I took my car for a wash after having it parked under a tree the day before.Paid $20 for a premium wash and the car came out with the same identical untouched, unwashed bird droppings. I went back asking for a second wash and it came out still dirty.Is this how a car should look after 2 washes?

Free vacuums really carry the place. Many powerful vacuums with good nozzles that can reach all over your car.Actual car wash is pretty bad in my opinion. I’ve gotten a mid-range wash and the top-tier wash before, neither of them were great, but the results of the top tier wash are indistinguishable from a mid-tier wash. Generally speaking the conveyor moves really quickly compared to other car washes I’ve tried. This is most evident at the drying stage, which really doesn’t come close to fully drying even a small car.Verdict: come here if you need to vacuum the car. Get one of the cheaper washes.

The place was well maintained and clean. The vaccums were strong and were all working well. The car wash was quick and did a a great job. Overall great experience, I will come again.

Brand New high powered vacuums that are free! Also the carwash equipment seems to also be new and does a great job. The power dry actually works, barely had to wipe down my car after. Highly recommend.

Their automated car wash pushed my car into the vehicle in front of me (causing damage to the bumper and scratches). I informed the attendant and he shrugged his shoulders and gave me a brochure and said to call. I have called repeatedly and no answer. I have sent photos of the damage to their email address and no response after over 6 weeks.Additionally, the machine does a terrible job on the back of your car. They wont allow a bike rack on the roof (even a low profile one and even though the literature doesnt mention this anywhere).Do not trust this business. Their service is non-existent. I will never go back.

Do NOT come here. They are a bunch of crooks. There is no difference between any of the car wash options regardless of the price. I purchased a diamond wash for $30 and they did not include any tire shine. When I went to ask for tire shine they told me just to pass through again. It’s a scam car wash.

I love the ppl location etc. (Waltham) although I will be canceling our 2 memberships due to wash not reaching back of car ( ive pointed this out to others n they agree) .When new ownership began if u remember the great employees were washing down back of all vehicles! now they say they can’t do to covid? It’s a shame.

So far Ive only stopped by to use the free vacuums. Theyre awesome. Work great at what theyre suppose to do. No clogging up at all. Theyre well maintained and the best part is you dont have to climb the hose over the seats! You pull up in between them so you have one on either side of your car. Great thought and very efficient 👍 The only reason for the 4 Stars is only because I have not had the pleasure of using the car wash itself. I will update when I get the chance to do that. So far every time I have been by the car wash theres been a long line and I couldnt wait. So thats gotta say something about the wash! I will be back soon. Garage door came down on my car when entering this wash. Over 2000.00 worth of damage done and this company is refusing to provide their insurance companies name. Three weeks of calls and noone will respond to my messages. Terrible customer service.

The staff was unprofessional. I paid for a $:30 car wash and they gave me a regular wash. No soaps added . Today I went to the car wash, I have a membership for 2 cars...I washed my car and it came out with front bumper and trunk lid dirty, and when I tried to wash one more time I been told that this “unlimited” car wash is limited to one wash per day, also unprofessional staff...I want to cancel both my memberships and go back to ScrubaDub there you can wash your car 5 times a day and nobody cares...STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Not only are the vacuums free but they are new and extremely powerful. Your car carpet will get a real cleaning. The wash is good and prices bump up a little but hey...free vacuums. Visit weekdays or early weekend mornings. Gets busy on weekends.

After reviewing them yesterday where my car came out still dirty, they not only didn’t apologize for poor service I paid $20 bucks for, but they put the ownership of the mistake on ME. It was a Sunday, busy, and if that was their most expensive car wash, what would lead me to believe that running me through an automated machine for a SECOND time would make the result any different? Additionally, they offered no way to rectify the situation while another business, who I didn’t even visit that day Quick Wash in Waltham offered me a free wash to hopefully provide me a better experience. Poor customer service, poor service, definitely not worth the 20 bucks I wasted. At this point, I am seeking a refund.

Called office 4/6/2020 told girl i was double dipped for car wash . sent girl copy of bank account. She said would take care of it. Today May 1st double dipped again. Cancelled one car and added new car. they now owe for two charges. I may cancel my account then they will owe 3 payments.No call backs. End

Vaccums are superior.I paid $27 for the Diamond automatic car wash. Staff member was very friendly.Automatic car wash is terrible. Only my drivers side is completely cleaned and shiny. Dead bug and bird droppings remain on the hood, roof and passenger side of the vehicle. The entire back of my suv is still dirty and has pollen all over it. There are water spots all over the passenger side, hood, roof, and back tailgate.I wont go back unless they give me a free wash and resolve the issues of the passenger side of their system not cleaning properly.

These guys are great! Nice upgrade from the previous Randys Car Wash and their service attendants are always friendly. Their main office is super responsive via email and are quick to resolve any issues. Im on their monthly wash pass and love it. Thank you!

Prestige car wash is better than the other car wash in Waltham the machine wash the car throughly much cleaner than its competitors the only drawback Prestige is a bit much expensive.

Free vacuums, whats not to love? Where their prices might be slightly higher, you save that money on not dropping endless quarters for minutes of vacuuming. Boy are they strong vacuums too.

Very friendly staff and great value on the lower end services. Not the best car wash but you cant beat the price and convenience of free vacuums.

The best part about this place is not just the Free Vacuum but the equipment too. There are several spread across the yard. The powerful unit and its large hoses lets you conveniently clean your car. Service is good and the basic $10 wash would greatly suffice.

It doesnt clean the area below rear window very well. They should use the brush to clean the SUV before entering

Waltham has needed a place like this for a long time the ability to use a vacuum for free and not be overcharged for something like that at other gas stations is great the employees are also always happy and greet you well.

Free vacuums. That alone makes this place a regular stop for me. Other than that, the washes are inexpensive and do a fine job. Like all touch car washes, you will get fine scuffs and scratches over time, but that is the fault of the technology and not of the car wash.

Beware of this car wash. Please stay away. They have faulty equipment that damaged my brand new car. Forget about acknowledging that it was their mistake they went on to say it was my fault. I am not sure how i can damage something while the car wash is in progress. I am now running around body shops to get this corrected.

The FREE car vacuums are great! There are so many stations available and the vacuums have a lot of power which is often rare for free vacuums. I didnt try the car wash yet but I will next time!

Do not use this CAR WASH!!! This was my first and last time going there, I spent 20.00 for the mid level wash on my brand new car, just to find out the equipment is faulty and to harsh..ended up coming out with 2 missing windshield whipers.. I asked the 2 men working if they could assist, but neither one could barely understand me.. instead they laughed in my face and said sorry never refunded my money or even tried to help, insteadthe man handed me a bus card to call there customer service..So I call customer service to explain what happened and got a rude lady telling me, not my problem .. so in short, I spent 20.00 on a wash and 60.00 for new whiper Blades... Use this place at your own risk!!

Solid local car wash. The vacuums are free but on a shared pump. Try to go off peak so you can get good suction.

Rude and horrible service. They are not careful when brushing the car with a THICK WOODEN BROOM. We noticed that our camera popped out, they were rude about it and took off our monthly plan when all we just wanted was a simple apology and for them to just be careful in the future. Customer service was even worse when we reached out to them about their employees behavior. Not to mention that we were still being charged the monthly plan even though they cancelled it. Incompetent!
