This place is amazing. Everyone is really nice and friendly! If youre nervous about going to the dentist these people help put you right at ease with their friendly manner! Well worth traveling 30 minutes to get there!

In reference to this review.This dentist will not see 100% service connected disabled veterans for cleanings only. The last time I was at the dentist was in September of 2019 when I had insurance. Then the pandemic hit and lost my job and insurance. I wanted just a cleaning but they said no because I haven’t had any x-rays in the last 6 months. I asked if they could take the pandemic into consideration since I couldn’t get into my dentist office in Lexington, again because of the pandemic. The answer was no. 🤷‍♂️I am a disabled veteran and have had nothing but great service from this office. My question to the person who wrote this. If you are a 100% disabled why dont you go to the VA? Dental is free for you. Also even at the VA you are required to have x-rays. So no matter where you go you will need to have x-rays. I know of many services members that go to both of there offices and are treated with respect. I know for a fact that the owner comes from a military family based on our conversation. So not sure why you would have a problem. If it is money then I suggest the VA since it is free to 100 % disabledHave a blessed day. and thank you for your great work.

These ladies and gentlemen were fantastic. I had a tooth that had to be extracted. I had no appointment. I called in the morning and they said it wouldn’t be until the next day. I was deflated but, after explaining my discomfort, they actually shuffled appointments around to get me in the same day.Despite them going out of their way for me, they were incredibly courteous and polite. They explained what they were doing clearly and concisely. Each person I dealt with was wonderful. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

These guys are the best. I had my last cleaning of the year. I get 2 free cleanings a year with my insurance. I had to miss my appointment because my daughter was giving birth. They were booked up until next year. They took my name and number and called when they got a cancellation. Thanks guys so much for getting me in. You all are the greatest.

Honestly, I have a horrible routine for getting dental work done, let alone checkups. I’ve never had what I would call a “stellar” time at a dentist, but everyone here is like a close friend. Patient, attentive, and all have done great work for me. I couldn’t be happier to make a longer drive to make this my dental home

My dental hygienist was so so nice, she made me feel calm and not embarrassed about my teeth. She asked me questions and talked to me, which calmed me a lot. Genuinely the nicest dental person I’ve ever seen.

I have had a tooth bothering me for a few days I called them they got me in the same day. Even though I have never been to them before. They treated me wonderfully. The whole staff is so nice. Can’t wait to go back!! And Becky was wonderful with getting me my next appointment and and getting my insurance took care of. Truly top notch service.

I would highly recommend Winchester Family Dentistry for anybody scared of the dentist. I love the atmosphere there along with the courteous staff. Ive been there several painless times and Ive never even felt a single needle once. They changed my feelings about visiting the dentist permanently for the good.

Dr. Cruz and his staff are AMAZING!!! I had a wisdom tooth that was broke and was in absolute pain. Being one that is terrified of the dentist I called and made an appointment. Dr. Cruz understand my anxiety and made me feel comfortable as he explained everything throughly and answered all my questions. After having to reschedule my extraction due to work they got me in ASAP to get them removed. Afterwards, I wasn’t in much pain and I didn’t look like a chipmunk!!! Walked in and they were very sweet, professional, and friendly. Got there really early to fill out paperwork, but had gotten a phone call in the car and didnt realize it had sidetracked my thoughts. They were so kind and were not judgemental. Took me right in and did a great job. I had originally called for information on dental implants for my significant other and it led to this appointment for myself. I can probably say this is where hell get his implants 😊

Dr Drake and his staff are the Best! Highly professional and care about you and your teeth. They also have Saturday hours which is awesome when you have an issue like I did that happened on a Friday night.

Everybody is so nice and welcoming. Very professional. They listen to anything you have to say about what you need and what you’re experiencing with your teeth. I’ve had several cavities filled and a root canal done and had almost no pain during the processes which made me feel better about what they were doing. They took very good care of me. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the services that they provided for me.

These people are the most caring people I have ever met. When I first started going there I had some bad experiences from other dentists and I was scared to death but they just took their time and really let me know that they care and everything was going to be ok and now I wouldnt go anywhere else. Dr. Dela Cruz is the nicest guy you could meet. He explains everything and he doesnt get frustrated when you dont understand or you need to ask again. He takes his time until you feel comfortable. I really appreciate him and all of the staff. I never thought I would ever feel okay going to the dentist again but I do.

