Absolutely love this office and their staff! The office is clean. The staff is pleasant and accommodating. I was in severe pain, and they were able to get in me in the same day for an emergency appointment. Highly recommend!

DO NOT choose this dentist.I went in because I was experiencing pain in one tooth when I bit down. This office was beyond disgusting. First, the dental tools were rusty looking; they had brown tinges all over. They were either extremely old or completely unsanitary. As a person that experiences anxiety over having my teeth worked on... seeing tools that belong in a horror movie is not comforting. This office also took x-rays of the wrong tooth! When they finally got it right, Dr. Lee told me I needed a root canal. My tooth was dead.I decided to get a second opinion. I went to a CLEAN, professional office where they told me what was actually wrong. There was a tiny hole in my filling. That same day it was replaced and the pain went away.Valley Dental was going to give me an unnecessary root canal using rusty tools. Find another dentist.

A very pleasant visit today at this wonderful location. The staff and doctors were very nice and professional. The office was very beautiful and well maintained. I was seen right away and my tooth pain was taken care of with the most proficient courtesy. I shall return again for future treatment and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dentist.

This is not only the worst dentist Ive ever been to, it is also the most unprofessional. The service is mediocre at best...office is dirty, some of the Hygienists are friendly enough, but Amber is the single most unprofessional customer facing individual we have ever had to deal with. This dentist has mixed up my son and my records, made charges for services that were supposed to go to insurance, or were never received and to top it all off I called three days in advance to cancel my final appointment I was assured that no late fees or missed appointment charges would be made. Four months later I get a letter from a collection agency for $50. I asked this office for billing records to show where I was sent bills for this $50, the office could not produce those. I asked for records of my phone calls with them, they do not keep those. Well I have phone records showing my call to this office three days prior to my appointment to cancel. Amber has been rude and unprofessional with my wife and I on several occasions. Do yourself a favor Winchester and avoid the headaches of Valley Dental Care...just find a different dentist.

The office is clean, modern and welcoming. The receptionist immediately stood up and gave me a handshake and welcomed me to the office as a new patient. All the hygienists and dentists were great. I love the screen that shows you the photos of your teeth and allows you to understand what theyre talking about. The equipment was modern and quick/easy/painless. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great dentist who will take time to listen to problems, questions, and explain anything you ask for. Great place all around!

This office is just plain WONDERFUL!! I have been scared of the dentist for years and this place took all that away from me! They have the most caring and pleasant nurses and office staff and the doctors are just as great! So clean and organized. They never treat you badly or make you feel unwelcomed. My whole family goes here and my kids LOVE Dr Lee! Keep up the good work Valley Dental! Our family loves you!!

I had a wonderful experience at Valley Dental Care. They are truly amazing and I love coming here. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great dentist. They are probably one of the dentists that I have been to in many years.

This office is very unprofessional! I called to make an appointment for a cleaning and I was told there was a note left on my file to no longer service me due to me cancelling multiple times. Mind you, I never canceled or reschedule my appointment. Im very disappointed in the way I was treated. And to top it office, I was speaking to the office manager and she hung up on me and could not tell me what dates I canceled or rescheduled!

Wonderful! I havent been to a dentist in 5 years, I was having significant pain from a cracked filling, and Ive had several bad dental experiences. However, they took my appointment, made wonderful first impressions, and got straight to the most urgent work that will relieve the pain. They can do oral surgeries and root canals in house so you dont waste time waiting on referrals to specialists. Just an all around great experience, way above my expectation of most dentists.

I can’t say enough positive things about the friendliness, thoughtfulness and professionalism Dr. Lee and everyone around him shows. I’m glad I decided to give this Dental office a try. I will definitely be returning from now on.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID this dental practice! I had went to this practice several times previously for other dental care such as crowns, and even extractions, but was mishandled back in January 2020. I am not certain if Dr. Peter Lee was half-asleep that day or what? But he had caused me serious pain and discomfort and had ended up having to leave and ER check-up. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

I was in a great deal of pain as a result of an infected tooth. They were able to see me quickly and without an appointment. The staff were friendly, prompt, and courteous. I did experience a great deal of pain during my extraction but that was due to infection. Each time I visited the office, I have been seen by the doctor within 5 minutes or less. I will definitely return for all of my dental needs. Great job, I could not be any happier with my visit and the quality of work performed.

The management is very unprofessional. While in office I heard the office manager, her name is Amber, badmouthing her employees. She was very rude to me and I found her manner completely distasteful. The rest of the staff were fine, except that they are clearly cowed by their rude, unkind manager. I will be taking my business elsewhere, I refuse to support a practice that so obviously doesn’t care about its customers or employees.

Great office, great staff. They really made me feel at ease and were super friendly!

I left a voicemail over the weekend,got a phone call first thing Monday morning and they had me in before noon that day. He referred me to an oral surgeon and made sure that I wouldnt wait long. Took care of pain and very concerned with my situation. Excellent staff, would refer them VERY HIGHLY ☺️. Thank you so very much!!!

If I could give a negative star I would. Everyone judged me because of my teeth and made me feel awful. I never went back. I left there feeling suicidal. You all should be ashamed of yourselves!

I had a horrible experience. They wanted to take x-rays every 6 months, rather than every year. When I told them that I would just like a cleaning and not have x-rays (I would rather not be exposed to unnecessary radiation), they refused to give me a cleaning even! They said that would be a liability for them. Then when we changed our dentist I called and asked for our records to be transferred to the new dentist and they said there would be a $30 fee/per patient, which would have been $120 for our family. Beware, ever becoming a client.

Everyone is super nice and they thoroughly explain everything!
