I got my nails done on Friday and Saturday three nails was lifting. I went back to the mail salon and was told they told I must of been bending my nails for them to lift. The male who did my nails said he will fix them. His fixing was adding glue to the lifted nails. All the times I got my nails done I never experienced not professionalism. I know you just done add glue to repair a nail. I will never go there again. I know one lost customer does mean anything. This we not my first time going there.You should be able to stand behind your work. It not like I was asking for money back. I just wanted my nails fixed properly. I spent 100 dollars in service.Updated later that day one glue down nail popped off!!!!!

Rosie was extremely rude. I always come here for facial waxing and sometimes my toes. Rosie walked away from me mid conversation while I asked her a few questions related to a toenail repair. She completely dismissed me without answering my question or telling me she didn’t know how to do what I was asking. I had to go to another nail tech in the shop who speaks better English (I think his name is Bobby, he’s super helpful and friendly and great). Either way, the disrespect was uncalled for and I will not be back to visit Rosie again.

I don’t know why I tried to comeback here. Bad customer service always rushing and will overcharge you if you let them. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

I have been twice now. The first time was a lot faster, but I came at a slower time. I have been with Kayla both times. She doesnt talk much which I actually prefer and she does a great job with attention to detail and a gentle hand. She did such a good job on my natural nails, and even takes care to use acrylic powder to fix any nail abnormalities I have so that they all look the same.

I will never come to this place again. I spent over $100 just for my nails to lift and pop off like press ons within a spand of 3 days.

NEVER go here, it is dirty, the floors are covered in dirt, other people’s nails and the manager is beyond rude. I went for the first time on 1/9/21 to get a dip color change. When I got there, it was just me and 2 other ladies getting their nails done with 4 workers in there. I was immediately sat down and my hands set in acetone. I though “wow, no wait, this is good.” That’s where I was wrong. I sat with my hands in a bowl of acetone for 30-45 mins with no one even checking to see if they were ready to take off, even though 2 of the workers were just sitting playing on their phones. Finally one of the workers finished with a lady and came over to me to take the polish off my nails and cut them (this makes the 2nd person who has now assisted me). In walks the manager who immediately tells the guy working on me to go assist someone else and she sat down to dip my nails. She began putting a clear liquid on my nails, dipping it in the power. By the second coat it was bubbling up (never happened with dip nails before). She looked concerned and went to find a different clear liquid. When she was “finished” I had polish all over my skin and her response to me questioning it was “wash your hands and it should come off.” By the time I paid $40 + a tip (for far from perfect nails) my middle finger on my left hand began to bubble and peel off. She sat me back down, obviously frustrated that I asked her to fix it) and filed away at my nail completely changing the color of it. Today is 1/15/21, only 6 days since I got them done, and they are beginning to chip. I have NEVER had dip polish chip and I usually go 3-4 weeks. I went back in there today and asked the manager who painted my nails herself for a refund and she told me “they aren’t chipped bad. “ completely dismissing the issue. and then proceeded to roll her eyes and point to the door and said “see the sign, no refunds.” Worst nail experience I have ever had. I will never step foot back through those doors and I will make sure all my friends and family know not to ever get anything done there.

Very disappointed. After three different people were on my nails the paint job was still horrible.

I got my nails done last week left put they was sharp went back refused to fix them correctly with im a week they was lifting up 3 nails are broke already . And the fact they assume what type product u want om your nails is beyond me ....

Was recommended this place by a few of my coworkers so I decided to try it out and i was impressed! The guy who did my nails was super friendly and took his time! Overall great experience

I have been going to Top Nails since I was in middle school I am now 26 years old and I will never go to another nail place. My favorite nail techs are Kevin and John. But the owner Rosie and also Tommy does a great job!!

Well the place I go is closed on Sundays so I decided to try it something new.. wanted to get my eye brows done and a set of lashes for the first time 🤦well the settings of this place is very nice clean and neat but unfortunately not enough workers on busy days I sat over 30 mins waiting on eye brows n lashes which I never do unfortunately my eye brows couldnt wait... the young man at the register was very kind and thoughtful though I wont ever wait til a Sunday again.. bad choice

This nail salon is very professional and friendly! All of the staff does a great job! Rosie usually helps me, tonight Henry did my nails. I am very satisfied with anyone of them!

Cut my finger twice, didnt let me wash my hands, & nails are crooked. Gave me gel nails after telling them acrylic. Atmosphere was pleasant and staff was nice.

The worst place I have been to in Wilson to get nails done. Gel has cracked and chipped in 4 days and the owner said the will be fine for another week. I will never go back and will not recommend anyone to them! Money and time wasted. And now I have to file them down!

This place is horrible. I went there to basically get a lot done. I paid for gel nails and the guy that did my nails was extremely rough. After he used the gel polish my nails were extremely thick. I have never been so disappointed. I also got my eyelashes done and asked for short natural lashes. I dont know much about eyelashes but I got individuals not a strip. When she was done it looked like a strip of eyelashes. The glue she used was so thick and heavy. I asked her about taking them off and she wanted to charge me $10 or she would fix them and charge me $12.50. Smh. Not what I paid $25 for. I paid to get my toe nails painted and I checked myself to see if they were dry. No one came to check my toe nails after they were dry. So I put my soft sneakers back on because it was raining outside and unfortunately my big toe nails werent dry. This place is all about getting a dollar and their workers know nothing about good customer service. I will never go back to this place again.

My first experience there they gave me chipping acrylic nails that another salon had to fix.I went back giving it a second chance today. . . Well, that was a mistake. It took them twenty minutes to finally get to me, getting someone that came after me first. I was patient and sat quietly talking to them in passing. I was ignored. Not to mention, when I was seated at a chair, the nail tech asked what I wanted and had no idea what I was saying. I kept repeating French tip which is what they have on their boards, but he still had no idea.Another tech that spoke better English told him I wanted gel. I didnt want gel. I said French tip and pointed at the white tips in a box of nails, he still didnt understand. I ended up having to leave. If they cannot speak English well enough to realize whats up on their walls, I wont be back. If there was a way to give less than one star, I damn sure would.

I got my nails done last Monday, I don’t know if they don’t know how to properly do nails or they use some cheap products but I was washing dishes at work and two poppped off easily. Then when I got home the rest besides my thumbs started to pop off. Very disappointed will not be coming back and do not recommend anyone to go here.

Got a full set and they are horrible...they dont cover my whole nail and are misshapen. Get both my girls gel polish and 2 hrs later my daughter was crying cuz 2 nails no longer had anything on them and she said mommy you wasted your money im sorry... The people are kinda rude too

I was there over an hour getting my nails done. The guy who did my nails was certainly rough doing them. Its my second day with my nails and the top coat of the nail Polish is peeling...I will never go back nor recommend this place

Went here for the first time today and it was a peaceful experience. The environment was so relaxing I and my 2 toddlers almost fell asleep...lol...Well my son did.

I do not like this nail shop. My nails keep falling off and I have to keep going back to get them fixed. I went back and he told me that I had to wait 2hrs for one repair. Not to mention when I first got my nails dune I paid 45 dollars. They shouldnt be falling off at all ! Im beyond disappointed !!

This place has used to be my favorite spot but service has gotten rather poor..my past two visits was not good... cuticles are not clean and I dont like getting the same guy.

Just terrible.Lady who works there simply ignored when I told her ABOUT TEN TIMES I wanted to see the different nail designs they could do and just simply put the nail design she wanted and after FIFTEEN MINUTES when she said my nails were done they started peeling.Never going again.
