also the finance person Mary Burroughs was very knowledgeable and truly is the fastest at her job. We got at good deal and we were very pleased with what we paid for the vehehicle when we left the dealership.

I had two recalls for my F150. I called to schedule a date to have them repaired. The girl I spoke to said they would order the parts and call me when they come in and then schedule the appointment. A week later she called back to schedule 3 weeks out. I took the day off work and dropped the truck off at 730am. At 130 pm, the service advisor called and said the parts were never ordered. He said the girl forgot to order the parts but for some reason scheduled the appointment. Total waste of a day and missed work. He promised to order the parts and call me in a few days. Never happened. I called over a month later and asked what was going on. The guy said the parts are in and scheduled me once again. I dropped the truck off and late afternoon they call to tell me the wrong part was ordered. But they would have it in on Monday. I called mid day Monday and was told they don’t get part deliveries on Monday’s. So the next day mid day, I received a call stating it was ready. Never once apologized for any of this ordeal. I would never buy from this dealer nor would I have it serviced there. Incompetent management to say the least. They owe me for my time so I guess small claims it will be.

The service and quality of work was exceptional. Probably the best experience I have ever had with an auto repair. I was broken down and had to be towed in. Even though they were backlogged they made me a priority and quickly had me back on the road. Brittany in the service department made it all happen. Everywhere I called said it would be days to weeks till they could help me. She said get it here and I will start immediately, which they did. She was wonderful and beyond accommodating. I could never thank her enough for her dedication to customer service and a job well done. The issue was quickly diagnosed and repaired within the quote with no additional expenses. Malloy Ford is amazing!!! I went in the day before to look at trucks and after talking some it turned out I wasn’t ready to purchase a vehicle of that size yet so goodbye F-150. However the next morning I received a call from Hector my salesman that a used truck had come in that was a Ford Lariat with all the trimmings. It was same year as my car I was trading in and they worked with me in every way to make sure I could afford it and that I was comfortable with the purchase! Hats off to Hector in sales, Nina in Customer Service, Mary in finance and Jeff in management for finding this truck for me.

I called for an appointment was told 130-145 for an oil change. I thought good I have doctors appointment at 330. I was told not a problem I went to the service desk several times explained the situation. I finally cancelled my doctor appointment and received my cat back at approximately 340
As always, I had a very good experience with Malloy Ford of Winchester recently. I went in for a factory recall and received excellent service! In addition, I received an oil change, fluid check/top off, safety check, tires rotated and the charge was $0.00! Yay!! While getting a good value for your money (or even free in some cases), having a car dealer treat you well and take care of your vehicle is of utmost importance. Well, I got it all! And always do at Malloy!!! My entire experience was very positive from making the appointment, to the very end. All of the staff I interacted with were very professional and courteous! I couldnt have asked for better treatment! I feel the mechanic was very thorough and cared about the quality of his work. As a customer in a wheelchair, the staff offered to assist and asked if there was anything they could do for me. (My car is a 2015 Mustang.) THANK YOU MALLOY STAFF!!
On Saturday, they scheduled me an appointment for Tuesday after my car broke down. I had the car towed to them that Saturday at about 1 pm, they called me at 3pm same day to say they went ahead and took care of replacing the part and it was ready for pick up. Great service!
Malloy Ford service is always poor and today was no exception. I don’t trust your company and only do business with you if necessary. I made an appointment two days ago for 9am when I dropped off my car for a broken fuel gauge and an oil change and tire rotation. I was told someone would call me back with an update. They never did, you never do. Finally at 4pm, I stopped by and my car was being worked on- I made an appointment 2 days in advance.I was told it would be done by 5 and I came back and it was done. My bill for repairs was $300- I never approved that expense and you never called to give me an estimate, that’s why you never call back. While I was waiting to pay I saw 3 angry customer yelling at your staff. I feel sorry for them. I think they are doing the best they can but you tell them making money is your goal and they pay the price. You’re supposed to call and get approval for repairs that are more than $100, that’s what is the ethical thing to do. You never do that. I asked the service technician why he didn’t call me back and he said he was busy. I counted 4 other employees who were not doing anything and could have called me. These issues have persisted for years which indicates 1- you don’t know, which is bad or 2- you know and you can’t fix it which is bad or 3- you know and you choose not to fix it which is worse.

