Good experience, didnt wait long initially but did sit for a while once in the pedicure chair. Chair was very uncomfortable and I couldnt get it adjusted with the control panel they gave me. Staff was friendly but kept getting up and going to the back several times during the service. If they updated the chairs and stayed focused on the customer they are working with I would give them 5 stars! Annie has been here for a while and is great!! The quality of my pedicure was on point and left my feet and legs super soft and pretty!

I am pleased with my Mani&Pedi. They apply thick coats of polish. I like far better than Deluxe.

On Sunday June 13, 2021 I visited Elite Nails Spa for the first time and I must say that it will also be my last time. I arrived around 3:15 pm and I did not get seen until around 4:20 pm. Let me just say, I should have listened to my intuition because I did not like how I was greeted and when the nail tech did get to me, he started doing my nails at a very fast pace. He was also hurting my nails and cuticles because the drill gun was turned up to high and he did not listen. I specifically said that I like my nails square with square corners but instead he did them square with round corners. After finishing the acrylic on my nails, I was expecting him to go ahead and paint them but instead he goes to another customer and starts working on her pedicure. I was waiting patiently and tried to remain calm but he was just doing too much as customers continued to come in near closing time. Needless to say, I was so fed up, I just didnt want my nails painted anymore and I was going to just paint them myself. I asked to just pay for the acrylic service and he charged me $35 for the service, which I think is bogus. I definitely hope that Karma comes around and pays him a visit and not in a nice way. My nails were certainly not worth $35 and the service was not even finished. What a horrible nail salon, with no morals, values, or customer service.

I have been going to this nail salon for 4 years never had a problem until today. I guess they think because I’m a regular customer I don’t have things to do. So I had been in there for 2 hours & 6 customers come in after me was out & done I’m still sitting there waiting patiently: Simon tells me he ready to start on my nails then stops what he is doing to go to another customer like I don’t spend money in the salon. So I told them to just charge me for the pedicure and they will be losing a customer that spends $160.00 each month with them. I was very disappointed. I won’t be returning.

Experienced rude service from each staff member I encountered. I went for a nail repair. The nail tech rushes to get me in and out. He places the nail tip on cricked, applies heavy acrylic powder on the nail and puts a glob of polish on my nail. When I nicely expressed my concern, the male receptionist didn’t respond to my concern but repeatedly asked me to sign the receipt. I ask the nail tech to fix it. He doesn’t remove the excess polish but adds more polish while saying, “Oh your nail is crooked.” I said “my the nail wasn’t crooked before you removed it for the repair so how is it now? I’ve never been told this.” He states “If you say so. I’ll give your money back.” While saying so, he Snatches the gel nail dryer up before it is done dry and walks away.

I was taking note on how this company ran things, especially when it came down to waxing considering it was my first time. But that visit was very much my last time! I was getting my upper lip waxed, and I noticed they had a stick with wax already on it. I was watching the lady who was gonna wax me and she was going to reuse to stick and after I corrected her on double dipping, she then decided to tell me they don’t waste the sticks. That is disgusting!! I told her to use a new stick because that is unsanitary, and no the heat does not kill the bacteria! She then proceeded to change it but because I corrected her on it, she was being very aggressive while waxing me and as soon as I was leaving, another client walked in while I was still in the room and of course she did not even change the beddings. This is very unacceptable and they’re not sanitary at all !

I have gotten my nails & toes done several times here, & I have left SO EXCITED to show my nails off EVERY time. But after getting my lashes done, I had to come show some love in a review. Elite is hands down the best nail salon in Wilson. If you are thinking about going, stop, GO CHECK THEM OUT, & thank me later!! 😂❤️

I normally have great service, however today was a mess. I was rushed to get into cold water then I set and watch Sam dry scrub someone feet.... I will take the drive back to Raleigh and pay higher prices before I get an infection...

