The very kind woman who came to jump my car a few nights ago (Ive forgotten her name :() was wonderful! Came so quickly and was very professional and made it painless even though it was cold and late at night. Thank you SO much for the awesome service! I will definitely call again if I find myself in a spot!

Locked my keys in the work truck this morning. Called back to work in a hour . Very professional and thorough people couldn’t have been nicer people either

David came to my rescue on a very hot and humid Friday afternoon in late August. I ran over a small blade that punctured and immediately deflated my tire. He was sent by Roadside Assistance, but I would call and use David again if I were in the same situation. Rather than towing my vehicle, he was able to inflate my spare AND change the tire for me IN A GRAVEL parking lot! He was kind, patient and had a great attitude. It was evident to me that he has been doing this for a long time, works hard and takes pride in what he does. Already being in a stressful situation, it was nice that I was able to feel comfortable and unthreatened in his presence.

They have towed a few vehicles for me in the past and here recently towed one that was given to me to repair. Very quick return time and didn’t have to wait long at all for pick up or delivery. Price was super cheap. Phone operator was super polite and so was the driver. Thank you both!

Car would not start ... Saturday night 9:20 PM just got out of movies...cold outside. They were there in 15 minutes and we were on our way... polite, congenial service man...my kind of people. VERY reasonable.

The worst experience Ive ever had in my life. Im a college student my tire blew and my lug nutz were stripped I called d&n and told Nancy upfront that I had limited cash she said she would send someone with a tool so i could loosen my lugnuts and change it and I reiterated that I had limited cash she said its fine they can work with what I got. The guy showed up handed me the tools and the jack I changed the tire handed him a 20$ and he called Nancy then she threatened to call the police if I didnt hand over 40$ more. So I was bullied into giving this company, who didnt even change my tire, 60$ for me to do the work. Will never ever call this company nor would I recommend it to anyone. Do not get ripped off or scammed by these people, very ugly, very unprofesional, so disappointed!

The owners of this place are very rude and disrespectful. My daughter used their services in February 2018. She was broke down in Hampstead. She had her two daughters with her. The driver that came out to help them was very helpful and concerned. He made sure that they had a safe place to stay until someone could get there to pick them up as the owners of this company told him that he could not take them with him. Mind you they were in Hampstead and they lived in Clinton about 80 miles away. I want to thank this driver for going above and beyound. A month later, my daughter and this driver began to talk to each other. They fell in love and were very happy until about 2vweeks ago. Now because of how the owners talked to her and threatened her and took away the person that she loved, she took not only her life but her daughters and her unborn child, which belonged to the employee that helped her, loved her and was there for her. I had bought him a cell phone and sent it too him so they didnt use the work equipment to communicate with each other anymore. Im letting the owners know that I want all that package sent back to me. As I know this employee is no longer there and my daughter is no longer alive for him to need the phone to be able to talk to her or there will be a police report filed.Not telling anyone not to use this company but my family will never use them again.

DO NOT EVER call this s.o.b unless you want to be left on the side of the road for 2 hours and then told by the owner that he cant do the simple job of changing a tire. I was left for 2 hours on the side of the road with 4 small children and this poor excuse for a Company didnt have the decency to even call and say they werent coming to assist. I was hooked up with this circus side show through on star. Dont ever use this company unless you want a rude, incompetent, condescending excuse for a man coming to help.
