Not professional they don’t know know to address customers. Place is seriously dirty and filthy they need to have an inspection. I’m seriously considering calling the state. And especially for the quality of work ladies it’s not worth the risk of an infection

I don’t know how these salons pass the requirements. Washed clippers and other tools under water, the “sanitation” box not on, nail dryers greasy and dirty, no customer service or interaction, lastly, overpriced! Do not recommend, nasty, dirty, and needs serious unannounced inspection !

Horrible experience, the new people at the place do not know how to do nails. They did not shape my nails properly and there are bumps on my nails and the shape is horrible and different for each nail. Do not go here if you like getting your nails properly. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO A BETTER PLACE!!!!!

SERIOUS INFECTION FROM THIS PLACE. BEWARE. Had an appointment set for 5:00 PM but was not seen until 5:50 PM. Had three people work on my nails because they were so disorganized. THEN developed an infection in my thumb from my visit and had to get it drained a few days later (the most pain I have ever experienced in my entire life). I am on two medications for the next ten days due to the infection and if it does not get better, I will need surgery. I had to take time off from work due to the pain and my recovery. Was not able to use my thumb at all for over a week. Please use my experience as a lesson and go somewhere else. I hope I never go through this again.

Four Seasons Nails has been in my life for a LONG time. They do great quality gel manicures and pedicures. Some staff have changed over the years but for now the owner, Sunny, and her daughter, Miok, are running the salon. For $30 the gel amni lasts me about 3 weeks and if theres a chip its never a problem for me to go in and get it fixed before a new Mani is required. The pedicures come with paraffin wax and hot stones which is awesome. They also have a rewards points system that allows you to earn some select free services the more you come. Every so often I earn a free pedicure so thats nice.

First time going here. Made an appointment for myself and 2 daughters. They took all 3 of us on time. Great service and very friendly staff. Sunni is awesome! They go above and beyond and give you exactly what you want. Best experience Ive ever had at a nail salon.

If you are thinking of stopping here for some pampering, absolutely give it a try. The ladies are all very nice, they take their time, and make sure they are doing something that you will love! The pedicure includes hot stone and hot wax treatments. I got gel polish with my manicure, and Sue exceeded my expectations with the design...I will definitely be coming back.

Rude, unprofessional and overcharge.they made me wait 3x the time the initially said I would then they clearly overcharged me and tried to hustle Thrkiah market style.. when I simply asked about pricing. THEN.. as I was checking out and entering my debit card pin, the owner rudely tells across the whole salon MAKE SURE HER CARD IS NOT DECLINED! .... haha.. i mean, I know China is not known for customer service or social etiquette... but that is just so disrespectful to a customer!

I just moved to the area and have been looking for my go to salon. This was the second place Ive tried and my search is over! I was immediately greeted upon entering and was told there would be a short wait for my fill-in. The wait was maybe 5 minutes came and got me settled at her station. We chatted a bit about the current set I had on and my concerns and what I really wanted out of my salon experience. After deciding to go a different route than the fill-in I came in for, she handed me a basket of over 500 gel nail color options! While I was looking she went and got a hot rice bag and placed it around my shoulders. Then she got started with my nails. Everything about my experience here was amazing. My nails turned out perfectly and the price was right. I will definitely be back!

Been going to Four Season Nails for about a year now, and I have not yet experienced anything bad with this place. Sunny is awesome & she takes the time to make sure you are happy when youre getting your nails done. She is always booked but when I need to have some designs for my nails, she stops whatever shes do the design. I definitely recommend them!

I am new to the area and was worried at first. I came in for acrylic nail pedi and wax waited no more then 5 mins. The service was awesome from the pedi to mani I have zero complaints. Ask for Tami for mani and Penny for pedi. Both ladies did an amazing job and made me feel comfortable. They were also super nice. When you come in you feel so welcomed and have a great time while getting your nails done. Its my new forever spot for sure.

Not on time. I made appointment for 1:30 and wasn’t seen until 2:15. Had to sit in my car all that time. When she finally called me back and told me to come inside. I got inside and she had me standing there looking stupid and didn’t say anything to me or service me. So no this nail salon won’t get my money! I walked out!

Came to this nail salon a few times I must admit the service is great Sunni and Sue are great in what they do. The only downfall is that sometimes you may have to wait but other than that they do a great job on your nails. Worth the wait and money spent, the girls that do the pedicures are also very good. Everyone there is welcoming and always smiling my mind of nail salon!!!!