The fellow that did my manicure was not friendly at all. He seemed rushed and did not make me feel like a valued customer, whatsoever. He basically flipped the set of nail colors onto the table and I guess he wanted for me to choose a color. I don’t know. He barely spoke. He did not complete the right hand manicure correctly. However. he noticed on his own and did fix it. I will not be returning. The fellow at the register was in quick mode as well. Just not friendly or professional. I’m sure there are some very good professionals there, however. I just picked the wrong day and time.

Elite nail shop is usually my go to in Wilson.. I even tip afterwards no matter the cost of the services because thats just how much I loved going. UNTIL today, I entered the shop and was immediately attacked on why my TWO year old didnt have on a face mask.. Now, usually I do NOT bring my children to the salon but it was a spare of the moment situation. I had just went to the nail salon the previous day, sat for 2-3hrs for a nail take off and powder full set, paid $75 just for a nail to pop off the next day. Ridiculous!!!. I figured I wouldnt be there long (why did I think that?) so I had my 9yr old and 2yr old come inside with me. When they RUDELY told me my 2yr old needed a mask in order for me to stay I told them shes 2 and will just snatch it off they still acted as if they didnt care and wouldnt provide services! I literally had to go back and forth with 2 nail technicians (SIMON& ANNIE) to try to get some type of understanding but it resulted in me just calling someone to come& watch my toddler. I can PROMISE you had they not guaranteed free repairs on full sets they provide& I wasnt sorta pressed for time, I would have LEFT !! After today I have decided I will start doing my own nails at home because honestly these nail shops are getting worse by the day. I dont pay $75 for nails to be popping off the next day. I work hard for my money. I understand the seriousness of coronavirus trust me I DO but I just feel as though they could have handled the situation more professionally. I dont do RUDE people especially when Im spending my money with you! DO BETTER ELITE NAILS& SPA!!!!!

The nail artist that did my nails was very polite and courteous. She did an excellent job on my nails! I will be going there again soon for a pedicure.

Annie has a bad attitude. She was upset at another customer for getting someone else to do her nails and took it out on me . I sat from 9:30 to 11:30 for a pedicure when I was the only one getting one at first before other customers came in.. I spend 150.00 with them ever two weeks and now I will no longer be a customer. They will be working on your nails and start on somebody feet halfway and just put back on gloves to start back on your hands!!

I went and got me a pedicure and full set and the service was terrible. I got the 40 pedicure and all I received was a toe trim. After that I showed the nail tech how I wanted my nails which were an almond shape and my nails did not look anything like I asked. So, they sat me down with another nail tech and my nails were extra short with a very sharpe point. I was so disappointed going on vacation with ugly shapes nails. After that a very nice lady nail tech came over and fixed my nails the best she knew how. They are still not like I wanted but they look better. I will not be going to the nail salon again.

They dont take the time to shape your nails properly. They also charge the same amount for short nails as long nails. They dont properly paint them. And they rush even at the beginning of the day

What a wonderful place! I used to go here when I was younger and I loved it! It’s still the same now as it was years ago. I have definitely found a forever home for getting my nails done! Service is 100% and I love the fancy check in gadget when you walk in the door. I didn’t have to wait and I love my nails! I will definitely recommend to anyone!

I went and got my nails done yesterday and I liked the atmosphere they were really nice but the woman who did my nails was so focused on everything else around her, she cut the side of my finger along my pinky with a file. She filed for so long and so hard that it literally left a cut. The polish was thin and I agreed that it was okay, so she applied a different green then my choice of color and it STILL was see through & thin like on all of my nails. Not very good service and I really wanted to love it because of how nice they were. Never again though.

So I got a full set from here and I was able to be serviced right away and the staff was friendly enough, however, after I left and inspected my nails further, the fake nail is not properly adhered to my natural nail which can cause bacteria to grow between my nail and the fake nail. I would not recommend this shop and if you go, pay very close attention to ensure your nails don’t end up like this.

This was my first time at the place. I got the sns nails done. Everyone was very friendly. My nail technician ( Annie) was very nice. She was very informative when helping pick whats best for my nails when asking questions. I will most definitely return.

