LOVED IT!!! I had a great experience when i locked my keys in my trunk on accident. It was after hours and the owner himself showed up to help. He said he wanted to give his crew some downtime, and he was covering night calls. Chris was very professional and courteous, and he was very gentle with my car. He very quickly opened my door and we were able to pop the trunk. I wanted to write this review because i wish i could give him 10 stars! You see, Chris noticed I may not have been in the best state of mind to drive myself home. YES, he kindly offered to drive my home (almost 30 miles). It was the best experience, and I am forever grateful!! THANK YOU FONTENOT TOW

I had issue with the tow truck driver get my gear shift stuck n drive when they claimed it was in neutral which resulted in damaging the of my other car. When i contacted the company n spoke several to Liz n they gave me the runaway n still having return my call. So i will be filing a BBB report n submitting a claim for the repairs/ overcharge of the tow

They are very proffesional, easy to work with

After a car accident the vehicle was towed to this place by the cops. Came to pick it up next day and the car was in complete disarray, money was stolen, debit card stolen. When we called to let them know this happened they said to call the cops and try to prove it then when we showed up the guy tried to fight us after we confronted him about the missing money. Never in my life have I seen such thievery from a place of business, how they are still around us beyond me and how the cops have not shut them down is miraculous. Worst place ever, if you want to save yourself the headache never come here.

They try to take advantage of you! they know your in need so they try to use that against you. dont suggest using this place
