We have been very impressed with the overall service. The mosquitoes are not a nuisance in our backyard anymore. We have tried others, but this is the first one that truly has worked for us. Professional and worth every penny!

I thought it was bed bugs. Turned out to be plaster bugs (beetles?). Angus, Jeff and Eric were quick to respond to my call and they were in the house doing the inspection in less than 24 hours. Rapidly diagnosed the problem and treated treated the affected area. Followed up within 48 hours with finishing activities. Prompt, professional service with excellent communications always. Recommended.

Eric is professional, prompt and gets the job done quickly. I called Port City pest because I was seeing at least one roach each night and then when I saw four one night and I freaked out and called. They came the next day to treat my house and I got on the quarterly plan. The same day they sprayed the roaches disappeared. Now when I see one (on occasion) its a dead one. Ive noticed the treatment also kills other bugs as well. Now I dont have to use the toxic spray you get at the store which doesnt kill long term. Wish Id done this sooner.

I am starting my second season with Port City Pests. They spray for mosquitoes once every 3 weeks on Monday at around 8:30. I receive a text when they are finished letting me know what time I can let my dogs out again. The 3rd week was not as pest-free as the first two but still better than no spraying.
