Called yesterday to set up an appointment and they had time the next day when I needed it. Jeff confirmed the appointment and showed up on time as he said he would. He went over what I was getting in great detail and performed everything quickly. Looking forward to continuing services with this company.

The service tech was awesome! He was ontime, knowledgeable and super nice. The office staff was very nice and helpful. Did not try to sale me products I didn’t need. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

I hired Orkin even though theyre double the price of everyone else because they told me they would do a complete assessment and spray inside and outside the house. I even told them that the problem was likely under the house. They said they would get under there to check. When they got there I told the guy and he then says no its an inside service only. Didnt go under the house. Didnt even inspect outside or spray outside. Then its not an automatic follow-up service in 30 days. I have to call to have them come back. For 350$ this is definitely not worth it. I shouldve called the little guy who charges half the cost and even goes under the house.

I had to have my home inspected for termites and they were able to come out promptly. They then were going to do a lifetime application to keep my home termite free. They came out and took care of it as soon as possible, within 3 days, and I now have confidence that my home is protected.

Overall decent. I always get the vibe the current guy is trying to do the least possible. I have had the services for a while. The first guy was knowledgeable and did everything just as described in the service list. They switched the guy that services my home, about 6 months ago. The current guy never knocks down cobwebs outside, never places new sticky traps in the garage or attic. Im just not impressed. I have to remind the guy to spray all the rooms in my house.

I just moved to NC from NJ and I had noticed crickets getting into my house.. not something I’ve experienced before when living in NJ. The orkin technician that comes out to my home has a great adatude and is always a pleasure to be around, he dose a wonderful job inside and out and always lets me know if I have any problems to let orkin know and he will be back out. I think for the price it is worth it.

An inspection was done on my home to locate signs of external termite damage both inside and outside. The remedies included a treatment to stop interior infestation and exterior solutions which included the installation of rods and traps on the perimeter of my home All phases of the process were handled in a professional manor.

Ive been meaning to leave a review for a few months but stuff has intervened. That being said, the two guys out of the Wilmington, NC office that I have dealt with for my home pest control service out have been second to none in professionalism, friendliness, service, and execution. Fred helped get my account set up and drove 20+ minutes up to the house to do it. Might seem like a small commute but anyone who has driven between Wilmington and Hampstead knows that it is a traffic nightmare and headache inducing. Fred showed up happy and ready to get us set up to meet our needs and has since become one of my best customers in my restaurant in Wilmington. Hes awesome, always friendly, and represents Orkin very well. Darren has been our technician since day one and he is spot on in all regards. One one the nicest and most well spoken people. Always on time, with a smile (and currently a mask as well) on his face and is the epitome of polite. We havent had a single bug problem since he started which is more than I can say for the previous 4+ years of other service providers. Hes good at what he does and my wife thinks hes just great. Hes the first tech in pretty much forever who my wife remembers the name. Hes so friendly and is a huge asset for your company in the field. Still have roaches 2 years into this contract and I’ve asked repeatedly for them to call before they arrive but they insist on just showing up and I’m not happy about that.

Everyone I dealt with in the entire process of setting up my appointment was awesome. They happily answered all my questions about different treatments, Pricing and scheduling. When the tech came out and sprayed my home he was incredibly professional, respectful, and careful with my pets and belongings. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Our Orkin man is so nice, informative, polite, and always on time.

We had a horrible mosquito problem. When we would go out into our yard they literally swarmed us. At times I could not swat them enough oftentimes lulling 5-6 at a time. There was no way we could stay in our yard without being covered by mosquitoes.After the Orkin treatment they were gone...literally. This morning we spent time on our back patio without being attacked. This was well worth the price and I will continue to use Orkin for our mosquito control.

Just had my termite traps check..The 2 individuals performing the check were polite & highly knowledgeable.They found that one trap was missing & replaced it..I received a detailed briefing on their findings..I was totally satisfied with job performance. I also appreciate that they called several day earlier to set up an appointment time & arrived within that established time frame.

The technician really tried to understand our situation before starting treatment and than came up with a plan that was tailored to our needs. All I know is that whatever they use works. I saw Immediate improvement. I think they may be a little pricier than the others but a friend of mine told me that It’s the only company that got rid of the bugs in her yard. We had the same situation. its worth the cost and they are very professional.

Charge you and do not come, and they are expensive! Absolutley the worst service in pest control I have experienced in my 40 years as a home owner in 5 different states.

From the time I signed up with Orkin, they have always been very good about coming out when they say they are, and treating for the problems that I have. Ive had a bit of a mouse problem since moving into my new place in October, and they have been working diligently to help solve that problem. I do see less mice now than I did in the beginning, and theyre still trying to come up with ideas on what to do to erase the problem entirely.

The gentleman who came out to install my termite baits isn’t very professional. He drilled holes in my flower bed for the baits and dumped the dirt right there in my flower bed on top of my mulch. I mean come on really? We are not off to a good start and I truly hope this is a one time mistake.

The guy who comes out is nice but we’ve had two services since we started with Orkin and I’ve been seeing more roaches then before our initial service. After two more services if it’s still like this we will switch services.

The guys did a fine job insulating my attic with bug resistant insulation. The cleanup could’ve been slightly better. These guys needed a shop vac instead of just a broom, but other than that they were great guys and did a good job.

We found carpenter bees on a Saturday morning, made a call and by noon it was being sprayed. The gentleman Joaquim was lovely, he was beyond expectations. I appreciate his customer service and taking the time to show us what was going on and how he treated it. We were surprised by how thorough he was. He made what was an annoying problem an easy and even pleasant experience. Would work with Orkin but specifically Joaquim again in a minute. Nicely done.

I’ve called three times to try to get refund and keep being told someone higher up gonna call but nobody ever does. They came out to spray for mosquitoes several times and each time it only two or three days max before the mosquitoes are back.
