Lady at front desk was really really outstanding she was so sweet really helpful ear doctor does not rush his job explains everything they make sure you are satisfied and make sure you you understand him before you leave I’m a patient for life my wife didn’t have an appointment they took her in when I did my appointment at the same time need your hearing checked you have to go there you will not be dissatisfied great place 100 percent

My elderly father-in-law had a old style hearing aide needing a repair. When he went to a Miracle Ear shop where he lives in Maryland, he was told that the device couldnt be repaired and no parts were available. The only option apparently being to pay for a new one which is expensive. My father-in-law asked about the shop in Winchester so he drove out here to visit us and today we took him to our shop. The service person had a part that fit, made the repair, and didnt charge him anything! My father-in-law couldnt even get the man to accept a cash tip. I would give this business a 10-star review if possible!
