I regret going to get my feet and nails done. The quality and service was absolutely terrible and they charged my friend and I $90!I hate how they used the language barrier to run over on us with the price.I would never step foot in this place again and advising others not to as well.

Overpriced....got a pedicure and had a reference photo and they told me acrylics were $30 and then asked for little nail art that had me there for so much longer and not done well. The acrylic wasn’t layed down well and bumpy. The nail tech had my cuticles not close to the acrylic so this is only 4 days old and looks like it’s been a whole week. The nails are clunky and don’t look good. After all of this my $30 acrylics turned into $70 nails.......... not worth $70 whatsoever!!!!!! Don’t go unless you just want your pedicure barely done.

I was recommended by a friend to go here for dip powder manicure, but I needed a pedicure worse so I got that instead with gel polish like usual. The staff was friendly but not to the extent that I would compliment them on it. I left around 2:00 after my pedicure and by 11:00 that night, I could feel pain in my left toe. So I slept with Neosporin on, woke up and could hardly put pressure on it to walk. Put hydrogen peroxide on it and neosporin again. The pain did not go away until 2 days later. The left picture is from the morning after and the second picture is from 2 days after.

I’m from the Wilson area but have never found a nail salon in town that I absolutely loved until about a year or 2 ago when I started to go to SOHO. They are like Family to me. The owners the the sweetest and are always trying to get their Customers in and out as happy as possible! They make sure my mom and I are satisfied every time! They are the absolute best!!!

The place was super clean and I had my nails done by owners wife ( sorry forgot name) she was meticulous.. nails look great manicure was awesome. Good hand massage with manicure. They are also open on Sunday’s ..

The technicians were rude and condescending towards the customers. Vnail clippings were were abundant on floor. Dirty rags in sink in back. Disgusting!

My daughter and I went here yesterday for the first and last time. We were getting a pedicure and a full set gel nails. Rude wasn’t even the word for these people. After pedicure my daughter asked if he could paint a flower on her big toes and he literally put white dots covering her nail and bc she said something about it another tech(the only one who spoke English and called herself Jennifer) started yelling at her to the point other customers in the entire room could hear and was looking like wth. This person grabbed my daughters feet and just started removing the dots still yelling. My daughter just wanted a flower and she refused to put anything on it bc she said my daughter was being too complicated. I told her exactly how unprofessional she was. We paid and left (no tip) 3 other customers came outside to tell us this was their first time there too and they left without having their nails done. I’m a 60 year old woman and my daughter 39 and this lady had no idea what we held back not trying to go to jail. I’ve never been treated like this in my life. This was supposed to be a nice mother/daughter day and it was ruined. Not to mention the quality of their work deserves a zero stars rating. Never again. If anyone decides to go there, don’t say you haven’t been warned and whatever you do DONT tell them they done it wrong. Zero star rating for us.

After several poor experiences at other salons in Wilson, SOHO nails was recommended to me by a friend. Called to inquire about Valentine’s Day pricing just in case (doesn’t hurt to ask) because I was wanting to by gift cards to treat a few of my friends to a group spa day. Specials or not, I was still wanting to buy gift cards.The person on the phone hears my question and laughs as if it were the stupidest question, tells the other person what I’d asked and bursts out into laughter. UNPROFESSIONAL is an understatement. Glad that I never got the chance to walk through the doors and give them a single dollar. SOHO is a soNO. Support local businesses, but think twice about this one.

The 1st few times I went there, they did a decent job. However, the past two times seems like the new guys were experimenting..they cut me, more times than the ones I can count.. and left my acrylic, gel nails very bulky. Those nails literally came off within a week because of the bad product they use or idk maybe theirs technic has to do with it? i have no idea but they all came off, without me doing any effort.. The pedicure also, the gel polish they used for pedicure came off within 3 days.$100 thrown to the trash.

I just got my nails done yesterday from a different salon out of town and ended up breaking one due to lifting heavy stuff. Went in there this morning to get one nail fixed and had to do a color change because they didn’t have the same gel color to match it. The gentlemen who did my nails did not apply the powder evenly, there was a dip in the middle of my nail bed. When he painted the polish on it was not even and the color bled towards my cuticle being a very sloppy job. When I asked the gentlemen to fix it he said that I was being picky and started speaking Vietnamese to the other techs. I still paid for my service and still tipped him for a poor quality job and rude service. Never again!

The employees are always nice and considerate. They always greet you when you walk in. They pay attention to detail. I have never had a problem here and will continue going here.

1st time there great service

Although we did NOT get the hot bag for our necks that we paid for, we had a very pleasant experience. It is definitely our choice for a pedicure in Wilson!

The “man” who did my nails was very rude! Even the customer who was beside me noticed and said he normally doesn’t act like this. He rushed through it and was very unprofessional. I don’t know what his issue was but he needs to get it together! I will NEVER go back here ever again. If anyone asks I will tell them NEVER go here! My first and last time!

Just went for the 2nd time for a mani pedi & had 2 very great experiences. I had johnny both times & he is awesome. He doesnt rush & does a very thorough job. I highly recommend this salon.
