Beltone came to my home to help me troubleshoot my new Beltone device that lets me hear my television without earphones. Now that I have the gadget correctly paired, I can listen to my IPhone and TV with earphones. My husband is very thankful that even the ringing phone is not heard by him only me. We tried to set it up ourselves, but when we could not get it to work, Matt came right out and did it for us in a snap. I now have a way to hear my computer through my earphones also. I dont have cords running across the floor to trip on or earphones cluttering up my space. Their customer service is good.

Matt is fantastic. He came all the way from Winchester to west liberty just to bring me my hearing aids because I couldn’t make the trip. I had hearing aids that were over 4 years old and he helped me get into a newer pair without any hassle. I recommend all of my friends and family to go see Matt at Beltone in Winchester.

I can’t say thank you enough to Matt Schaffer! I was on my way to Florida and my hearing aid quit working. Found this particular Beltone on line. The receptionist was very friendly and right away had me go back to Matt’s office. This guy bent over backwards to fix my aid ! Because of you I will have a better trip!!! This is the worst place I have ever been. The man there was so rude and disrespectful to me and my mother. When I said something, he said I had the problem. The place was damp and musty smelling. It did not look legitimate inside. I call the Regional Office and they call back when I told them I was not available. I am try a center in Lexington i hope it is better.