Theyre only getting two starts because the sales man Elijah had great customer service. Other than that the experience has been ridiculous! There was an issue with my vehicle when I bought it and I brought it back the next day. They did fix it which took over 3 weeks and gave me a loaner car but, when I got my vehicle back my tags were taken out of my trunk along with a necklace with my uncles ashes that was hanging on the rear view mirror and when asked about it they have no idea what happened. Ive called numerous times regarding my tags with no answer or no call back and still riding with dead temp tags. 🙄I would never recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from here!
This is my first service appointment with this vehicle and with Malloy and I am very dissatisfied. I had to call them to ask if they were done, the lady on the other end of the phone said oh that was done hours ago. When I arrived to get the vehicle I didn’t see it so I went back in and asked, they sent a young man out to find it, when he brought it up he got out mumbled something about a stone wall and walked away.While the folks behind the service desk were very polite the whole experience from buying the vehicle there to this first service has been disappointing. I will rethink buying here again.:-
My Very First SubaruOn Friday, 09 July 2021, my wife and I finally completed a quest for our very first Subaru. There were several late models available at local dealerships, but this beautiful, dark blue Forester caught our eye at Malloy Ford on Valley Ave. in Winchester. We came to agreement with our salesman (Grant) on a price with our trade in. Grant was a real trooper. A couple of times our negotiations seemed to stall, but Grant was persistent, without pressure. His persistence paid off for both of us. My wife and I highly recommend Grant as a salesman. Financing went smooth as silk with a great interest rate. My wife and I drove in with a GMC and out with this beautiful blue 2018 Subaru Forester. We are so glad we did. We have never dealt with any of the Malloy Dealerships before, but in light of this experience we are certain to deal with them again in the future. We highly recommend Malloy Ford. Communication is a fail for this visit. Manager needs to make sure parts are in when a customer has a scheduled appointment. I called Monday to verify recall parts were on and was confirmed by a young lady. I dropped car as scheduled on Monday for Tuesday appointment. I waited till 2pm to check on status and guess what...no parts are available, still back ordered! I’ve wasted my time and gas expense on another persons vehicle that I had to borrow for NOTHING! When I called the car was in progress. Progress for what? Was I ever going to get a call? Completely not happy. Someone on Friday or Saturday should of called if part not in and that was discussed with the lady who scheduled the appointment.
This place makes you feel like family, immediately! I am very satisfied how I was treated here. Finally, a dealership with real people and not robots.
I came in with an engine problem. They were able to diagnose and correct the issue in under 90 minutes. The staff was friendly and explained the problem and the cost of repair clearly.
Took my vehicle in to have it checked because I knew my wheel bearings were bad. Was told that they were and that I also had a bad cv axle. I was also notified that I had a turbo leak, which I was skeptic about but had them fix anyways. Well, I did the rest of the work myself and it turns out that my axles were completely fine! I couldnt believe my own eyes when I came to the realization that they tried to scam me because they didnt think I knew anything. I always took my car to this dealer but this will be the last time. (Dealer said my cv axle had a torn boot with barely any grease on the knuckle. All axles are completely fine.)

Took my truck in at 8am for a mount and balance of 4 tires and a complete alignment. They told me i would have it mid day and i didnt get the truck until about 30 minutes before closing. Now i have to take my truck back to them to have the alignment done again because it is now pulling to the right.
Paid for The Works Oil Change. They are supposed to do an oil change, new filter, check all fluids and brakes, plus rotate the tires. This time I marked two of my tires just to see if they actually do what I pay for everytime I go. Turns out they dont. They definitely did not rotate the tires because the ones I marked were in the same place and doesnt even look they removed them to check the brakes.One of the service guys up front heard how upsetI was and promised me a freebie next time I go. Still disappointed and now I wonder if they screwed me every other time I went there.

Bought truck in for works package, scheduled appt at 9am car wasnt done until 2pm. Its just an oil change tire rotation, top off fluids. I also had an inspection. To add insult to injury, the tires werent even rotated. Need service managers with an automotive aptitude. I guess its hard to find people to do what they are paid to do these days, mechanics and service managers....

The sales people really are great here, however, it stops there. Everyone above them are quite the characters. Even the GM acts like she will take care of, or look into something, but you will never hear a response. Not really a surprise. Too bad it is has to be that way nowadays. And just to clarify, all I wanted was an answer. No free this or that like some of these reviews.

Customer service staff is very rude and discourteous.!!!!!! I arrived for my appointment for service and noticed the desk at the service door entrance was empty so I waited in the line that formed in front of the 4 service desks. When it was my turn, I approached the service advisor (gentleman, very tall). I began to explain why I was there and he immediately cut me off stating “oil changes need to go to the desk, pointing at the unoccupied desk at the entrance. When he realized the desk was empty he seemed to get upset and asked me again why I was there. I started a second time explaining and he cut me off again, this time asking for my phone number. So I stopped and gave it to him. Once I gave him the number I began to explain why I was there and at that time he walked away as I was talking and grabbed a green paper off the printer. He took the paper and threw it down in front of me and rushed into explaining what the paper was. I admit, I was a little slow so I asked a few questions on the paper and he seemed to get more angry. He then stated it will take a few hours and turned his back on me, walked away as I was asking him for a ride back to my home (5 miles)via their courtesy van. He stopped walking away, rolled his eyes and asked one of the techs. That tech looked at me and my son with a disgusted look, and very uninterested attitude said it would be a while before he could do it. So I immediately replied back to both to disregard as the both had the appearance that they did not want to help or even be bothered with me and my 10 year old son and I’ll find another way home.
Appointment was made approximately ten days ago. Check in went very smoothly, round trip transportation from the dealership to home and return was provided, the vehicle was on the front line upon return. This is how customer service is done !