Best place to go in Wilson. Ive only been a handful of times but I always leave super satisfied. Everyone is very nice too. Always checking to make sure youre happy with what theyre doing and that to me is a big thing. Also has a great atmosphere. Have been and will continue to recommend this place to everyone.

I am from out of town and I just wanted to get my toes done. I walked in and they accommodated me right away. I was hesitant but it was the absolute best pedicure I have ever gotten and I would 11/10 recommend to anyone looking for a quality (and cheap!) mani/pedi.

It was my second time coming in, I was getting a full set of acrylic nails (I had came in like 3 months before for a fill in and they did an awesome job). I had this man that seemed very friendly and talkative but I do not know his name. He did a horrible job on my nails it felt as if he was running a marathon but doing my nails. He choose the incorrect size nails and I was walking around with nails that didn’t even suit my original nail. The nails looked miniature. Then the shape was horrible, when he was filing my nails it felt as if he was going to rip my nails off from how rough he was. Then I had also told him he shaped my thumb nail Crocked and he got upset and mad and didn’t even try to fix it.

They are amazing and super nice. I will stay driving there from goldsboro bc they are the best i have gone and have my nails done

Very nice place. Just make sure you tell them what shape you want before they tell you to wash your hands! The only bad this is that my nails have slightly small gaps. And I just got them done yesterday, I would definitely return here because the coats are beautiful and also the shapes but ill just let them know next time I dont want any gaps!

First impression...ok I’m new to the area and I’m in hunt of a great clean nail salon that will care for and keep my nails looking great. I searched around on google reviews and seen they had great reviews from others but I should have searched yelp first smh. Upon walking in and looking around this is not the cleanest salon. Although I liked my nails, I was already thinking “I still haven’t found the right salon, this isn’t it...maybe I’ll give them another try...maybe not, we’ll see”. Then what left a bad taste in my mouth was how I was handled when I came back in the following day for a cracked nail. I had just left this salon Friday night around 6:30, and it’s Saturday at 12 and already my nail polish is cracked because the nail is slightly broken. And the nail tech knew this when she was doing my manicure but did she correct this? No! She just polished right over it! So again here I am the next day with a nail defect. The guy was rude, and didnt seem to want to fix it because these are my REAL nails! His only advice was “this is your real nail it’s not broken it’s cracked here I’ll glue it, shake your hand let it dry and hopefully it won’t break again. Really? Then I had to ASK him to reapply the matte polish just so you couldn’t see the big glue spot on my nail!! I don’t know, maybe this establishment is only used to dealing with people with fake nails (not knocking anyone who wears fake nails) and don’t specialize in caring for natural nails. But if you are a “supposed grade A salon” shouldn’t u specialize in caring for ALL nails. And by caring for I mean not just slapping some polish or dope designs on people’s nails but actually caring for the health and development of their natural nails as well uhh. Though it was fixed unpleasantly (and we will see how long it lasts rolling my eyes)I was very displeased with how the guy handled me. I felt he was rude and rushing and didn’t want to help. Also the place is a very unkept. Even taking my hand out of the led lamp I had someone’s old fake nail stuck to my fingers that were left inside of the led lamp. Definitely not neat and clean as I’m used to other salons. I definitely won’t do business hear again neither would I suggest any one else to. It was already not up to par to my standard but I stayed. The lady doing my nails used the drill to take off my prior nail polish!! Like lady these are my natural nails, no drilling please!! Ugh. But again I stayed trying to be nice and accepting. She half way massaged my hand after the manicure, I mean just took no kind of pride or full responsibility in her work. Just bare minimum. smh just horrible. Thankfully I did at least like the color of my nails that I picked out but how I was handled afterward when my nail defected the very next day just completely ruined the already not so great first impression. Thanks anyway. First and last time here.

Will not return. White pedicure with gel looks terrible & waited almost 3 hours and didn’t get nails or eyebrows done and there weren’t a lot of people. Flies & gnats flying around also. I will never go back to this shop again!!
