Went here because I had a gift card. My $30 pedi and $10 extra for gel nails last 26 minutes. My massage hurt a little. Phones should be on silent. I was trying to relax but it’s hard when someone has there phone on, volume up beside me.

I had an appointment with Cindy. She ran nearly 30 minutes late. 😬 She was super efficient though and made up for the lost time. I can tell she was a bit flustered so she must have had a walk-in that put her behind a bit.This was my first time going and after a while, she warmed up and became a bit more personable.She did an excellent job on my shark week nails...

My nail tech wasnt attentive. I asked for a design and she polished all nails....with regular instead of gel. I was given one price and charged another when I paid!

Went here for a pedicure. It was nice but not the best. They did a rush job on my feet.

Guy did not speak English. Unprofessional. Did a horrible job. I think I should have paid him 5.00 instead of 50.00. Did not put liner in bowl until I told him to. Rushed did not get what I paid for. Wrong color, would not change. Quick job on nail. Had to ask if they had a place to wash hands. He said my nails were dry so I went to the car and put my seat belt on and messes all my nails up so I went back in for him to fix. Did a horrible job so I sit there for about 30 minutes no one check on so I went from one technician to another but no one would check my nails until a client asked the woman doing her nails to check mine.

Great Great Great experience. The leg and foot massage with the pedicure was phenomenal. Must return soon

Wouldnt have said anything but since u asked..worse service Ive ever had there.I didnt enjoy my experience today at ALL .. they were busy and I was rushed through. No tip today Wish I hadnt wasted my $

The only reason I didn’t give just one star is because I did like that the pedicure area is separate from the nail area. However, a lot of steps were skipped on my pedicure. I had to keep asking the nail tech to do certain things that’s supposed to be done in a pedicure. She definitely did a rush job. I am not pleased and will not be returning.

New to the area I stopped in Diva Nails to get my usually S &S Dip powder over my natural nails. I was immediately seated and “Nick” began doing my nails. He moved quickly and without care. His application of the product was extremely sloppy and I asked if he needed to paint it smooth before dipping my nails into the color powder, as the colored powder would only coat the gel polish the way it was painted on. He assured me it would be smooth. I asked for a matte finish and he said it would be an additional $5. As Nick went on applying the gel polish, dipping, and then the top coat, I could see that my nails appeared messier and thick, not smooth or professional at all. My nails looked like a dented car that had been spray painted to cover the damage. He finished my nails with lumps and bumps of polish and paint gobs around my cuticles. There was nail polish on my finger tips, sides and underneath my nails. And the finish was shiny! I’ve never had an experience like this before and when I kindly pointed out how every nail looked bad, the technicians became defensive. I was asked to wash my hands 3 times. Another lady came and CUT and SCRAPED the excess paint from around my nails and cuticles with the nippers. She then buffed my nails to try and reduce the bumps and dull the obvious shine. I expressed that I was not Happy and she said she had to soak my nails and redo them completely. I explained that I like dip powder because it’s thin, natural looking, and quick to apply and dry. She had already been cleaning up the horrible mess for over an hour. I declined any further service, paid, and left. Diva Nails is the worst.

Just NO I sat at number 15 and he did not know what he was doing at all go somewhere else for $60 I got a set of badly shaped fat and chunky coffin nails that were supposed to be ombre with powder is not ombre at all went back for them to fix it and its still horrible

I arrived as a walk in, staff was quick to greet me. Recieved manicure and pedicure, both my daughters got acrylic. They were quite busy but it didnt take long. Staff was polite and friendly. The location of shop is great with Sarbucks and Froyo101 next to it. Would recommend to others.

Its newly renovated and has much more space. I was able to get in and get out. The nail technician was thorough but quick. I liked that they had enough technicians so I did not have to wait. That was awesome! It was very clean and I liked that. The technician did a really good job.

They didn’t change out any files or clean/sanitize the area after being used. I paid $45 for a basic acrylic full set French tip. The French tips were painted on instead of using their actual white tips like I needed for what but the nails do not fully fit my fingers. Nor is my French tip straight/even. You can see my nails under the acrylic. Overall very disappointed and will not return.

My sister and I went here for the first time, and will never go back. She removed her gel based manicure the next day. They were poorly done as well as my pedicure and manicure..

I always go here to get my nails done. They are so friendly and welcoming here. Denise did a great job. She really took her time and I appreciate that. This will always be my go-to spot for my nails ... and eyebrows

The person I had was terrible! Dont get me wrong I do not mind you making suggestions but once I say NO then that is the end of the conversation. I asked for a certain pedicure she insisted on another. I picked a color going to tell me another. I wanted to scream just give me what I ask for! No more discussion! I went with my friends who seemed to be happy with their service. She also did my manicure and it is already chipping 3 days later. I wish I NEVER WENT TO THIS PLACE! A HUGH waste of money. If you go to this place get a male nail tech they dont talk as much.

I love Henry and Ken. They do a great job on natural manicures and pedicures. Cindy does great with my daughters acrylic nails. Some experiences are better than others but overall they are my go to locally.

I used to be a regular. Friendly staff and nice decor but after a single fill in with another tech, my nails have been ground down so thin that acrylics were very painful to remove. (Had to remove bc they kept breaking) now there are areas near my cuticle that are practically JUST SKIN that is sensitive and painful.

