They were so nice n kind any questions any things needed it was an awesome funeral services awhile back for my father

The staff here are so friendly and helpful. I contacted them to ask if they would help me separate ashes for me when Ive never even used their services and they did it free of charge. It was so helpful. And I really appreciate it.

Was recently at Jones for family night and wasnt happy with the small TVs they have up so high on the wall for people to look at pictures/video. It would be nice if they updated their TVs (at least in the room I was in) to a larger TV for older people to see and put them down a little lower on the wall. I also dont like that they dont have video tributes on the funeral home website like other funeral homes do. This is a big factor of who I will choose when my time comes...