Dr. Drake worked on my teeth. He was very gentle and kept me entertained with conversation and observations. It was a practically pain free experience, I never even felt a pinch. I was very satisfied with his care.

I have been to 3 dentist prior to coming here and this place by far has been the best experience. Dr. Cruz surgically removed my tooth with little to no pain. He is very professional, and friendly along with the rest of the staff. I have found my new dentist office! I highly recommend this place. Small clinic, which I personally prefer. Everyone was very nice, & professional. The clinic runs very efficiently. Cost was much better than other offices. The dentist & assistants were fantastic. Had a tooth pulled w no issue. Everything was explained beforehand & pain was minimal. I recommend this clinic to anyone.

Very friendly and nice. Able to communicate with me by writing papers since Im deaf. They were patient and They did fabulous working on my front tooth by removing root canal carefully and didnt break my tooth. Very professional. Winchester Family Dentistry is great! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They listen to patients and try to do what’s best for them and work with them around schedules and billing concerns. I went in needing work done after a couple of my molars had cracked around old metal fillings and they fixed me up with the most conservative route possible; so far I haven’t even needed to pursue crowns on those teeth and it’s been over a year! I definitely recommend them!

Their Covid 19 protocols are amazing. They have it so you don’t have to touch anything but your chair. I didn’t once worry about my safety while there.

This was one of the best Dental experiences i have had in my whole life! The staff from the beginning to end were awesome! Since we are in a pandemic, you have to call and wait for them to let you end and i waited less than a minute for paper work and as soon as i was done it was less than another minute and i was in getting temped at the door and given hand sanatizer. The staff explained everything they were going to do before they did it and Dr. Drake explained everything about my dental health and dental needs in great detail. Upon leaving the lady at the front desk explained my insurance and what was covered and what wasnt and gave me a price for my next appointment so i could be prepared. I am so glad google sent me here. You guys rock. Thanks for everything!!

Great experience! Had to have a new filling and the process was painless and well done! Dr Drake was very friendly and chatted with me to take my mind off the process. Prices were high but they are flexible and provided quality work.

I had a tooth pulled Friday! I was gave no pain meds at all. I went all weekend suffering came in Tuesday dr drake cleaned it out and put some paste in it still no pain meds. I have a dry socket!!! I would not go here ever again. my tooth was broken off and had a huge cavity in it. I cant not take pain so this has been a nightmare!

They were amazing! I went in with a wisdom tooth issue, and they were able to work with me financially and get me in and out within a few hours. Dr.Daniel was so aware of my feeling and pain while working, he made sure there was no pain and that I was comfortable the whole procedure.If you are looking for a good dentist this is it !

They was friendly and all. However, spent way too long removing a tooth that ended up breaking at the root. Had to numb me 2 more times during the process. I was in more pain leaving than I was in when I went in. And I was only prescribed ibprofen. Took about an hour and half to remove the tooth. Never again.

I have a fear of dentist and dental tools. However, I feel calm and cared for when I go to the Dentist and the Hygienist there. They remember me and some of the things about my life so when I come in they ask follow up questions while they work keeping my mind from what they are doing. I could not ask for better care or more knowledgeable professionals.

Everyone here is so wonderful! Becky, the clerk, is very sweet and helpful with making appointments. The dental hygienists are all really sweet and care about doing a good job. Dr. de la Cruz is very good at explaining procedures and easygoing, so you don’t feel uncomfortable with him. The building is not the newest or prettiest, but it is kept clean and neat. The equipment they use seems reasonably new. I’ve had such a good experience with this practice that I have every intention of staying with them for a long time, and my kids will also go here.

I was seen by Natalie Jacobson Sept 7. I have never felt so welcome by her staff. They make you feel special from the time you walk in till the time you leave. To walk in to a office and see biblical quotes on the wall was a blessing in itself. To know the one who is taking care of you knows the Lord, put me at ease knowing a child of God was doing everything to help me is just Awesome. She took time out of her time off work to text and check on me. You dont get that special treatment after you leave a doctors office. I wish more doctors /dentist where more like her. If this world we live in was as nice as her staff and especially the nurse that stood by her side this would be a better world. Thank you to Natalie Jacobson and the staff for a job well done.

Absolutely a joke tried to reschedule my initial appointment due to a sick child and working 3rd shift. Only to be told they dont reschedule first time patients. That I have to break it and go somewhere else. Well that will be no problem for me cause just as patients are a dime a dozen for you so are dentists. Hopefully this will help the next person with a child who is sick not to waste theyre time going here.