This nail salon is simply awesome! I have been coming here for past two years now. And everytime I come here, I get something new done to my nails. They can create anything you ask for. Sunni does a great job, others are good too. Whenever I go out I get many compliments especially for my nails. Even the girls who do pedicure are very sweet and know what they doing. Very patient and thorough! Theyre so nice about happily saying hello when you arrive and cheerfully saying goodbye when you leave. They always make me feel like theyve been looking forward to me coming back, just great customer service all around. They often have great mid-week specials, too! I love the $5-extra silver top polishes for pedicures... lasts close to a month without chipping if you really need it to!

My boss recommended Four Seasons to me 2 yeas who and have since returned every 2 weeks for gel mani and pedicure religiously! Sunni is hilarious and the rest of the team is amazing! They give the best pedicures in the area and do neat and beautiful work. Best of all, they treat you like family when you go 💓 HIGHLY recommend to all!

This was my first time going here and it will definitely be my last. It took way too long to get a simple pedicure and the service was not the best. I even went ahead to book an appointment in which they took me right away but someone next to me came 30 minutes later and got done 15 minutes before me. At some point, I just wanted to grab the polish and do them myself. I would not recommend going here at all.

I come in every three weeks like clockwork. All the ladies there have their own niche of what they are good at. Sunni does great work on nail art and design. Sue is probably the fastest worker there. Every time I see her I get a fill with gel and I’m out of there in an hour. My nails always look great when I leave.The biggest compliant I have is no matter what, they are always running late. I always make an appointment, arrive on time, and still have to wait 15-25 minutes. It’s incredibly frustrating and have learned I can not be in a rush to get anywhere after.Overall, a good place with decent prices!

Came in for a $25 pedicure - one of the best Ive ever had. The staff was overall friendly and experienced. Took their time with each customer and provided a hot stone massage. Great array of nail color selections as well. Will definitely be coming back with my sisters.

Well, they may do fabulous pedicures, but Ill never know. Showed up for my 2:00 appointment today, in the pouring rain mind you, and waited for 15 minutes. Was told I had to wait 10 more minutes. 10 min. later I had to wait another 10 minutes. I dont think so. So I left and went home. Tell me, Four Seasons Nails, if I showed up for my appoint 1/2 hour late, would you have charged me for not showing up? The way I look it, you owe me a pedicure. I showed, you didnt. But then Id have to go back. Which I will definitely not do. I strongly suggest going somewhere else for a manicure or pedicure.

This use to be my go-to spot for pedicures. Maria, Maida and Angelina were fantastic. All three left in less than a calendar year! (gotta ask why). The other girls give an OK pedicure.... not worth the new $30 price though.Other factor I dont like, they should be careful speaking in Spanish because you dont know who can understand you. They had something not very nice to say about me, and I understood every word.They do give a good gel manicure though. Make an appointment every time or your going to be sitting for quite some time.

I had an appointment at 11:30 but still sat there for 30 minutes. Dont bother making an appointment because they dont care. They took people that came in after me so I got up and left. Giving 2 stars because they have a great selection of nail polish colors.

Can not believe rating is 4 stars. I have been going to Four Seasons for years and still get treated horribly. When I call in advance I am told they have time for me, just to get there and wait 1+ hours for anyone to even acknowledge me. Even when I make an appointment that apparently means nothing, as usual I wait ridiculously long. Most staff are unexperienced. Went to remove acrylic nails and was assigned to someone who had no clue what to do. What usually takes 10-15 minutes took her an hour and my nails still have acrylic on them. Have tried to give Four Seasons many chances but after today I am never going back. Extremely disappointed!

