This was my 1st time getting a full set acrylic nails from here I was very excited the salon was very clean excellent customer service. A young girl did my nails once the were finished I noticed the acrylic was lumpy the nails were uneven she even filed too low/on the side but I still paid her. I called back when it was time for a fill in and explained what happened and they told me she was the only one who did acrylic and maybe I need to go somewhere else Wow!! I will not be returning ever!

I made an appointment for 1:30 p.m. for 2 pedicures and a gel polish change today and arrived at 1:33 p.m. and was told by the young lady that she could only do my pedicures because I was late so I asked why is that because I made an appointment for all 3 and she said because she has an appointment after. There was not ONE person in the nail salon being serviced so I was really confused as to why she didn’t want to do what I set an appointment for even though I was 3 minutes late! I liked them the first 2 times I came, but I will NOT be back! She was very rude for no reason at all!!

Horrible!! The girl who did my nails WAS RUDE. ROUGH ON MY HANDS. Treated me with attitude. Nails are lumpy. I could go on! At this point this is by far the WORST salon to go to if you’re a woman of color !! Don’t go

I walked in and was looked at as if I was in the wrong place! Gave me the vibe that black business is not wanted there! Then I ask to get a FILL IN and she responds WE DONT DO FILL INS!! If you didn’t like my skin color just say that sis!!

Yesterday I got gel polish on my hands and within a couple of hours, two of my fingers had chipped!! I called them the next day to explain that my nail polish chipped and I made an appointment. When I get there, no one is there at the shop after confirming an appointment!! That was very unprofessional!!

The owners are super nice and very attentive to your entire visit. Atmosphere is very relaxing. Place is very open, roomy, and clean, not like other nail salons in town. Manicures last a long time too! My new favorite place!

I have gone to at least 4 other nail salons in wilson and this was the best one I have been to! They were extremely friendly! The lady was the one that did my manicure and honestly felt like she took her time on my nails and did an outstanding job. The place doesn’t have a strong chemical smell and has just an amazing atmosphere so if your looking for a good nail salon this is the place to go!

Wonderful first experience! Very friendly and professional. The salon is very beautiful and has a fresh atmosphere. My fiancé and I enjoyed our mani/pedis. I’m really happy with how my nails turned out. Will definitely be returning, and recommending to others.

Probably the worst nails technicians in Wilson. I just came in for a simple set since my usual nail technician had cancelled my appointment. I wanted a square shape that was slightly tapered, but instead I got a shape that I would call parentheses, rounded and awkward looking. Not only that but they were slighted and the tips were off as well. Highly recommend to avoid this place. And for this lazy job I still paid 40 dollars.

Beautiful salon. However, I was not satisfied with the limited choices of nail polish as opposed to the gel. Also, the young lady Ivy needs to work on her customer service as I mentioned to her. I tried to give her an opportunity to fix a couple of areas that she didn’t do right the first time but she seemed to have an attitude when I pointed out the mistakes. As a result of this I will NOT be stepping foot in there again. There are too many nail salons in the area to be treated less than fairly.

I have visited about 4 times and have always been very pleased! I have recommended to several people. Everyone is so nice and they do a great job.

I went there two separate times and both times were an amazing experience. The first time I went with my husband and paid for a pedicure. The time and effort that was spent on us and the friendly atmosphere was on point. We were offered a beverage from the beginning and we both noticed the place didn’t have an overwhelming acetone chemical smell. That’s because they have vents built into the tables and this was the cleanest and visual appealing nail salon I’ve ever been too. The second visit I paid for a gel manicure and my nails have never looked better. I will be a reoccurring customer for now on!!

Went in for a Mani & Pedi. The man was friendly but was so rough with my toes and painful! He did not shape my toe nails right either and he did a horrible job with the nail polish. He was rushing! He was done with my toes by 9:10!!! So I said no way to the manicure. The worst Never again. 😒
