Call to get my car towed told me he would have his driver call me in about 30 minutes I gave him an hour called to find out why nobody showed up and he hung up on me so I called B&F and they got it done quick and conveniently

Horrible customer phone service

I chose Wilmington Towing & Roadside Assistance because this towing service was overall excellent because it was near where I was stuck. The owner arrived within maybe 10 minutes, and his knowledge of mechanics saved me money on additional towing fees. He would have had to use block underneath my wheels otherwise. He also gave me a ride home from the mechanic with no additional cost. A bad day turn into not so bad day

My granddaughter had a flat. I called them at 10:50 pm. It is now 11:38 pm and she is on the road! Fantastic Service!!!! Thank you

I called at about 9am and he was there in just over ten minutes. Hook up was quick and drop off was too. $80 for a flat bed tow going about 15 miles

They gave me a fast and affordable proce for an auto lock out. Other places were charging extremely high. If you are near the area in Delaware give them a call first!!!!!!
