My first time today in a dental office, in a very long time!! It was a pleasure. Very happy with my exam, very happy with the staff. Antoinette is super sweet and caring and loves her job. Dr. Sobieh was thorough and friendly. I have absolutely nothing negative to say! Gina and Kristle are friendly and kind! Two thumbs up!

I went here a while ago because my filling from another doc had broken. Im not a fan of having dental work done. However, Dr. Sobieh did a great job and didnt make me feel anxious about getting the tooth fixed. Front office staff is pleasant and friendly. Very clean office. I checked in with wonderful Winchester Dental Studio front desk stuff and they fit me in their tight schedule right away instead of waiting until March. The caring was wonderful. The staff member that cleaned my teeth was so nice and did a good job. However, they took xrays (which should have showed a clear picture of the cavity) and the doctor said I needed a filling or root canal on the other tooth, she wasnt sure, which was going to cost over 2400 but this tooth had just started giving me sensitivity and I couldnt understand how it would have gotten so bad so I got a second opinion. Needless to say I went to another dentist, he took xrays and to my surprise he only saw a small cavity on the one tooth and nothing on the other and he said I only needed one filling and the other tooth just needed to be cleaned around the gum line because bacteria from food was making it hurt. I only had to pay a little over $100 versus $2400. I was relieved to know that I wasnt going to have to get a loan to fix my teeth since Im a single mom and struggling.

Im normally a nervous wreck when I visit the dentist, but Dr. Sobieh made me feel relaxed. She is very personable and professional. She did the temporary veneers on my top front two teeth. I felt no pain. I didnt even feel or see the first needle. She scheduled me for whitening the next day and after that she matched my teeth color perfectly for the final veneers. Im very satisfied with the final results and the procedures. Her staff is very cool and professional. Ive been seeing this Dentist and her crew for years for my teeth cleaning, so I might be biased. I highly recommend.

I received excellent care here. The cleaning was top-notch. The dentist was professional, painless, efficient, and compassionate. I had three fillings in under 45 minutes. The shot didnt even hurt--at all! The plan of care was easy to understand and the front office was responsive and informative. All that aside, if you are looking for a place that empowers women and people of color, this is the place. Make your appointment--you wont be disappointed! Edit: And I forgot to say that they are COVID compliant!

Had an appointment today at WDS, and of course I was nervous and apprehensive. Everyone there made me feel comfortable starting with the dental hygienist Antoinette, she is hands down the best. She had a great sense of humor, she explained everything making sure I understood my treatment options. Thorough cleaning with a gentle touch. Yass, that’s what I was looking for. So I will definitely be back. Everyone there was very personable, cheerful and made me feel very comfortable. I’m glad I don’t have to look any further.

Today I had the good fortune to meet and interact with the Staff at the Winchester Dental Studio. The warm, smiling Gina checked me in. Friendly Yani got me situated and X-Rayed my bad tooth. Confident Dr. Sobieh inspected my mouth and explained my options. Equally warm Beth went over the charges and payment methods.I had another molar removed several years ago and it was a Painful 45 minute Nightmare. Dr. Sobieh and Staff were Empathetic, Gentle and the tooth was Out very quickly ! Everyone is masked and practicing safely. Dr Sobieh and her staff are professional, diligent, attentive, and a pleasure to work with. They take excellent precautions to prevent the spread of covid-19, which I really appreciate. The office is clean and relaxing. I enjoyed the lack of televisions, since I find them noisy and distracting.

I am almost at a loss for words yet I could go on and on. What an incredible experience. From the front desk staff, to the dental hygienists, and ESPECIALLY the dentist - my experience was phenomenal. The dentist actually cared more about me than the $$$$ and saved me thousands from the previous estimate I had. I was fully prepared to spend up to $3000 on the cosmetic procedure alone and walked out spending around $600 and that included the cleaning. Absolutely will not go anywhere else ever again. I immediately felt comfortable with the entire staff and enjoyed my entire experience. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!

Where have you been all of my life! By far the best dentist I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. First of all Antoinette made my teeth cleaning experience painless. She was gentle and kind. And she laughed at all of my jokes. I felt like she was my best friend. Then Dr. Sobieh came in with her perfect eyebrows, lifted one of them up while looking at my X-rays and knew right away I needed a mouth guard. I sure did boo boo. No more teeth grinding for me. Then found the reason I was having toothache from my aggressive brushing and patched me up on the follow-up. She’s the real deal people. If you need honesty see Dr. Sobieh. She will hurt your feelings with love and fix your teeth at the same time. You better listen. Then her other hygienist on my follow up brought me to back and just talked with me while waiting for the doc to finish with her other patients that she was probably sharing some truths with. This is Chick-fil-A level customer service people. She was so nice. The front office girls were so accommodating. Friendly and courteous and talked to me about their hope to one day to buy a Tesla or a Maserati. I was like, woman like cars too? Where am I? I am so happy I found them. My apprehension about visiting a dentist office was quickly diminished after my arrival. The ladies in the front office, the dental assistants and the dentist, put all my fears to rest. Dr. Sobieh confidently extracted my tooth. The entire procedure went smoothly and even the billing was satisfying! I definitely will return for any dental procedure.