These ladies know how to do nails!Ive lived in the area now for 5 years and was growing tired of the places near by that charge too much for sub-par work. A co-worker of mine recommended that I go to Four Season and have only been there twice and they have exceeded my expectations. I always get a gel fill and they last way longer than the expected 2 weeks. Im elated that I have finally found a place near me that does amazing work! I will say that if you are in a rush, this is not the place for you. Excellence requires time and patience so make arrangements and MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! These ladies were accommodating and make sure you leave happy every time

My powder dip nails were popping off within 2 days.I found this nail salon on a whim, I was looking to get the dip powder nails and they were one of the only places around that did them. The reviews were decent, so I called and made an appointment. I got there about 15 minutes early and they took me right away. The woman was helpful in helping me pick a color and then very careful with my nails and did, what looked like, a great job. This was my first time getting powder dip, because my friends RAVE about it. LOVE it and they say its much better for your nails than gel.I then got a pedicure. My pedicure was okay. The girl really cleaned up my toes but she did miss a few spots and she barely cleaned off any dead skin. Prior to starting my pedicure, the woman sitting next to me got clipped and screamed ouch! The girl doing her pedicure started crying and got up. Another girl then continued to finish her pedicure and when the first girl stopped crying they told her to come start my pedicure. The girl took her tools and just ran them under water!!!! JUST WATER!! Didnt sterilizes them....just ran them under water!!! She then comes over to start my pedicure and between her tools not being clean and her just running away crying....I said to a different woman who worked there If she is too timid to finish that other womans pedicure, she is not doing mine. PLUS HER TOOLS ARENT CLEAN!!!!I left satisfied with my mani & pedi and would have considered going back....but then two days later 2 of my nails popped off....during my friends wedding. I asked the woman who did them How long will these last? she said two weeks, like the gel. 3 days later, I have 2 nails missing and 5 that are pealing up.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Don’t bother making a reservation here, they don’t honor it! We waited half an hour and then left to another salon which accommodated us two! Very poor service!! The salon itself was very cramped and the ventilation was terrible. Parking is also not the easiest. Don’t waste your time!

My overall experience was terrible. I waited a half hour after my friend was taken and while in the middle of my manicure, THEY MADE ME GET UP AND LET SOMEONE ELSE GET THEIR MANICURE WHILE I WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF MINE. She told me to wait 5 minutes and I WAITED 45 MINUTES. Not only this, but I’d never been here, and asked if gel was extra twice, and she said no, but charged me $54 for my nails when it should have been $40. I was there for three hours. Overpriced, bad customer service. Other places charge $25 for the exact same thing. My manicure was fine but not worth all this trouble.Terribly dissapointed.

I called up before I could go there and asked if there was a waiting time, but I was told to come in . When I got there was made to wait for 20-25 mins just before they filled up the water and made me sit in front of it for another 20mins while they were busy attending to customers who came in after I did. Which is why I decided to finally get up and walk away.. wouldnt usually comment if it was a first time experience.. last time too I was made to wait endlessly and got a bad pedicure, but thought it was one of those busy days and made another visit.. looks like they have a racial preference for customers. Anyway best of luck..!!

One of the most pricy nail salons in Edison NJ and not very personable. They really didnt make me feel welcome nor did they care to talk to me (make small talk.) I would not recommend them to anyone. This was my first and last visit there.

I found this place based on google reviews. I went in on a Tuesday and availed of their mani-pedi special combo worth $25. I know this is a good deal anywhere you go but it was not even worth it. My nail technician looked like she wasnt really into her job. She focused more on listening to other peoples conversations. She didnt use sterile nail instruments. Unless you consider sterile as rinsing it with water and spritzing some type of disinfectant on it. I am glad I did not have an open wound as I would have stormed out of that place. I am glad I dont have to go back.

Horrible they treat you according the money you have if you go here they expect 5$ tip and up other wise you gonna get treated bad the next time. Spanish girls are fine with 3$.but the Koreans wont take you ..WARNING ! If you have money this is defetnally your spot other wise you Going to experience a very unplasent service.

Overpriced for gel polish goes from $30 for regular mani pedi to $75 for gel mani pedi thats absolutely ridiculous and they dont tell you before hand.

Really well done pedicure (parrafin wax heel treatment 😊) and flawless mani.Loved it so much will now only get my nails done here when in Edison. I can only compare it to my experience with the fab NYC salons and they too are #simplymarvelus.Headed there tomorrow morning for another great experience. Looking forward to it...

Dont go to this place on a sunday. They will turn you away at 5pm and say they dont have time to take you for a pedicure even though they dont close until 6pm and have 4 chairs open. Sorry you want to go home but you shouldnt turn people away an hour before your actual closing time.

I really like this place, but there is one particular lady who has no idea what shes doing...during a manicure she made two of my fingers bleed and my gel manicure only lasted a week...but I just stay away from her...everyone else is great
