I was in a bind this morning when my car would not start. All towing companies in my town either had broken down trucks or were too busy to fit me in. I live in New Vienna and my daughters vehicle broke down at the gas station Which is a 1/2 mile from my home so I called Maddog Towing and they were honest and very helpful with my situation. They informed me that they could tow my vehicle but there was 3 cars ahead of mine and they told me the price then he suggested calling a closer towing company and it would be cheaper. I agreed with that plan so they called the other towing company and sat it all up it was way cheaper and faster. They didnt have to do that for me and Im so grateful and appreciative, I would use them again and recommend them to anyone. Thanks for all you did today in such a stressful situation. 😊😊

Mike not only towed my broke down boat trailer, he fixed it for me too. My boat trailer bearings went out on me just as I pulled into the parking lot at lake Cowan. It was so bad my trailer was not drivable. I was just going to have him tow it somewhere I have used in the past. I was already told they were very busy and it might be a few weeks before they could work on it. While explaining all this to Mike. He informed me he wasnt just a towing service and that he was able to fix my trailer himself save me money and do it in just a couple days, and that is exactly what he did. I would definitely recommend him.

Law enforcement friendly. I was towing my camper and got a flat on I71. They had a driver come out and change the flat in about an hour. Great customer service. They called me back shortly after I called them and they let me know someone was enroute and an e.t.a. Would highly recommend!

Id asked him the day before if he could take my car to Monroe. Problem was he thought Id meant Munro which was just down the street. I was sure it wasnt going to happen, but Mike decided to take me across county lines 45 minutes away. Life Saver. Days before Id spent 2 hours on the phone trying to find a tow and he was the only person to get back to me.

It was afternoon on a very warm Saturday. My daughter called me to alert me that her stem had broken while she had attempted to put air in her tire. So, I drove from Courthouse to Wilmington UDF where she sat with the 2 grandchildren. I attempted to put the dummy tire on her rear wheel and the fiasco was more of a challenge than Id thought it could be.. The tire had become fixed onto the spindle. We kicked and pried and struck this tire multiple times and couldnt get it off.. I thought maybe we should get it towed so i called Every towing company to get a tow and all but one had Graduation Day ceremonies to attend even though their ad stated 24/7 all year long. The one company that answered the call was MADDOG TOWING. After a long hot day and at the end of a long shift just attending to an ordeal North of Washington Court House the 2 workers came to assist us. They were still traveling when answering their call and stated that a tow would be less helpful than getting the stuck tire off, so we agreed. They showed up a few minutes later and I felt such a relief. The grandchildren were getting fussy and the UDF employees were getting impatient with us sitting there. They politely met us and I extended a warm thank you, I could of hugged both these men but it was too hot and they looked determined to get this work finished. They actually used sledge hammers, one striking the tire from the outside while the other laid on the blacktop and struck the tire from the inside. It came off with a loud popping noise. The put the dummy tire on, even helped put baby carriage back into the vehicle. Then comes the moment of paying for these needed services. I learned that the one gentleman, who had laid on the blacktop, was the owner of the company. I was ready to offer a tip on top of whatever the price was going to be. He shook my hand and said no charge. I was in disbelief. I was standing beside myself. This man and company are a past memory of what makes America the greatest country in the world. Thank you, sir.....

I highly recommend MADDOG TOWING. I was in need of finding someone who could tow my car to the auto shop as soon as possible. I called Mike and he answered quickly and was very professional with me. Very nice gentleman that helped get my keys out of my locked car, he was very honest about the 1 in 5 chance of getting my car unlocked through the phone and in person, Id rate a 10/10 if i could and id recommend for anybody needing the help.

Needed a tow due to a tire that had blown out on the interstate... all the tire places were closed. He was out within 15 min, had us loaded up, and dropped the car at tire discounters for us. Instead of leaving us stranded and possibly walking to hotel.. he took us to a hotel, waited to make sure we got a room and were safe. Excellent experience and he went out of his way to help us out. And didn’t get charged an arm and a leg either!! Definitely recommend

This is the only towing company I have had that showed up on time. I only had to wait 15 to 20 minutes. I called another company first. They said it would be 1 1/2 to 2 hour wait. I found Maddog on Google. I saw the 5 star rating. So u read some of the reviews. I knew this was the company. I was stuck in a farmers field. In my company car. Along with a full day of appointments. He got there fast and was able to pull me out fast. I actually made it to all of my jobs that day. I cant say enough about this company. Got a rental excavator stuck up to the cabin backfilling a water line. Mikes showed up and tried a pull with the roll back and winch. It was just to burried so we moved on to a neighbor and a very large John Deere but the service did not stop there while I was in the cab Mike kept at it hooking chains and giving much needed advice..we got it out and even after all that not even a service call fee!