I’m new to Winchester and went to the dentist today. If your looking for a great dental office, dentist, dental hygienist - this would be a great place to come. The hygienist is lovely and very kind and gentle (and for some one like me who is terrified to go to the dentist - this is a very good statement to make!) and the dentist is also very kind - I was very pleased with the entire office staff and will continue to make them my home away from home dental office! The dentist is something I avoid, I am pretty sure I am not the only one that feels that way. A few weeks ago I had broken a tooth so it wasnt something I could truly avoid anymore. I called in and got an appointment the next day, the hygienist did an amazing cleaning and explained so much to me about how to truly care for my teeth, which included not waiting so long. Then the dentist came in and did an assessment and came up with a game plan to fix what was broken.I have never been more impressed with any doctor, and I have worked for some of the best. From scheduling the appointment, to getting my temporary crowns (today) I have been blown away by the costumer service to the doctors bedside manner. I have asked a million question, I have needed breaks to rest my jaw, and I was scared of whatever pain was going to come but they were the most patient and understanding group of people I have ever met. I never thought I would say this; but I am sad that I dont have to go back for 3 weeks, they are that pleasant.The office is clean and quiet which is always nice.This is a complete added bonus, but I choose this dentist because she had great eyebrows, little did I know I was going to love the over all experience.

THE BEST CLEANING I EVER HAD!!!If you avoid going to get your teeth cleaned because it hurts and technique is too rough....the hygienist at this office is the MOST SKILLED with her dental utensil, gentle, smooth, not rushed. After it was over, my mouth didnt feel violated in the least. Her technique was as easy as dancing in your socks on hardwood floors. Antionette youve got skills. Absolutely amazing dentist, she was very patient with me and listened to all my concerns. It didn’t feel like she was trying to rush me through the appointment like other dentists in the area (Kool Smiles). She even showed me my X-rays and took the time to explain in detail what my dental diagnosis was. Very caring!The staff was also amazing. All staff is very friendly and helpful. Laura does an excellent job cleaning, she is very gentle and thorough. She also provides tips for the future to help yourself as well. Dr. Sobieh is always pleasant and did an excellent job replacing my old fillings with new ones. Michelle was also very helpful . I recommend their office to everyone .

I came in for a filling. The ladies that work there are very kind. It took the Doctor like 25 minutes to do the procedure. I was out in 30 minutes.

I have been seeing Dr. Radwa Sobieh with Winchester Dental Studio now for about 2 years. I chose to change from the dentist I had used and been loyal to for the past 40 years after having been given an outrageous estimate on a dental procedure. I had already spent tens of thousands of dollars with this dentist over the years and now he wanted another 20 K to do a procedure. I asked him for some financial consideration since I had spent so much money over the years with him but his answer was that was his price and that was it. So I went to Dr. Sobieh and she said she could approach and handle the issue and produce the results I needed another way thus preventing such an expense. This included her working as a team with Dr. Jeff L Dickson with Shenandoah Valley Implant Institute here in Winchester. I cant give enough praise for the service Dr. Sobieh provided. She has empathy for your problems and does what she can to provide a resolution that makes everyone happy. I have never been a fan of seeing a dentist. I am the type that has historically needed to be tranquilized prior to procedures being performed. Not with Dr. Sobieh. She made me feel so comfortable and was so gentle with how she handled me that I didnt feel the need for medication during any of the procedures. Of course it doesnt hurt that she is one of the most attractive women I think I have seen and having her in my face working proved to be a pleasing experience rather than an unpleasant one. The staff at Winchester Dental Studio is also so very pleasing to deal with. They went out of their way to deal directly with my Dental Insurance Company where I didnt have to bother with any of that myself. I am highly recommending Dr. Radwa Sobie and her Winchester Dental Studio for all your dental needs. Now rather than cringing when I walk into the dentist office I actually look forward to seeing the Dentist. Thank you so much Dr. Sobie for ensuring things worked out for me at half the cost than I would have spent with my former practitioner.

