She painted my nails one color I did not like it so I asked her to change my color she did not remove my color before applying a new color so my nails came out blue a color I did not ask for this is so unprofessional and under staffed she needs to hire more nail techs in here to help I do not recommend coming here

I got an acrylic full set and I got my toenails polished. At first I wanted my nails coffin shaped, but when I saw the way the nail tech had done them, I told her to just make them square. She did a great job at making them square with the acrylic. When she finished I went and sat so they could do my toes. The guy did them super quick and it looked like a toddler had done them. Its as if they couldnt get the most basic thing right, the nail polish. I noticed one of my acrylic nails was crooked when he finished my toenails and he said it didnt look like it and so did the woman who did them, of course. After waiting for the polish to dry for about 5 minutes, I decided to turn the chair massager on. A minute later, the guy came to check if the polish was dry and started rushing me out of the chair. He told me to go sit beside my sister, they checked her polish and said it was dry. (Also, after my little sister sat down so her nails would dry, one of the mail nail techs decided to give her a shoulder massage?) Im not sure why they were rushing because we had been the only customers in there for a whole hour and a half. We get home and two of my sisters nails are crooked, along with my one, but at least her polish was even. The polish we both have wasnt even completely dry, so it has these little indents in it. If the polish werent so uneven, I might have been able to overlook the crooked nails. The acrylic on my nails is too far from the cuticle and the acrylic on my sisters goes over her cuticle.Update: my sisters nails started coming among up two days later and then they just completely popped off a week later. The acrylic on mine was rubbing off with regular, non-acetone polish remover, so.
