I was having an issue with some new components in my PC because of some major errors in my OS causing a boot loop. It seemed pretty hopeless. This is the second time I have used ComputerPro for IT advice and support and again, I was not disappointed. Jesse is credible, responsive, honest and professional and is one of the finest support persons I have ever dealt with. As an example, when the computer he ordered for me arrived out of warranty due to HP policies, Jesse, without prompting from me, offered to apply to HP for a waiver and reinstatement of the warranty which was granted for an additional year! I took my Macbook Air to Jesse at ComputerPRO after dropping a breaking a whole bottle of wine on my countertop where my laptop sat. Before going to ComputerPRO I stopped by Best Buy Computer Geeks where I was told that if it could be repaired the cost would be prohibitive. I took a chance and called ComputerPRO. For a very reasonable price Jesse first check to see that it could be repaired (no motherboard damage) then went on to complete the repair, again at a very fair cost. He kept me updated and completed work when he said he would complete it. Highly recommended.

We have a number of PCs which we use for nearly all our affairs. For different reasons they all seemed to malfunction at around the same time. We had subscribed to iYogi, but were unable to raise anyone on the telephone, so we started looking for a local business which could help us, and we found ComputerPro.We rang them and explained the problems. Jessie had just received postponement of a job he was on his way to, so diverted and was with usabout 45 minutes after our call. He was extremely personable, and calmly noted down all the problems. He then methodically began dealing with each machine in turn. He needed us occasionally for passwords and the like, but otherwise just got on with the job.He had everything repaired and loaded within about three hours except for one laptop which required a new hard drive. That he took with him to replace the hard disc, and to reload all the data which was on an external hard drive. He said it would be ready in about two days. He discovered to our amazement that a baby alarm close to our modem and left switched on was seriously affecting our signal.We can only say that if you need a computer technician, ring Jessie. ComputerPRO is the best! Jesse really knows his stuff. We had a QuickBooks problem, he knew pretty quickly is was software problem with QuickBooks. Contacted QuickBooks, found out it was one that they did not even know about. Biggest thing they call you back! Never think I have had to wait any longer than 15 minutes for a call back. Have a problem, no problem; your business will keep going that day. Usually 1 to 2 hour down time that is it. ComputerPRO handles all of our computer and IT needs. Used the other big business computer company in Winchester, waited forever for call backs, only took calls during business hours. Many times it was 24 hours or longer to get them out. I could not of asked for a better experience!! I have a very rare gaming laptop, Its an Alienware M17. Most computer repair specialists would not work on it. My cpu was fixed, cleaned and returned to me within 24hrs!! i was amazed.The pricing is surprisingly reasonable and the service is wonderful.But the best thing about my experience is that i was consulted each time a step was taken to fix my baby. i was worried sick and they did a great job of telling me exactly what was going on.