Dr. Sobieh and her staff have been great at helping me restore my teeth after much time avoiding the dentist. The office is small and friendly, not a factory like other places I have visited.If you havent been to the dentist in a while, give Winchester Dental Studio a try, Dr. Sobieh is gentle and caring, and will make you feel at ease.

I recently switched dentist and started going to winchester dental studio. Granted ive only been there three times but let me assure you, a nicer staff you will not find. Now, i mention the staff first and they are all really great, but the real treasure here is Dr. Sobieh. Rest assured, a more skilled or more caring dentist you will not find. On my first visit( which is free) Dr. Sobieh had many xrays taken and then did a though exam and then let me know my needs along with options. Anyways, to make a long story a little shorter, i couldnt afford the best option until Dr. Sobieh agreed to work with me on cost. She worked it out so that i will be getting just what i need at the price i could afford. I would think she does this for everyone, because i know im no one special, but she sure made me feel like a rockstar on that day. Actually, it was seven days ago now and i still cant believe that i met her and she was so willing to help someone like me with little cash( not even any insurance since job closed). She made me so happy that i had to give her a hug before i left but i think she still has no idea what shes doing for me.

UNBELIEVABLE! This Dentist is a BUTCHER....I am posting 2 previous reviews by people that experienced the same EXACT thing my daughter and her fiance have gone through at the the hands of this dentist!!!! Same words said to my daughter when she brought it to the Dentists attention that she was in pain after a filling....when we called they wanted her to come back to file her teeth...that didnt seem right to me so we went for a 2nd opinion..panoramic xray shows that the incompetent Dentist went to far and damaged the root...NOW my daughter has to have 2 root canals done and a cap!!! THIS IS COSTING US A FORTUNE!!!!! Im submitting to small claims court...and filing complaints to the Dental Board....total BUTCHERY! My first visit with her was for an evaluation of my dental issues and her recommendation for a comprehensive treatment plan. She openly told me that all of my teeth needed extraction. Unfortunately, she was unable to do them due to the fact that Id been on a medication to treat osteoporosis. I had my extractions done by an oral surgeon.After a healing period, I returned to Winchester Dental Studio for an evaluation for dentures. We discussed the cost and procedure for denture fitting.Fast forward several months, and I have a beautiful smile. I am able to eat whatever I want (corn on the cob and ribs!) -pain free and with ease! She is friendly and attentive, as is all of her staff.Fitting for dentures is time-consuming, with many visits for very small adjustments. I never felt rushed, or that my problems were unnecessary. Without hesitation, I recommend Winchester Dental Studio, Dr. Sobieh, and her staff.

Went here for the first time with my daughter who has a major gag reflex, so getting xrays was not easy. The hygienist (I forgot her name unfortunately) was super patient, friendly and funny and ultimately made things work without leaving my daughter feeling uncomfortable in any way. Dr.Sobieh was also very sweet and friendly. Given our difficult circumstances it was an easy and comfortable visit. I can only recommend this office and look forward to taking the rest of the family here.

So I absolutely hate the dentist. I have never really met a mean dentist and it’s not because of some horrible traumatic incident, but I just hate going to the dentist. I just don’t like going. I mean maybe there are people out there that like the dentist, but i just dread it!Anyways, I went to Winchester Dental Studio because they are in my network and because I was having an issue that needed to be fixed. A tooth was seriously bothering me to the point that I was taking Tylenol every day for the pain and sometimes waking up in the middle of the night in horrible throbbing pain. They got me in and they explained everything in great detail and told me the various issues and what the next best steps were. I was a first time patient and they were able to fit me in and fix my tooth. Even though it was not how i wanted to spend my afternoon, they were able to fit me in to help me with my issue. After starting the procedure, they thought my tooth may need to be extracted due to how bad it was, but they were able to save it. Thank goodness! They were very concerned about me being comfortable and about saving my tooth. I could not be more impressed with all the staff there! First impressions go a long way and they truly made me a little less anxious about visiting the dentist. I would definitely recommend!

Omg! Where to even begin. This is a fantastic place to get all dental work done. I got a great deal and got a lot of my issues taken care of by Dr.Aulakh. front office lady was sweet too. The dental office is clean and nice but the waiting area might need a spruce up but thats a personal preference. I m scheduled to go there again to get some more work done soon...

After not going to the dentist for a few years after the Army, I knew I was going to need some major work done. That work ended up being many visits to Dr. Sobieh. Not only is her staff absolutely amazing, but Dr. Sobieh always makes sure to explain everything in detail and give you all options possible. I have never been a fan of the dentist, Dr. Sobieh makes going to dentist bearable again. I dont ever see myself going anywhere else. I could never recommend her and her office staff enough.