They’re super quick and all but just didn’t paint my nails all the way.. I would go back again

Ive been here a few times to get a full set and polish. Each time, the nail techs have drilled so far into my nail that it burns TERRRIBLY. Even after I say ouch, they will continue to drill. I think that customer satisfaction is key. And since 2 out of 10 fingers still sting and burn, I gave them 2 stars. No more drills for me.

Just had my nails done on Friday evening...they didnt soak my hands, never pushed up or trimmed my cuticles. Didnt listen to how I wanted my nails shaped. Its now Tuesday, my nails look like theyve been on for 3 weeks. Horrible space between the nail and cuticle... Im adding a photo to the business listing! Ill find a new place

Not impressed! Got a gel mani. One broke that night, another broke the next day. They were uneven as well. The guy who did them was very unfirnedly as were many of the staff there. Also, what is up with a mani where they just put your hands in a bowl of cool water....with nothing in it? No hand massage--just slapped some lotion on and told me to go wash it off.Was very disappointed. Was not warm and inviting at all. Will not be going back.

THE BUSINESS IS VERY CLEAN AND NOT ALOT OF CHEMICAL SMELL,HOWEVER ONE OF THE TECHN BY THE NAME OF LIN IS NOT PROFESSIONAL AND SHE HAS AN ATTITUDE. So I went this past Saturday to get my nails done for my engagement pictures the following day. I got a set of shellac on my natural nails. The man who was doing my nails was rushing the entire time, especially when he was cutting my cuticles (he ended up cutting my friend while doing hers) well after my nails were done in probably what was about 10 mins if even, they looked fine. Not even 8 hours later, on one of my nails the shellac was popping up and I had been so careful with them....well I managed to get through my session with nails still in tact after going over all of them with a clear coat just to make sure they said but today (3rd day) that on that same finger, the shellac popped off completely.Sorry for the long post, its just annoying that the man (who I never knew his name) couldnt have just slowed down and took his time, it may have not have happened.

My Daughter loves the place... its clean and quiet.. People are professionals...

I went there one night BC I was going on a girls trip they stayed open to do a full set for my sister and I. That was my first and the service was ok I normally go to my original place but they were close already . So I went back for a fill in. I asked how much for a fill she told me $27 . I was fine with that I had to have to nails replaced. And I got gel polish which is an extra $5 or $10. She cut my cuticle not once not twice but three times. I waited 30 mins to be serviced. They do my fill in and I proceed to go pay. She takes my card and swipe and say $44. And I was like what happened to $27. She gave me a gel fill in with a gel polish. And two nails replacement. I didnt ask for gel base It was supposed to have been acrylic. They got over on me and I will not be going there anymore. They are so rude and snatch your hand when your not paying attention .

I have been here 3 times and the older man did my nails the first time that I ended up not liking. So my 3rd time there I ended up with him again and I asked him could he shape my nails a certain way and he ignored me, he put my nail on crooked and he got made because I didnt like the nail polish and I wanted to switch (before they were even painted) and he blew his breath and I asked to wait for another nail tech. So I ended up with Angie and she started talking in her language to the other nail techs and I asked was there an issue....she said No I just told him your finger crooked.......So I let her finish and I tipped her good and left.....I will never go back....they were rude and they internet said they closed at 7:30 I got there at 6 and everyone seems like they were rushing and she ended up telling me they close at 8......

When i walked in, i had 2 fingers. when i left, i had 11. theres nothing more convenient than 9 extra fingers. thank you diva nails and spa. some girl with a gel manicure walked by me crying and i figure it was out of joy. she had insanely large toes. the only complaint i have is that the lizard door man didnt have enough mints to feed my dog to satisfaction.

My total was $104 and I gave him $40 in cash, but he charged my card $84...never will I come here again!!!! I highly do not recommend!!

Been going to them for years now all of a sudden since they upgraded they act like im not good enough to get my nails done there. Sad case and talk about a high ego. But the catcher is I went in with my mom and was told it was a hour wait which never happen before. So I left called back to pretend to be someone else and was told 30 mins. If they dont want to do my nails just be grown and say dont come back. No need for the fakeness.

I got a mani/gel here only one day ago and several are already starting to pop off. I have never felt more rushed when it comes to a mani. When my mother, sister and I walked in they were very slow but apparently some appointments we’re running late so as soon as they arrived they rushed through us to get to their appointments. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Nails had bubbles, and the women that was doing my nails had a bit of an attitude, and my nails are lumpy . wouldn’t recommend .

I told the msn 2x i wanted a pedicure. He just stsrted painting. My nails. I didnt want him i eanted a lady. It rook about 1hr half but i did get a good pedicure once i got him out of it but i wanted to go elsewhere but they were closed. Ill wait next time befire i go baxk

FIrst of all, the man who did my nails was rude and grabby when I did not take my hands out right away. Secondly, I got a gel manicure and one nail fell off right away. It just popped off. It has now been a week since I got them done and I have two nails left. Outrageous

I had my eyebrows waxed by a older lady and the experience was horrible. I told her I wanted a clean up. She waxed one eyebrow thicker than the other. Mind you she waxed off the end of my left eyebrow. I am extremely disappointed!!!
