I called at 4:30pm to see if I could come in because I knew they were closing at 6pm. They told me to come at 5pm. The gel manicure was terrible and barely 30 minutes. The woman barely filed or cut my cuticles and haphazardly painted my nails so that the gel was under my nails and on the sides. I had to ask the woman to please clean it up otherwise the gel manicure wouldn’t last which she barely did and wasn’t happy when I asked. I then got my pedicure and the woman was really sweet and did a great job massaging my feet and legs however after leaving I looked at my feet and there was paint seemingly everywhere but my nails. I called and told them what happened and they nicely agreed to redo my toes for me but honestly after seeing the job they do and hiw dirty the place was I wasn’t willing to go back again and waste my time. Not to mention that the ordeal cost me $50 before tip. Highly recommend you DO NOT GO HERE and got to zen nails instead in medfield.
